Staff was very friendly. Even the breakfast staff were all smiles all of the time. Most breakfast staff I'm used to are tired and just trying to make it through the day. Dinner service left a lot to be desired but breakfast was awesome. Food was outstanding. Rooms were very clean. Bed comfortable. Wasn't happy about having to pay to park. In all, though, I'd go back again. Oh, and the a/c was a little loud.

Enough space in the room with reasonable price for Japanese. Free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel is useful for those who does not drive by oneself.

Everything was excellent except for one very important thing to me! I booked this hotel strictly to use the hot tub listed in the amenities on their website. My boyfriend and I recently moved and no longer have our hot tub to enjoy and we were really Looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. When we got there we were told they no longer have a hot tub. My reasoning for choosing this hotel over a much less pricy option was only For the hot tub, I asked myself, is $60 more worth it just got a hot tub, yes! We even came earlier then necessary. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Good location! Near a variety of restaurants (Middle Eastern, Asian, fast food), close to shopping. The rooms were comfy, the a/c was okay. The bathroom was nice, contemporary. The TV volume was restricted to only 20% and some programs were hard to hear, but I liked the casting feature. Overall a good experience but be advised of the daily $17 and other room taxes and fees that add to the bill. When I return to the Toronto area I will be back.

Recently renovated hotel with spacious rooms and good gym. I would highly recommend ordering full breakfast, one of the top ones for this network. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

Absolutely disgusted by the way my husband and I were treated on our honeymoon. We booked the park, sleep, fly for our trip to the Dominican. We were going to stay once our flight was scheduled to land at 2:00 am. Our flight was delayed by a day and we ended up landing at 11:00 am the following day instead. When we emailed the hotel they seemed more than accommodating but when we arrived to say we would no longer need the room but were more than happy to pay for the parking and the shuttle and from the airport they REFUSED to provide any sort of refund or compensation for the room we no longer needed. Keep in mind this was well before check in time and there should have been no issue cancelling our room. They completely took advantage of the fact we paid up front and selfishly kept all of our money. They didn't even offer us a rain check for another night in the future, not any sort of discount, absolutely nothing. This was even after we had spoken to the manager. Rip off artists the lot of them. They've lost 2 customers indefinitely. Please be careful if you're considering staying here, I just wouldn't.

Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Spacious showers. Accommodating & friendly staff. Free shuttles to airport. Good meal options in the buffet. Modern updated look with nice dark wood throughout. Most importantly they we're very understanding of the flight cancelation problems we were having and went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible.

Rooms were decent, however I found that the hotel is not the most convenient for getting to the airport (a bit farther away than I would prefer). It took me 15 minutes to get to the airport in my own car at 7am. They offer an airport shuttle, however you need to sign up for it and it only leaves the hotel every 45 minutes. You also have to pay for parking, which I didn't like since all the other hotels around it offer free parking. I would say that it's probably not the best place to stay if you are laying over in Toronto for the night and you don't have a car.

The hotel is a bit rundown. Rooms are clean and furniture is ok. You can tell some recent renovations were completed to upgrade the building. Its in s good location, just off the 401 and Dixie. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle to /from the airport, good service. The executive lounge was well stocked for breakfast, good selection of eggs, breads, muffins, fresh fruits, cereals, etc along with orange, cranberry and other juices.

Greeting and arrival experience were fantastic. Room was clean and quite comfortable. Staff remembered request for foam pillows (out of 15 stays within a 15 km radius first to fulfill). Restaurant/bar area just didn't do it for me. Completely open to entire main entrance and no real separation. Was also the first time in 15 recent stays in area required to pay for overnight parking during stay.

Was shoved here because of a Cancelled flight so cannot comment as to price, has a shuttle to the airport but you HAVE to book your place or risk losing out, something that wasn't made clear. Otherwise seemed nice and clean decent facilities. Staff/Front Manager seemed really quite helpful, and aimed to please. Food was expensive but was ok. All in all pretty good for a airport (premium) location. But as I say, I wasn't paying.

