Excellent service and good atmosphere.

Breakfast not good, cost me $1500 to quarantine. Standing at Pearson in the queue for more than an hour.

This hotel is the worst hotel ever to accomodate.
they deduct our accomodation fees more than once and didnt pay attention and having carelessness.
all the time reception staff ask the guests to wear the mask, although most of the hotel staff dont wear it, even in the reception.
we asked to get more coffee, the receptionist with a very tough way told us that u do have already in ur room "why u need coffee"! although it was finished in the room and didn't put more.
I dont recommend this hotel ever.

WOW! When I walked in the lobby! The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very spacious. Also, the Dixon restaurant at the hotel has so many delicious choices of food. Bartender — Great — happy — smiling and very pleasant… Love it…

Wonderful place to stay, close to the airport, and Woodbine.
Lovely lobby, and great attention to detail.

Nice accommodation if you are single or family. VERY disorganized for large groups.
Only 1 bell person on for 41 bags, and keys not organized. We have 2 groups here and keys in one big pile.

Nice openness in the Lobby, Lougne and Restaurant. Great Atmosphere. Cossy pool and jacuzzi area. And great airport shuttle service.

Amazing staff, from the front desk, to the kitchen and you can’t forget about the housekeepers! No matter who it is or what time of day it is they will greet you with a friendly smile and always asks if I’m enjoying my stay. Everyone here clearly cares about each and every guest.

Hotel is nice enough. Restaurant food was quite good however the restaurant wait staff was pretty awful.

Having read some of the other reviews, I felt I had to comment. Just missed a shuttle at the airport as I was having a cigarette but the next came in 15 minutes. Check-in staff were lovely and polite. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable although (as others have stated) shower water pressure was a little low. Bar staff great. Shuttle drivers brilliant when heading into town and back (using the UP Express). Nice little 24 hour snack shop (albeit expensive). Basically exactly as I expected and great value for money given what downtown hotels were charging.

All airport hotels are usually the same but I am so happy to give 5 stars to this Garden Inn because of their great staff. Everybody has been making sure our stay is flawless and it’s so rare that they do deserve recognition! Great job!

Always on the top of our list when it comes to clean, reliable accommodation. The only advice to Mgmt: please ask some of your staff at the front desk to try to be friendlier (because some of them are not…). It makes the difference between feeling like staying home away from home or just staying in another hotel, if you know what I mean…

The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport was better than the 3 star rating. The lobby area was very well decorated and had a nice feel to it. The rooms match the prices we paid they were comfortable but a bit dated. The breakfast was a buffet style and was delicious. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport is amazing! Every encounter with staff has been pleasant and helpful. Simon at the bar is great, he is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work!

First, I found several Caucasian hair in my bathroom and I am not Caucasian. The most disappointing thing was that the shuttle driver WOULD just NOT take my luggage in put it in the back of the bus, instead he told me he could not because his back was hurting and he was busy holding his coffee. I offered to hold his coffee but he was NOT willing to help me (July 30th at 8am) I was disappointed overall for a Hilton. You shuttle bus driver could definitely be more polite. Room service could not drop food to my room unless I come sign even if I added a credit card to the room. I had to come down, wait then sign to then find out they do not have room keys and could not drop the food in the room. Therefore food was dropped at 10pm after pool time. I won’t denied that it is a nice looking place but still never again because of the service I received.

Went to this hotel because my flight got canceled. I would say I was impressed, it's one of the modern sky scraper buildings of a Hilton Garden inn not like their usual theme. It's at a very good location and was perfect for the airport. Its a new construction ans has a modern outlook. To top it all was the service. I was a bit grumpy because of the flight delay followed by cancellation. But hotel assistant Bhavisha was very welcoming. My status with hotel was recognized and was given an upgrade. Also, they made sure to check with me if everything was fine with my room and if I needed anything else after checking in. And they were very willing to get a feedback on my stay to improve their services, which is a positive.

Employees are very friendly and professional. Room is great as well. Great variety in breakfast options and fair quality of the food. Restaurant food is too oily, don't eat there if you are sensitive. Also, great options in the pantry if you don't feel like eating meals.

