Very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Had to go down to front desk daily for towels and garbage bags. Guess the 1200 we spent on a room for 6 day. They couldn't afford the staff to upkeep hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Pool was had way to much chlorine in it. All could smell through hotel. And when went it it. Skin all dried out… Also. Was there during huge heat wave in August. And no air conditioning in hallways and lobby. So temps were reading 84 on visible thermostats… And ac in rooms. Didn't work that great either… Coldest it would get is 75… And jacuzzi tub in our room. Was filthy when we ran it… Black dirt came out the lines… Never even used it after seeing that.

Did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. When I check in to my room, I opened the frigde and founds juice spilled from Previous customers never cleaned. Microwave was dirty. The bed sheets had a yellow light stain. When I went to the front desk and wanted my room changed because it was dirty, I got question alot. I also asked for the crib I requested, he said is it in the room. I said no. He said then I guess we don't have any available. Didn't even bother to check. They offered a pull out couch, when I asked for cover and pillow they made me go pick it up. Not good service at all. They don't provide enough towels and lacks cleanliness.

I love this hotel. It was truly a home away from him home. It is pricey but worth it. We stayed 5 nights. The breakfast is really Continental. They have swimming pool and fitness room. They are family friendly. I would highly recommend.

Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Quiet and peaceful day and night. Rates very reasonable.

Have to say I am so impressed with this property and especially the excellent service from check in to the wonderful breakfast hostess. Great experience! And they even have a nice gym and pool!

It's pretty much like your typical Holiday hotel but smaller and cleaner, breakfast is rad but I wish there was cheese for the eggs.

Update two years later. Everithing OK but there aren’t power outlet close to the bed in the room.
The pool is indoor that is very good for winter but was close early. Breakfast was good comparing with other Holidays hotels. Room and hotel clean.

Pretty standard hotel. The swimming pool and hot tub are nice. Free breakfast is a Buffett but not too much to choose from. Have yet to hear airplanes while inside the hotel and I have been here 2 weeks. Internet is about 5mb up and down, 5ms ping.

Wonderful hotel, staff is courteous and very professional… spent 15 mins trying to find a room with exactly what we wanted even offered to bump someone to help out due to handicap… Excellent condition very clean, and housekeeping was so sweet!

The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. I know this because I have been awake for the past 3 hours counting the seconds between flyovers.

The hotel is a good choice if you come from work, this close to several companies. Breakfast is included but it ends very early in the morning. The staff of the hotel are very friendly.

Very clean but out dated no in movies, some lights were not functioning and give a feeling of a real old but clean hotel, just ok other Holiday Inn express much better than this. For this condition way over priced.

Had an okay stay here. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a little tough getting into the building with my luggage as there is a high curb except at the front entrance where there is a car blocking the path inside. Inside my room the carpet was a little messy with popcorn scattered around and under the furniture. The carpeted area around the window was wet due to condensation coming from the window and possibly the heating/cooling unit. Besides that everything was okay. Breakfast is included which is great. The breakfast area is very spacious, clean and uncluttered.

Nice hotel. I love holiday inns because it’s so consistent through the brand. This one is no exception. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to restaurants (2 short blocks from Boston pizza, moxies, Montana’s, subway, ) cineplex nearby. I was here for business I only gave four stars NOT because the hotel did anything wrong but because it’s located directly across from a peanut processing plant (Trophy nuts). The smell in the air and in the hotel is quite strong. Whenever my furnace kicks on, the smell wafts into my room. This does not bother me, bit I’m writing this so someone may see the review and take note if there is a severe peanut allergy in your family where even the smell can upset them, I would AVOID this hotel. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

The accommodations are decent. Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Room was spacious had decent amenities for my business purposes. I asked for a room with a good view (trees, the highway, etc) the person who checked me said "all the views are the same"). They must have a lot of trash in this hotel. I woke up and went to sleep faced by industrial sized dumpsters. My fellow business partners did not face that issue. Traveling while black and female…

Amazing service. Amazing staff. Would easily recommend without hesitation.