I booked a room through Park Sleep Fly earlier this month. An e-mail confirmation prompts you to book a shuttle to the airport upon check-in at the hotel. When we arrived, we were notified that all shuttles to the hotel the next morning were fully booked. So on top of the $200 spent to sleep/ park our car for the week, we had to pay an additional $25 to get to the airport (via taxi). The hotel staff notified us that it was peak season, which I understand, but I find it a bit ridiculous that the hotel did not have enough shuttles to accommodate customer transfers to the airport. Had I known it would be fully booked, I would have called when I made the reservation initially. Luckily, we were able to get a shuttle on the way back from our trip, but overall I was not very happy with the amount of money we had to spend. Additionally, the rooms are not in very good shape considering the price tag. Overall not a great experience and would not book here again.

I had rented out one of the conference rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Mississauga, and Sahar (the Sales Manager) took INCREDIBLE care of us. She checked in on us every hour or two to ensure we had everything we needed. She brought us complimentary cookies and coffee, and was an all around joy to deal with. If you are in need of a conference room space, this is the place to do it! I would also like to add, that one of their servers, Jeff, was super pleasant and chatty. He was super speedy in terms of delivery of our food and drink orders, he was all smiles, and extremely charming. We loved our time here, and highly reccomend using DoubleTree (5444 Dixie rd) as your next meeting location.

Stayed here for a week and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Cookies were always offered warm and fresh at the front desk. Only downside is that parking on the property is expensive and is not secure.

Was placed here for cancelled flight. Rooms seem expensive at walk up rate. The airport shuttle is a bit sporadic and requires a booking so if ten already want it, you've had it. Staff were quite eager to please however. A later than usual check out at 12. Has a pool/sauna facilities worth it for after or before transatlantic for instance or long over America's flight. Food and beer was pricey but seemed generally good quality.

We typically stay here when flying from Pearson. Great rooms and affordable. We were stuck flying out one year when the Superbowl was on. Was able to get some great food and catch the game. My understanding is they are under construction now. Can't attest to that.

Decent hotel. Room are nice. HVAC controls are weird — couldn't keep room at a decent consistent temp. Good buffet breakfast. Fitness facility is not very good. Pool and sauna was closed when I was there with no info as to when they would be open.

The hotel is very large. The Italian restaurant has a good water standard. There are also Japanese restaurants, are above water. There used to be a restaurant, but now it's closed. The hotel is equipped with all the facilities. There are more than the largest meeting hall. The old is Hong Kong people, surnamed Huang.

Great hotel with an excellent restaurant! Food was outstanding. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Finishes in the lobby are clearly higher end than the rooms. It's obvious that the hotel has been renovated as some of room's hardware is not as new as the rest, but room was clean and comfortable.

Nice venue but the bar was served by a miserable old fart and all the drinks were watered down. On Monday in the office there was over six people complaining loudly about how water down the drinks were, they were so watered down…

Very nice hotel, comfy bed, nice restaurant, very clean… called the front desk at 10pm as the Smoke detector in the hallway was beeping every 5 seconds due to battery issues likely, they told me they’d look after it. They never did, it beeped all night long, I got very little sleep. When I checked out they told me their maintenance guy went home early and there was nothing they could do about it. If it wasn’t for this, it would’ve been a 5 star experience, I loved the warm cookie, nice touch.

Great hotel, great rates. Clean room, quiet. Nice workout room (note to management, you need to supply wipes to wipe down the machines because I sweat). The breakfast buffet is awesome and the beer was very cold. (No I did not have beer with breakfast). I will return.

It was very nice and we had an excellent person that worked for the airport and hotel that told us where to go to have supper and clubs and shopping places. He even drove us. It was nice. I would stay again. I found the listing through online through trivago.

My stay at the Double Tree was great. A nice welcome with a warm cookie is always a nice touch. All the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. All the conference rooms were clean and my hotel room was excellent. There was some construction happening in the courtyard which was pretty loud during our meetings, but I'd rather have construction happening during meetings than while people are sleeping. My only complaint would be the temperature of the hotel. The weather was approaching freezing but the thermostats in the hotel all seemed to be hovering around 18 or 19 degrees C. I turned up the one in my room and the room warmed up quickly enough, but in order to maintain the temp, the system was clicking on every 5 minutes or so, with noisy fans. After about 45 seconds it would turn off and the repeat the pattern all night.