The pantry shop, adjacent to the front desk has fantastic options! Excellent, fresh, ready-to-go meals and snacks that went FAR above and beyond expectation. The hotel's airport shuttle service was also excellent. Fast and courteous. Great job, Hilton Garden Inn!

Mediocre food for very high prices. Maintenance does not keep Up with items falling apart. Vending machines are always empty. There is nothing nearby and the restaurant doesn't even open for lunch on weekends. Except for a few amazing employees, front staff do not care about anything. Gym is small and is ventilated from pool area so you are working out in a heavy chlorinated environment. Not pleasant at all. Lobby is beautifully decorated but that's where it all ends.

Lovely front entrance and modern decor. Room was clean. Better upkeep would be appreciated to the washroom — clogged shower head so water spraying in different directions, reduced water pressure, countertop caulking was peeling some places. Hot tub floor was very gritty and heavily chlorinated. Also, front desk not helpful in regards to extra charges made to my credit card, 4 days after my stay. "Um well, just check it in a more few days, maybe it'll go away. " Not the best customer service for this interaction. Overall, good value, friendly staff and close to the highway, which makes access around the city very easy.

Check in was easy and fast (prepaid opaque booking), shuttle to airport runs at least every 30 minutes around the clock but can be congested. Room furnishings in good shape, nice linens and towels, good free Wi-Fi. In-room coffee maker makes lousy coffee. Only a shower in my room (no bath tub) but was not a roll-in shower, so not suitable for disabled. I could not figure out why the spigot and soap holder were mounted so close to the floor of the shower.

Where do I even begin? The shuttle only took forever, and by the time it actually arrived at the airport we’d seen the shuttles for all the other hotels twice. I had called the night before to request an early check in, but of course when we finally got to the front desk they had no record of it. And last but not least, while we were told to wait in the lobby for up to an hour for the next available room a work gang formed an assembly line lifting mattresses out of the front door.

The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto is located in close proximity to Toronto Pearson Airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. The front lobby has been updated recently and offers an area to relax, a technology section to surf the Internet, a convenience store and a lounge/bar. There are also conference rooms available. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Overall this is a good hotel, whether you are just visiting, staying overnight or longer.

Very modern nice hotel. Hilton does it right in this updated property. Close to the airport and 24 hour shuttle. Price is affordable and the bar/lounge area is really well maintained. Breakfast was more than I expected… most places have your typical cereal and hot plates but you can ordered your eggs the way you want them. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a layover in Toronto. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I dont give 5 stars often but I can here since I've been going there once a month for two years and they have been consistent in their service, food and cleanliness. Great place to stay.

One of the WORST HGIs I EVER stayed at. I do not expect Canada to be at the same level as US but even Mexico does better. Unless you are an Eskimo and used to cold weather — DO NOT COME AT THIS HOTEL in the winter. ALL ROOM thermostats are tweaked to be at 71 degrees or below and with large windows and negative temps outside — YOU WILL FREEZE! Internet is worse than when we had the dial-up modems… Takes up to 7 minutes just to load the first email page and you can only DREAM about attaching files to send… And yes, every 20 — 30 minutes it kicks you off line and takes another 20 to get back on… Sadly, here on business trip and the company keeps using this hotel… I guess we get what we pay for… Stay away if you can, many options around…

Nice, clean and spacious hotel near Pearson Airport. I lost my phone and (pad? pat? ) at the Front Desk was really calm and courteous, he called the housekeeping, restaurant server to help me look for the phone but we couldn't find it. Then he went to each floor to look for it but no luck… anyways very professional customer service will definitely come back! Thanks Pat!

We came for a corporate dinner front desk staff had absolutely no idea of our group meeting. Which all in all, happens, but the attitude conveyed to me was that I was wasting their time, I then asked if the restaurant would know and the answer was no. Of course I checked with the restaurant and they did know. At a point later in the evening the front staff came to get license plates for all the cars parked at their paid parking lot. No apologies for the sub par service, no apologies for the lack luster service. As a frequent traveller spending at times $2 — 3000 dollars at a time on meals, I certainly don't want to have my group treated so poorly. Restaurant was fine both in service and food, but my first impressions were very hard to shake off, so 2 stars.

