Take a look at the crib they provided us and decide what you would do at 2:30am after a long flight and the airline bumping you off your connecting flight while traveling with an infant. This crib was also very unstable and unsafe — this was the best they could do, so at 2:30am we aren’t going to argue.

There was a wedding at the time of our stay, we had to park across and walk a half mile in the freezing cold to our room. The wedding party took over the hotel. They were in the pool watching young girls swim. The lady at the the desk told basically we were out of luck. I will not stay again and I'm lodging a formal complaint with the corporate office on Monday!

My husband and I love this hotel for the comfortable beds and the big Jacuzzi tubs. The hotel is outdated and can be kept more cleaner. The breakfast that is included was very disappointing they really need more options for such an elegant hotel. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and the service is good. We will stay there again.

We enjoyed the free parking. But from the moment we walked in I could tell the service wasn’t great. When to the front desk, no greeting or acknowledgment. Call for repair on my tiny fridge and surprise not good service. The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor, part of the wall in the room was loose and falling. And the hallways had a weird smell. I’m not a high maintenance person, but I can appreciate good service where it’s due. Would not be my first choice to go back here…

Misrepresented as 4-Star hotel… where to start. From the airport shuttle which was over an hour wait, to dirty carpets, and mildew smelling bathrooms. The breakfast that was included was a joke with a communal jar of apricot preserves, some bread and butter (they ran out of peanut butter) and some cereal and milk and coffee with a couple of cartons of milk and creamer sitting on a counter. And when someone finally came to clean the room, it was 4pm and we were back in the room to get ready for evening event. The only reason it wasn’t a one star was the rooms were spacious and bed was relatively comfortable. Definitely not a Radisson I will return to.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Every time I am visit Mississauga I try to stay here. The rooms are very nice, always two room suites with a decent sitting room and fireplace, and a separate bedroom. Between the two is a bathroom and a small kitchenette with microwave, sink and mini-fridge. Most of my visits are about a week to two weeks long so the extra spaces is very nice. The lobby/common areas of the hotel are very nice and a little old school with marble, brass, and dark woodwork; very classy. I usually eat breakfast at the cafe, it has always been good. Hot, fresh, and the coffee is good. I have never eaten dinner here but I am sure it would be good as well. The bar was nice for a drink after a long day when I didn't want to go out of the hotel because of weather or something. The bartenders have always been very friendly and even spent an hour one time telling me the rules of curling. Overall the price of the hotel along with amenities will keep me coming back as often as I can.

The location of the hotel was close to a lot of good restaurants as well as a cinema for those looking for something to do on a late night stay. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, with numerous amenities on site. Services was exceptional, checked in and out with respect and care. Would recommend everyone who's in the area and looking for an overnight stay to book at this wonderful hotel! 10/10

Clean rooms & Facility, very friendly Staff and once I received my room the receptionist called me to check if I liked the room and if there’s anything they can do. Clean Spa and decent breakfasts… so far I’m enjoying my experience with them and recommend this place for friends and others. Plus it’s near the Airport about 10-15 min. Driving.

Had a three-night stay here. Staff was polite and helpful. Requested additional towels which were delivered promptly. Comfortable, clean room and beds. Large bathroom. Sitting area with fireplace. Breakfast was very good with watermelon and waffles. We will definitely return.

Nice staff, nice suite, no parking when the hotel hosts an event — which is always, fine details are missing of such a nice hotel (could be a 4 star hotel or better easy), airplane noise may bother some. If you want to have hassle free parking, grab a spot before 7pm.

Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful hotel and rooms at a reasonable price for Toronto. I would recommend to stay here if you are visiting Toronto.

Hotel has pretty good parking, and it is in a good location. Room was pretty nice, lots of space with a couch, coffee table, and fire place. Staff was very nice upon checking in, and after about an hour of checking in, they called the room to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast is included but choices are very limited. Nothing worth mentioning. When I was leaving, there was a beetle running across the floor from the bed area. Disgusting, and upon checking out, staff did not ask how the stay was. Overall, it was ok.