The place is clean and the foods are great. Staff are accommodating and this hotel is actually close by a big entertainment place where the Cineplex movie theatre is located. Will recommend if you have a rental car or car. Will not if you only will be commuting by transit as the transit buses in the area takes a while.

I will stay at this location again at Holiday Inn because it offers free parking, quick exit to 401, 403 to downtown Toronto and Hamilton Niagara and Toronto Airport. Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel because of four pillows on bed and good large flat screen TV.

As always, check in was fast, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hallways quiet and the breakfast was good. Indoor pool and gym. Overall a good place to stay.

Really great place for a formal meeting. Very good hospitality.

Some amenities could use a bit of updating, but all in all a good value for what you pay. The complimentary breakfast is better than most in this price range.

Food is what you expect. Nothing crazy… Beds are comfortable and it has a nice hot tub. Close to a lot of good food.

Nice reception. Very clean and comfortable room, with nice beds and pillows. Plentiful breakfast, with fairly varied choices. Quiet location with good parking. Only 10 minutes from downtown Mississauga, and only few minutes to many restaurants along the Hurontario Street and other many main streets.

Clean rooms, good service and very accessible prices, close to Toronto!

Not a bad spot so far… beds are awesome. Next is to try the breakfast.

Front desk was very helpful and rooms were clean and had everything we needed. However some cleaning products in the corridor were less desirable.

Made room quickly and neatly, good breakfast, 5 minute drive from mall and Plaza with restaurants. Enjoyed the stay.

This location is convenient just 10 minutes from the Airport, close to City Centre Mississauga and SQ1. Rooms are comfortable and services was pleasant. Overall staying here was great.

We were very happy with our stay. Front desk was so nice and helpful, they even upgraded us without even asking! I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed in a suite with a king bed and sofa bed. Free Wi-Fi was appreciatively offered and a briefing on Canadian money from the front desk was very entertaining.

I came to Holiday Inn to pick up a friend and drive them to Pearson Airport. I was inside the building for about sixty seconds. A+

BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! I stayed at this hotel; in room 217 to be exact, and woke up bitten by BEDBUGS! What an absolutely disgusting thing to wake up to. As part of my wake up call, I squashed a fleeing bedbug on the bed. This was so the front desk clerk could actually see the evidence for himself. I won't go into all gory details, but I had such a reaction from these bites that I had to go to the doctor on my trip, and get antibiotics and cortisone cream. Even worse, was one of these "things" found their way in my luggage back home; thank goodness after killing it and double checking every inch of my suitcase and spraying it just in case, it seemed like that was the only one that got in my suitcase. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS HOTEL! If the management at this hotel questions the authenticity of this email and information, then I will be more than happy to post all the back and forth emails with Amin the manager, as well as pictures of the bites I had. A very sincere apology should be posted by the manager, and the manager should also let future travelers know what steps he has taken to eliminate the infestation of bugs that were evident in that room! I am forced to rate this hotel as a one in order to post it, otherwise it would be a BIG FAT ZERO! I stayed in that hotel in April 2016.

Rooms are fine and clean. No bar or restaurant on premises. Continental breakfast is lack luster. They have an automatic pancake maker that clearly needs some parts replaced based on the plastic taste of the cakes it made. The coffee is abysmal, in the land of Tim Horton's I know it can be better. If you need a place to crash on a business trip this will work, but that is all you get. If you are on a budget a clean motel would be a better option.

Not suitable for families with kids. Consider more than once before booking. The location is not as described aND the rooms are dirty and have bad odors.

The location was very close and convenient for food as well as my job. The room was clean and the hotel even upgraded me into a suite. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi left much to be desired. The signal was spotty and I found it impossible to get any work done over their network. Overall a nice place to stay but not somewhere I would stay if I had to have a Work Conference there.

The rooms were very clean and well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast had a very good variety and was maintained constantly throughout the morning.

Hotel is very good but on my happen I have to wait 15 minutes to be served because no one was home.
Lunch is good room as I will surely go back.

Rented out the Breakfast/party room for a day. Medium sized room with a usable kitchen and many tables. Great but not perfect.