Modern nice rooms. Close enough to the airport without being noisy from the airplanes. Decent restaurant and when it is closed they have a small kitchen next to reception with good fresh food. Just don't try the cappuccino unless you want coffee flavoured candy.

Amazing hotel. Upgraded us for free to a suite. Would definitely stay again. And breakfast was great. Even a chef to cook your eggs fresh.

I love Hilton hotels. This one was one of my favorite. Very good customer service. Food was great at the restaurant. Bartenders did awesome with the drinks. I didn't want to leave. Great people. Shuttle bus to airport was on point. Will stay again.

I stayed there for New years holiday weekend. Customer service was okay and the cleaning service was very friendly. I like that fact that you can wash your clothes in the laundry room which is so great. Although I love the pool and the hot tub, the outside of the pool should be clean because I found a few band aids and a Cheetos on the ground. My room was so relaxing very comfortable I slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide selections to choose from. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Thanks for making my New Years vacation a memorable one.

"Ok" hotel. We've stayed here for years whenever traveling south and I'm not sure what happened to it, but it was better before they "renovated". Had a 6 am flight so up at 4 am. Only decaf in the room. No coffee at all in the lobby. Not a good start to the day and not very considerate of guests traveling early. On top of that bed was hard as a rock, feather pillows which we have allergies to. And then to top it off we moved a chair in the lobby while waiting for the shuttle and the receptionist in the lobby named Bavisha came and told us to put the chair back. Girl has a serious attitude. not a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, clean and close by the airport. The lobby has just been renovated and it is very nice and modern looking now. The rooms are spacious and silent enough.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Excellent amenities. Breakfast was great. Having the cook prepare your eggs or serve the daily special was an excellent touch.

Hotel is nice. You don't hear the planes event if you are close to the airport. The only negative is there is not much choice to go grab something to eat around. Nice little gym but as most of them it is in the basement without any outside light.

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. We had breakfast in the restaurant there. It was good but at $38 a little pricey. But everything there was pricey. Gas was $5.08 a gallon. We went there from Niagara Falls. Once was enough for me.

Stayed for an overnight layover between flights. Pleased that the Hilton Honors app allowed remote check-in since my arrival was close to midnight and I was concerned that my room wouldn't be held. Shuttle provided from airport was less than a 7-minute ride (stopping at two other Hilton properties on the way) with a cheerful driver who went the extra step to physically escort non-English-speaking-travelers directly to their front desk. The hotel appears recently updated, with a sparkling, well-appointed lobby, furnished with modern, sophisticated chairs and sofas. Lots of areas to lounge and wait for transportation or colleagues. My room was immaculate and smelled recently cleaned. No antiseptic smell, just a light freshness like clean laundry. The water pressure was good for showering although the showerhead had a few clogged outlets. Standard toiletries and an adequate number of clean towels were provided. The mattress was comfortable but also had a dial on the side for adjusting its pressure. A complimentary hot beverage station was available in the main lobby outside the elevator the next morning. This was a welcome surprise since I didn't have time to sit for breakfast in their restaurant prior to my shuttle ride back to the airport.

I want to rate this around a 2.5/3, but I think by making it a 1 it can help bring down the overall average. We stayed for four nights, split between a short trip to Mexico while visiting Canada. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for an extended period, so that was a definite plus. The room itself was quite good, with adjustable firmness for both sides of the king-sized bed. The biggest issue however was the lack of service from the sometimes friendly staff. It really seems like they are understaffed here. The airport shuttle service was utterly horrible, though. If you were hoping for a simple way to get here after a long flight, you will be very disappointed. Our flight arrived and we got on the shuttle just after 2 am, we weren't in our hotel room until 3am! It's a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the airport, but it took us an hour to get here from the shuttle. Not recommended!

This Hilton Garden is not at all what it appeared to be. As a fellow Hilton employee, I can say with certainty and additional knowledge that this hotel is run poorly. From the moment we walked in treated with no respect and poor assistance, waited in the lobby for half an hour for our room next to broken glass everywhere. We arrived to find 3 pillows with blood stains on the outside, old food on the floor, clumps of hair on the floor, crumbs all over the desk, a broken lamp, and many more small mishaps. The designated parking for this hotel was terrible, compact, and expensive for what you get out of it. If you plan on taking a trip to Toronto, I would recommend looking at a different hotel, I am sure you can find a cheaper one with much better service.