Bad beds. They keep boilers temp down to save on energy costs. Unless you like lukewarm showers, thats not your place to stay. Me and my staff Cant get a good hot shower or bath in this place. Made 3 complaints (politely). No results. Cold breakfast. Stale bread. Staff apologizes but thats where it stops. No result.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The service was very poor, breakfast is included in price but there is no variety, everything tastes disgusting and staff did not refill food or drinks when they ran out. There was also no hot water in my room and when we called the front desk they sent maintenance up and they did not do anything to help get somewhat warm water. When returning from work around 8:30pm there was no parking and I was forced to park across the street in a parking lot that they claim is “extra parking” when it is actually a lot that has no security at all. My room included a fireplace but it did not work. As well as when the air conditioner was turned on it made a lot of noise causing it to be hard to sleep. The so called “gift shop” also had no stalk except for a vending machine for pops that was over half empty. This hotel appears very nice on the surface when it is actually a run down place with accommodations that do not work and staff that is no help at all.

If you’re looking for a place to stay with a more “homey” feel, then this is it. The rooms come with a seating/living room area that includes a television and an electric fire place, a mini kitchenette that includes a fridge, a sink, a microwave and cupboards and of course the surprisingly large bathroom with a HUGE mirror. The bedroom includes a television, as well, and many dressers to store your belongings. Very well kept and so beautiful. I was also very impressed with their “do not disturb” switch, it’s inside the room therefore no one can take the door hanger off the door and sabotage your sleep. The only reason I haven’t given this hotel 5 stars is because they didn’t inform us that the lights in the room would only work once we put the room key into a sensor. We got to our room at night and couldn’t see anything, drove ourselves crazy trying to figure out all the switches.

The hotel itself is beautiful — with a decidedly Greek style of decor. Rooms are spacious and clean, with the luxuries of home. Beds are much too firm for my liking. I couldn't hear my neighbours, and the only noise seemed to be from the airplanes at the airport nearby, but they didn't disturb my sleep. Breakfast is a glorified continental breakfast, but tasty and definitely some variety. They did have trouble keeping up with the demand of food and drinks, but setting was lovely. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have an option for both a wet and dry sauna. The floor in the wet sauna was dirty and gritty though. Buttons for dry sauna were missing their covers and I was afraid of getting shocked by it. The rail for the hot tub was loose, and there were sharp stucco type edges to the walls and floor of the pool. Even the hot tub had a few sharp pieces and my kids got cut three times to the point that they were bleeding and I had to use their first aid kit. There is a vending machine but no change available. Staff was friendly but housekeeping staff were rather reckless. I had arranged for a late check out and after using the pool in the morning, I brought the kids back up to the room to find that housekeeping hadn't cleaned, but left my door propped open giving anyone and everyone access to my wallet, laptop, and our medications. Staff were not at my room, so I called down to the front desk to complain.

One of the best hotels in the area. Quick check in, very nice rooms! Our room was equipped with a Jacuzzi, rain shower, etc. Pleasant experience and this is the hotel I will be staying at again when in the area!

We used the Park Inn as a Park and Fly for our recent Mexican vacation and the horrific experience left by the use of their shuttle has made it impossible to say anything positive about this place! This hotel may advertise a free airport shuttle but in fact it is all third party operated, coming when ever (if ever) it chooses. We were left in the cold with three other parties for an hour and a half awaiting it to show up. Repeated calls by all the parties were to no avail, with the desk telling us at one point it was at Terminal 3 and would pick us up shortly. We WERE ALL at Terminal 3. All told it took us 2 hours to reach our vehicle only to find some prick had keyed the whole driver side while it was in their care! I deliberately parked under a lamp to illuminate the vehicle — just gave them more light to admire their workmanship. I would suggest to anyone thinking to use this place to go somewhere (anywhere) else, the Park Inn has nothing to offer which would make it worth these aggravations!

The hotel is fine. But it seems a little bit used. So Airporthotel I would not call it as it is by car (taxi) about 20 minutes away. There is free shuttle to and from the hotel upon request.

Gorgeous hotel. The decor is first class and the rooms were well maintained. Only complaint, and its a big one was the bed. They have sleep number beds and my wife and I got the worst sleep in years. They feel like sleeping on a partly inflated air mattress since that's exactly what they are. I've had better cots than that. 5 stars for the room and staff… 0 for the bed.

Price is good for the size of the room. I can't speak for every room, but in my room there was a lot of renovations that needed to be done. Sleep number bed was not working, therefore super uncomfortable. I'm sure this place was spectacular 10 years ago. Friendly staff.

