Wasn't bad. Clean and decent place to lay your head. Kind of overpriced for what it is, but all in all not bad.

Only giving this place a star because I have to they stole our $100.00 cash deposit saying room smelled like smoke. Funny neither my wife or I smoke. They also tried saying filth in bathroom was ashes. Nice try just poor house keeping. Be very careful trusting what they say. Never again rate.

Dont waste your money. Worst service ever, a man named Sanjay and his 2 other brothers run this place, we had few complains about the experience and little did they know that I understood their language, a older white lady was very kind and helpful meanwhile Sanjay and his brothers were very disrespectful, the rooms are very poorly maintained and it’s a waste of money.

My stay here was less than ideal. Arriving later in the evening and just wanting to go to sleep, our room seemed to have never ending problems. The window was cracked letting in hot air, the air conditioner was making strange noises and then the door connecting to the next room wouldn't lock! Although some of our concerns were addressed by staff it most certainly wasn't in a friendly manner. Giving more of the impressing we were bothering them. I would most definitely not reccomend.

Clean rooms. Good price. Very friendly.

Had a great time while staying there just wish they would clean the pool better and be a little nicer.

Room was nice. Location was great. Price was also great. Would have liked more options for breakfast though.

Inexpensive… Not very clean. Left with bug bites. Free breakfast is a plus.

All in all it wasn't that bad of a stay, but they could use a much needed update for furniture and fixtures. Location is very close to everything. If in town for a quick stop over I would recommend if staying over a longer duration I would suggest else where.

Rooms are adequate and provide the necessary accommodations. No frills but that's expected in a place like this. Was clean and had enough towels and amenities.

Average hotel, not very spacious but decent beds. The pool is in good condition. Overall it is a decent hotel for a really good price.

When we made the reservations, for four nights, we requested a ground floor room with two beds. Everything was verified on the confirmation. So we get here and they have us on the second floor with no elevator with one bed. I have really bad legs, and have fallen before on stairs, so this was not an enjoyable stay! One bed was the second thing that was not preferable but we could deal with. The people behind the desk were not cordial. We said good afternoon when we got here and they just stared at us like we were not welcome. I would not recommend this particular Super 8.

Staff was totally nice, but. Rooms kinda gross, cigarette burns on our toilet seat, tiiiny "swimming pool" looks like it's been abandoned for years. We were lulled to sleep by the soothing sounds of some lady screaming at her poor kids all night in some very salty language. Still, probably better than the Saxony motel next door ;)

Small but very well managed facility. An extremely friendly couple owned and operated. Nice and clean room. Front desk responded to it every request in few seconds. Helped finding a place for dinner. More worth than money spent. I will recommend to my friends​ without any reservation.

The hotel exterior was rough but tidy. Parking ample. Located near handy things like convenience store and Tim Hortons. The room was excellent minus the mattress was yellow and brown and the cling sheet was already asleep such that we had to see this. Otherwise TV was great with many channels, free Wi-Fi was poor from room 201. Not sure about other rooms but we literally couldn't use it. Enjoyed the bathtub and functioning of air conditioning/ heat. Acceptable but could excel with minor improvements.

Overall it has been great experience. The only thing is don't lean on the sink, there is not much structural support under there :-)

The staff especially the manager, pretty much worthless, with the exception of Kelly. This is 5 people I dealt with. Arrived in the room and the fridge was making an incredibly loud rattle. It was 3 ft from the bed. I talked to the person who brought the extra towels I requested. He turned out to be the manager. He said he could remove it but if I wanted another it would cost me $15. I refused and told him I would never stay at another Super 8 again. He then called 20 minutes later after I was in bed (around 11:00) and told me he would replace it tmr. It was not taken care of until 8:30 at night during which the floor got soaked by the water in it from the icebox defrosting. Several other issues. At least the pool was working and my wife had it to herself. How/why does a place keep something like that in a room?!?

I always stay in Super 8 Chatham hotel, when I'm in the area for work. Clean rooms, great service and nice breakfast included. Location is great for getting onto the 401 quickly…
