I stay here twice a year for work, nd it's always a breeze. I love the beds and pillows here, the breakfast actually has flavour and is real eggs. Nice large parking lot for work trucks. Not to mention close to downtown and gas stations. Very polite staff.

The staff behind the counter can't do there job correctly we tried 2 diffrent credit cards both functioning and "registered to a bank" so please fix your broken computer system. Thankfully comfort inn worked on our first try your loss in business.

Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. One night sleeping on that is too much. Also had to make sure we adjusted the handle on the toilet or it would just run all night. Apparently they've changed some of the beds because when they asked about our stay and I told them this, they said the rooms with new beds were soft. They should really consider updating the rooms if they know it's a problem. Otherwise the condition of the room was what you would expect for a cheap hotel with minor Mark's and blemishes but nothing serious.

Rooms are spacious and come with a mini fridge and microwave. Wifi included. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond for us.

First room had mold… switched rooms and keys didnt work… got the keys figured out… 2nd room is full of dust… extremely unhappy for 122.00 a night. Nice staff though. Very apologetic.

Took my soccer team there and hmmm. First step into the room and was caught off guard by the smell. Later that night had four of my players knocking at my door upset that there was a dead bug on their bed. The night guy dropped off some new sheets and told us to change the sheets. Breakfast… ummm yeah the "eggs" ummm I'll just leave that to your imagination. Totally disappointed in this experience and will NEVER put my team in another travelodge again.

Not as clean as I would have liked, but I had a reasonable stay.

If this hotel had a little more updated decor. I would have gave it 5 stars. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent and timely arrived at 6:30am every morning. My stay here was very relaxing and I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm in town next.

The room we were in I couldn't bathe my kids because the water spout didn't work & there was no hot water. No only that the sink didn't drain.

Just a nice normal quite hotel to stay at with nice beds and a nice breakfast. Thé staff are amazing all.

Excelent close to Tim Horton and they accomadated my 40 foot Rv.

They have a full breakfast display warm and cold. Free Wi-Fi. And the cheapest rates of all the hotels in chatham. Rates are cheaper for CAA members or seniors.

Visited in the middle of winter and the hallways were freezing! As cold as the temperatures outside! Thankfully the rooms were warm and you can control your own temperature. If you are sensitive to any cigarette smoke, I would avoid booking here as they allow a section of smoking rooms in the hotel which are not exclusively sectioned off from the other rooms. You still smell smoke in the hallways and on the elevators. There was even a cigarette bud on the floor by our elevator! The hotel definitely could use a huge facelift: carpets in the hallways, carpets in the rooms, new bedspreads. Other than those things, for the price we paid and how much we used the room, it was decent.

We got a room at 11pm and it was 60 degrees inside. We cranked the heat and it was 72 by the time we woke up. No one slept well because of the cold and the noise from the heater. The shower curtain rod was hanging by a thread and the free breakfast was either tasteless or cold. The waffle maker was ok. Not worth the $110 a night. I will try the new Holiday Inn next time.

The rooms here are clean and tidy and the front desk staff is extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Good value for money with pleasant staff and a clean, spacious room. Loses a star because thin walls led to night time noise.

Was in at least 3 different rooms here since lots of family staying at same time. Not sure what they sprayed on top of the beds (probably/hopefully some sort of febreeze), but the damp touch to them after they serviced the rooms had us all a little grossed out. 2 of three rooms had a funky smell to them. Sink in our room was clogged (not by us). Asked on 2nd day for them to fix, and they didn't get around to it… next 2 days dealing with it. Place is outdated for sure.

When my Father was in need The Staff at this Place went above and beyond. Thank you Travelodge!

Little old fashioned and not really sponteneous people. If you ask the most of them are helpful. Some noice from other airco's and factories in the area arround.

The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Haven't been able to try the breakfast, as they start it at 630 and I leave before then. Room is decent, not the best but good for the price. Keurig coffee machines are always a plus. Good mattress. Everything I need for Wi-Fi. Overall would reccommend.

Decent place to stay. Much better then other motels in the area. Good free high speed internet, clean rooms and good breakfast.

Our room had black mold in the A/c and card lock in door wouldn't work cause us to be locked out twice. Front desk staff Barry yelled at us saying its not his problem and to "Get Out! " then stating he has the right to yell at anyone he likes. Avoid this place.

Ok. Looking its age. Very 80's and could use a facelift and some modernization. Clean enough, tho friends we were with didn't have the same luck.

Very good value. Clean, quiet. Very helpful, friendly staff.

They are always able to meet my room requests in a timely manener. Rooms are nicely kept and breakfast has reasonable selection.