Good rate for park and fly and 1 night stay BUT that's it. Called for a wake up call and didn't receive one, saw a cockroach by the pool and 1 in the breakfast room, shuttle is now 20 minutes late and beds were very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Very classic vintage feel. A nice high end hotel at a great price. Rooms are big and have everything you need. Great bar and breakfast. Other amenities available. Highly recommend.

Near the Airport. Nice appearance, new marble floors and walls. If you speak English the employees are hard to understand. All of the ones I met English is their second language. Hot tub, sauna, and steam room are nice, if they are hot. When I went in they were only warm. Nice bedrooms and comfy beds.

My stay at Park Inn by Radisson Toronto Airport West was great. The hotel was great for the price. The overall cleaniness decorations and design is like a 4 stars hotel. The service was perfect and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great value for the price as well as the free parking. I enjoyed staying at this hotel I preferred even more than many 5 stars hotels I stayed in. Highly recommended.

Room was large and comfortable and we'll appointed. Check in and out were quick and easy. Complimentary breakfast was standard and decent. Only complaint is that one of the sleep number beds appeared to not work properly on one side.

I've attended a couple weddings at the Park Inn and loved the venue and service so much that I decided to visit to discuss options to host my wedding at the venue. It's a full service one stop shop for all your event needs. It's also very convenient that the hall facilities are attached to the hotel.

Had the pleasure of staying there yesterday. Very delightful service, they even upgraded us to a penthouse suite which was phenomenol. The staff was very considerate and treated us with kindness. The services inside the hotel were excellent. Lots of parking around. The hotel has nice decor all over. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice and well maintained hotel with super friendly and accommodating staff. We only needed a hotel for a layover on our way back and wanted a room that could sleep 3 adults and 2 children and had an indoor pool and free shuttle from Pearson. Their website said they charged $10 per person for the shuttle so I called them and without hesitation they offered to waive the fee. They had a free breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, nice crispy hash browns, sausages, decent bacon (I'm really picky about bacon), English muffins, a variety of breads to toast and toppings as well as a nice selection of cereals and fruits and yogurt. Our flight was leaving later in the afternoon so I asked if we could keep using the pool after the 11am checkout time and just put the luggage in the room next to desk in the lobby. Their answer was that we could keep the room till 2pm. Perfect! The pool facility is very nice. There is a shower, private change room, a shelf with clean towels, washroom, hot tub, dry sauna and steam sauna. The kids really had fun swimming to kill the time waiting to head back to the airport. All in all we were very happy and would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

Love the hotel front desk staff they were very polite. We book a king bed for 2 adults when we arrive to the room it was 2 full bed. We were so tired so in the morning we tell them and to make along story short they discount the room for that night and the next day upgrade our room. Thanks Prak Inn for a lovely experience. Would come again and recommend to others.

I have mixed feelings about my stay. This hotel has a lot of nice little perks in the rooms that are unexpected and nice, and the atmosphere is fun and unaware. The service was hit and miss though. The room was only half cleaned, towels not refreshed, others left laying there. I'm also pretty sure one of my bags was opened and rifled through. The front desk was very nice as well, but didn't communicate well between shifts. The location also seems to be a wedding destination, so some loud music could be felt floors away, though where we were at it was light enough to not bother. A tiny bit worse and it would have bothered me tremendously. I think the cleaning staff is the biggest issue for me when considering if it's go back. If based on that alone, I'd steer clear.

Even though hotel and rooms are nice this place is not well managed. We reached here at 1630 after driving from Ottawa and the guy at the front desk tells me the room has not been cleaned yet! Check in time is 1500 (we planned our trip so that we would get there well after check in time) and we had a tired baby that needed to lay down and nap. I refused to sit and wait and argued till I got a room right away. We had notified them in advance that we required a crib for the baby but we only received the crib after 3 hours of calling the front desk several times. The guy claimed everytime that it would be there in 10 minutes. They were really weird about taking any breakfast food outside the restaurant. At holiday inn express they provide you with a take out container if you request one where as this hotel had a person guarding the breakfast so that no one takes any food to their room or car. Will not stay here again.

This hotel is clean and generally meets the needs for a standard overnight stay. It appears to have been renovated with decor to create the appearance of high scale expense but comes across a little gawdy. Decent buffet hot breakfast available. Staff was helpful but not necessarily friendly. Indoor pool on site. Beds were comfortable and met our needs while vacationing around the Mississauga area. If you need a clean space to lay your head at an average price this fits the bill. If you are looking to spend more time in your hotel with more upscale finishes, comfort and services, another higher grade hotel would meet your needs. Overall average experience.