Love this hotel! They've completely renovated it recently and it's so beautiful & modern now! The staff are all very nice & the bed is comfortable. I'll definitely come back.

We got this hotel via a cheap hotel site for our holiday. The room was very comfortable and clean. However, the beds were a little firm to our liking, the water pressure failing for the shower and the fittings was damaged. For the price obtained, it was decent. But I would not have been satisfied with the full price displayed…

The hotel was lovely. They are in the middle of renovations, but that did not seem to interfere with their quality of service. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I actually ordered room service, and the person taking my order was extremely accommodating, because I was asking for something not quite on the menu, and he was super patient and willing to do what I was asking, no problem! Also… The bed was INCREDIBLE. Couldn't have asked for a better night's stay. I'm only sad I couldn't stay longer!

Spacious room, got it at the last second. The view wasn't too nice, since we got the 2nd floor. Staff was nice, complimentary breakfast was good. Unfortunately did not use the gym or pool. Wish they had given more shampoo and conditioner for the 2 nights. Other hand that, Hilton Garden Inn was amazing.

The room was nice and the hotel lobby and restaurant were beautiful but the front desk workers were terrible. We asked for extra towels and blankets four times and did not receive them. We ran out of toilet paper and were not given more. At one point we were told they had knocked on our door with no response, but none of the four people in our room heard a knock. Just awful service.

Great service, location. Parking, secure. Friendly staff. Good Neutrogena products. Didn't have a chance to try the food. Only knock I'd the small tv's. But great channel selection. Will definitely be staying here again.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Toronto on March 8th. The hotel was kept Well Service was great value was good for the money.

I am HH member and I have been since 2007. I have travelled quiet a bit in hotels around the world. Hilton and non Hilton. The Staff at this location is horrible, I think I stayed at this location for about 10 times now, the service j keeps getting down. Front desk are grumpy when you check in no eye contact no smiles, no hello no anything it is like you owe them something. Check out is the same thing, grumpy no good morning even if I said good morning they just give again the grumpy face, I really don't understand? I am not spending my money here again I am changing hotels when staying in YYZ. Do not stay here!

Everything pretty good. They just need sleeves for the to go cup's of coffee and tea! It burns my fingers to hold the cup. Also, parking is way too expensive here…

I was generally pleased, but I'm easy to please. Well appointed hotel in a good location. Many minor screw ups that would probably be unacceptable to picky travellers. Wrong room assignments, no maid service, TV remote not working, missed charges, etc. I would stay there again, but I'm sure entitled people would have had fits.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Be aware that parking is $15 per day.

Hotel is ok. Fairly standard for a Hilton garden inn. Pool and hot tub in the basement. Rooms are nice. Not the best I've stayed in, but better than most. This all being said I rate the hotel 4.5 stars, because it meets expectations and surpasses a few. But then we get to the restaurant. They've rebranded it twice in recent memory and what they should have done was gutted the kitchen of its staff. So, staying around YYZ? Stay here. Eat elsewhere. Maybe Chop for steak. There's a texmex place nearby. Don't get the sushi. If all else fails Jack Astors has takeout for fairly cheap. Call ahead and it'll be ready when you get there. Oh one last thing. Be warned you will pay for parking.

The receptionist said the internet is pay per device? But decided to hook us up with a access code? What century do we live in? A hotel that doesn't have free wireless service? Please. Spare me the BS. Speaking of internet. It's the most inconsistent internet. Kicks you off, or it will stop loading, or become unbearably slow. Otherwise, beds are comfortable, spacious, and clean. Didn't try the restaurant out, parking in the back lot @ $18 a night was fair. Super close to the airport, 25 mins away from downtown, not due to distance, but rather traffic. And there are no fridges in the hotel either, which we found surprising. Overall not bad.

The hotel is beautiful. The elevators change floors in record speed, a very nice surprise. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The restaurant provides service at a medium pace, but always puts out quality food. A few negative things, the water pressure, internet, and parking are all insufficient. For a high class hotel, at a low price, they seem to have cut some really important corners.

Our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport has always been great. keep up the great work.