Very small rooms, we can hear the hallway very clearly. Staff is hit or miss. The breakfast buffet staff is always excellent and the shuttle driver was great. Reception could use some improvement. The pool area was freezing during my visit. It was about 10degrees outside but 0 heating inside the room. Getting in the water meant that you would really freeze once you get out. Still lots of construction when walking around.

Newly renovated hotel, very nicely done. Used to be the Toronto Airport West hotel and the Delta before that. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable, no real change from before. They now give a delicious cookie when you check, so that is a bonus! The restaurant and bar are fine, aside from esthetic changes there is not much different.

Nice and clean room. Very polite and helpful staff. Lovely food. There are minor teething issues since they have just undergone renovation under new management. Like the Wi-Fi being very moody… :) It's very near to airport and they have dedicated shuttle services. You can call the hotel from the airport kiosk and they will send the van over.

Called for shuttle 5 times over course of 1+ hr. Didn't come till finally had to get ugly with front desk employee. Driver was never contacted he informed me till last call. Apparently common issue from reviews. Also they refuse to answer phone. I had to call Hilton corporate and have them call a private line to get through. Rooms are quite nice and lounge is really nice. Sadly won't be coming back due to employee issues. They flat out lie, housekeeping will say they cleaned rooms, but never will have step inside. Front desk will tell you 20 minutes for shuttle, despite never even calling them. Will be promised things, they never occur, but they'll insist they did.

This is now a Doubletree property. Reception was quick with the customary warm cookies. The hotel still appears to be going through renovation with some grounds sections closed off. This does not interfere with use and all amenities were open. Overall a great experience at a great price.

This hotel use to be Delta once. And we use enjoy great stays. Now that it's rebranding as double tree. You can see there are many of changes taking place. Including getting rid of the some of the awesome staff that use to provide us outstanding service. Like the many shuttle staff enjoyed seeing every time we have stayed there.

The renovations look good but when we used the facilities the hotel was noisy and there was still construction happening. We arrived at about 1am to find nobody at the reception desk. One of us had to physically walk in the back and ask them to come out front. The staff was warned that we were arriving late in the night. The information provided by the receptionist was awful. She didn't even show us the way to the stairs to our room. We ended up wandering the first floor until we found where they hid the elevators. Generally the room was great but the bed was awful to sleep in. We loved the modern look. The shuttle drivers were very nice. We are probably not coming back. We'll see.

A relatively nice hotel. The food isn't great, especially for the price l, but we were also there during off season so maybe they weren't on top of their game. However I wanted to highlight a particular waiter who made our experience very enjoyable. I believe his name was Robert, he was from Greece and very accommodating and attentive. He suggested we eat by the cozy fireplace, then realized there wasn't a dining table there so he moved some things to make it work, then the fireplace wasn't on so he went to get the remote, but it was out of batteries so he went back and really just went the extra mile to try to give us a great experience! Thank you for making a missed flight and inconvenient situation a positive one.

Hotel is under construction right now but will be beautiful when it is done. The staff was very very accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way for us, service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was exceptional for the price.

The staff are friendly & helpful. I have never met more friendly staff! I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant & the lady offered me a to go cup to take coffee with me. I was very impressed. All 7 staff I dealt with were friendly & happy. They seemed like they actually enjoyed their job.

The price is good but the hotel is under renovation. Very good value for money.

No fridge, TV with limited channel. Can you believe that they dont have CBC available! Therefore cannot view the Nhl playoff game on the Canada public channel! Cable with loose signal with noise on all chanel. Hotel room with a vintage look.

Fantastic hotel with a great setting. The shuttle took quite a while to pick up from the airport at night, and the kitchen closed at 1145 which was unfortunate for a cancelled flight that got hungry passengers to the hotel at midnight. Otherwise, it was great!

This hotel is a little older and show its age, but it was clean and comfortable. Checkin staff was pleasant and informative. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

I was comped for two rooms for one night each with a $20 meal voucher here because Air Canada cancelled all the flights leaving to NYC-LGA due to the 2016 blizzard. The staff here are so friendly and helpful that I felt compelled to write a review on their exceptional service. Bryan understood and sympathized for our situation and was very accommodating. The rooms are a little outdated, but the beds are comfy.