Tried to check-in early, was told I couldn't. Showed up at 6pm and was told my room still wasn't ready. After 15 minutes of waiting they finally gave me an upgraded room. Room is great, service not so much.

The rooms are really nice for the price and have a fold out couch. TV is good and Wi-Fi is great. Recommended for about $100 a night.

Cold showers all week, issues renting any movie, expensive breakfast not worth the money. Staff were less than helpful on our 5 day stay there.

Having been in the restaurant and bar industry for 15 years I can hands down say that this was the worst venue I have ever been to. Our salad was served with a small mug of soup this would have been nice but because the soup was placed in the salad bowl people mistook it for the dressing second the rice was mush and the pasta ice cold than the main meal was cold the beef full of fat and the others who had ordered a different meal waited almost 20 minutes after the beef plates had been surved. Not one beer bottle or glass had been removed from the tables since the party began at 530pm now 1030pm. Yor desert was the best thing but it was so late the desert in the hall was already out. You had coffee and tea out with no milk or cream. I finally brought our plates back to the kitchen where all of the staff was simply sitting around. It was like a bad movie that kept getting worse. I would have fired every staff memeber on this evening. Not to mention the ladies room was not looked after and took a few complaints to the hotel staff before toilet paper and paper towel was replaced. My sister was looking for a venue for a wedding and this would be the last place I would recommend to anyone. I wish it was different because it is a beautiful hotel and space. You need bar rescue or call me I will have this place running like it should in no time. Friendly doesn't matter when everthing else is bad.

After booking for my sisters wedding group, we had terrible experience from the staff. Never believe what they say. After paying for the guests, when the guests arrived, they made hard time for the gusts. Please avoid this ill mannered staff and filthy hotel.

I bought a pent house, paid so much money and they kicked me out, hotels sick, managers suck ass.

Great hotel, very fancy and the pool and hot tub were nice and the sauna but the service was terrible. We had about 4 large bags and our purses and no one offered to trolley them up to our room. 3 people and they gave us 1 bed so we had to switch rooms. Our room key kept getting deactivated. And room service didn't give us toilet paper when they cleaned our rooms. The beds are hard as a rock and half the outlets don't work and we didn't get a robe. I expected more from a fancy place.

Firstly I would like to say that although my stay was not the greatest, the customer service I received during my stay was very good. I recently spent a night here with my husband and children. I made a reservation on booking. Com for a room with 2 Queen beds. When we got to the hotel, Front Desk kindly informed me that that room was unavailable, so they had upgraded me to a King Suite with a sofabed. When we got to our room, I noticed it is very dark in the rooms. There are no bright lights, just lamps. The bathroom smelt like bath soap, as if someone had recently taken a shower. The bathtub had ring stains in it, and when I checked the shower I noticed it was not cleaned properly, water marks all over the glass. The floor also had long dark hair in the corner, and none of us have long dark hair, nor had we used the bathroom as yet. I called Front Desk to let them know, and the receptionist politely informed me that housekeeping was unavailable, but she could switch my room to a smaller room with a King bed. I let her know I was annoyed because my original room was unavailable, so I got an upgrade, only to get a dirty room and be sent to a smaller one. She added free Buffet Breakfast to our stay, so I told her I would check the next room and see if I wanted to switch. I was taken to the next room, it was cleaner, except for toothpaste stuck to the bathtub wall and floor. I chose to switch rooms, as it was getting late and my sons needed to get to bed.

SAFETY HAZARD FOR THOSE OF YOU STAYING WITH SMALL CHILDREN! We recently stayed here for 1 night with my 6 week old. The hotel claimed to have "cribs" available which we thought would be great (one less thing to bring with a little one! ). Unfortunately I should not have trusted them. Despite requesting the crib when I reserved my room, and confirming my reservation prior to arrival, I still had to ask for a crib to be brought to our room twice. Had we not been at a wedding, and therefore put my daughter to bed late, it wouldn't have been there by her bedtime. They gave me some line about how they had to wait for another guest to check out before they could get it however it was clearly just waiting in the storage room beside the elevator on my floor for hours. When it (the playpen) was placed in our room it was filled with extra blankets and pillows which is says explicitly NOT to do. However the biggest problem was this: THERE WAS A CHILD SIZED HOLE IN THE MESH THAT MADE UP THE SIDE WALL! (and several smaller holes) If a child were able to roll over they clearly could have had part of themselves (hopefully not the head) fall out of this hole causing distress to their neck or even resulting in choking. If a child were crawling they would have been able to get out of the "crib" and get into who knows what! IT IS ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE THAT THEY WOULD PUT CHILDREN IN HARMS WAY LIKE THIS.

I'm in Toronto regularly for business and often stayed at your hotel I've always been well taken care of. Your staff is as efficient as pleasant thanks.

Do not book any venue at this hotel. I had a terrible experience. Person in charge of my wedding reception was lady by the name "Fatima. " Initially she was very helpful and professional but on the day the venue her behaviour totally changed. She totally ignored me and my venue. She was too busy dealing with new customers. Nothing was ready when I got there. The service was horrible. During the dinner food was running out frequently. There was no hotel staff member to watch the food tables. My brother had to chase the servers every time for a refill. Dinner started half and hour late. Tea and coffee was also served half an hour after the dinner was finished. My guests started leaving by then. The deserts were served another forty five minutes after the dinner was finished. Adding insult to injury "Fatima" did not even bothered reply to my emails. There is a very rude waitress in the banquet side by the same name 'Fatima. ' The excuse I was given by the waitress was that they have 3 venues taking place so the kitchen can not keep up with the demand.

New management. As of January 1st, 2015, Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue in Woodbridge has taken over the management of the Radisson Hotel and Grand Victorian Event Venue. We understand that there were problems in the past, well that will now stop under our leadership. New Staff, New Vision! Carlo Parentela CEO Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue.

The front desk (Indian guy) is soo unhelpful and rude. I have stayed at multiple hotels This was the worst customer service I don't know how this guy is still employed.

It was our first time traveling to Canada with my family. We arrived at Park Inn by Radisson Missisauga. The lobby looks really clean and nice. Because I need to extend my visit time in Canada, so we got the chance to try out different rooms. We stay in 2 different suit, both our suit are really good size, and beautiful, love the set up. Shift Manager Mr. Mir. Chawdhury he being really patient and helpful, he even follow up for my special request the next 2 days, we are impress for the service and how professional Mr. Mir handle the situation. My husband and I be in the hotel business for 15 years, we know it is really hard to find some one that much love and passions about what they do every day. We are really happy with Park Inn and really appreciate everything Mr. Mir, Chawdhury did for us. We are definitely coming back.

I was there December 29 2013 for a wedding. I checked in and the lobby was beautiful. The room was really nice, spacious and very clean. 2 flat screen T. Vs an electric fireplace and the beds where tempurpedic mattresses where you can set your sleep number. (That's cool) My only complaint is the bathroom light is a little dim to put makeup on. The wedding was held downstairs in the banquet hall and it was beautiful. Check out was a very smooth transaction. I would recommend this place.

BEWARE*** Do not book a wedding here whatever you do! I wish there was an option to give 0 stars! I am now convinced any positive feedback is most definitely the hotel staff! At first glance it looks lovely, great concept! The front desk staff are great! The owner and management team are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They are liars, crooks and should be held accountable for the extreme mess they make of people's events and weddings. While my biggest problem is with the convention centre side of things, the whole place is dirty! We popped in several times and the stairways, elevators etc were always filthy! Dirt/Dishes/Items are left in the hallways. Many of the rooms we rented had broken items also (ie. The hot water tap). The carpet is dirty and bunched up, there is also a huge scratch in the middle of the dancefloor that has been there well over a year! We were told these things would be fixed on more than one ocassion. In the peak of summer and early fall not one flower on their so called "roof-top garden" Our wedding day was TRIPLE BOOKED! One of the parties had all of their guests shuttled to The Red Rose Convention Centre (after they tried to convince us to have our enitre wedding on the roof to make room for the other guests)! The event manager even went as far as faking a heart attack/chest pains to gain sympathy! Police had to be called in as there were threats the event wouldn't even take place at all!

I checked in to Radisson after a long day of meetings. Upon receiving the room, I went in the shower to see no towels, no soap, or body wash at all. I believe it was the housemen's name Asim who was able to bring me what was missing quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. He also asked me if there was anything else I needed. It was nice meeting the kind housemen and I would recommend a stay.