I didnt even stay at this hotel. I just called to book a room for park and fly and thy lady at the front desk, was beyond rude. I was asking questions, she was talking to someone else in the back ground, answering me without even knowing what I was asking. She first told me that parking for park and fly was at a secondary location, not on hotel property and then when I proceeded to question this, as one of my gf's just stayed there and parked on sight, she corrected herself. She told me okay thanks for calling, and on 3 different occasions I said I wasnt done. At the end when I asked about booking the room, she proceeded to tell me to book on park and fly? I had not even been on this website, and told her at the beginning of the call that I was on their website and was having an issue placing a reservation. She hung up, and I called back to let her know that I asked to place a reservation, and she hung up on me. She really didnt care, so I told her I would call back and place a complaint with her boss the next day, but figured this is better so that everyone can see how HORRIBLE THEIR STAFF REALLY IS! Nowadays, its all about the people and the service you provide. There are 100 places that you can get the same service from.

This is a great hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It's close to the airport but very soundproof. It's also close to the major highways which is an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

It's easy to find. The hotel is cleaned by professionals. The hotel team is professional and confident in their product which is fast and cautious service.

Customer service leaves something to be desired. The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. The building seems new. The amenities are lacking. The swimming pool is dimly lit and the whirl-pool has a very short 5-minute timer. The website is confusing regarding which rooms include the kitchenette or not. The front desk was also confused on which booking codes relate to which room.

Helpful staff. Stayed here 2 days with family. Would recommend.

Thos hotel was great as a Delta. Im a platinum member and I had amazing deals. Now you have to pay 16$ for parking for the day, I was there 10 days and all of a sudden over the weekend they got a rule that sais no more cash paiments, coincidence? Aftwr I was told I cant extend at 9 and that I have to leave by noon I asked for late check out. The front desk lady was SO rude (dont rememver her name) attitude right when she answered, last time I stayed here for 50$ I was able to sing out at 5pm, now all of a sudden the latest I can check out is 12.30 (with an attitude) I spoke to the maneger, since he knows me he was ablw to speak calmly and agreed to the 2pm late check out for 10$ per hour. (The indian maneger is a very nice man, hes more understanding) About 2 days ago, same thing happened to a couple across the hall from me. The floor maneger or assistant maneger donr know which one (the yonge man at the front) pushed 2 guests away with there "rules" that are constantly changing cause they feel like it, theve now lost a good client that stayed here every other week. So dissapointed in this hotel, they dont care for there clients at all.

Rooms was comfortable and very neat. Wi-Fi was a breeze and good for multiple devices. We had 5! A&w and a few restaurants are across the road. Price was right even when showing up with no prior booking. Called hotel and shuttle grabbed us from the airport within half an hour. It's about a ten minute drive from the airport. Shuttles to airport also free and starting at 3 am every half an hour. If you can avoid drinking the same amount as your hotel bill in the restaurant consider yourself lucky. There's nothing else to do here! I would recommend this place for the budget conscious consumer on a tight schedule.

Had my daughter's christening reception at Toronto Airport West hotel. The restaurant manger Rohan Stewart was so nice he explained everything with care that's one of the reasons why we booked the hotel restaurant. The day of our daughters christening was more than I could ever expect, food was mouth watering and the staff was extremely nice. As an event planner I would recommend this hotel and restaurant to my clients any day.

We stayed at the hotel for a week although the weather was freezing cold Delta could not control that. At the hotel we found the staff was super friendly and helpful including a very personable housekeeper. The facilities were great the pool and hot tub were regularly and well looked after. The buffet breakfast was always fresh and had lots of selection. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We had a very pleasant stay despite the freezing weather that is typical of Toronto in December.

From a person travelling around the world and lived in all kinds of luxury hotels. I had missed my flight on October 12, 2013. Therefore, I spent one night in this hotel. Although It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, employees here are friendly and polite. I had a beer in the hotel lounge and had a chat with bartenders. It was a great experience for a guy just missing his flight.
