A truly uncomfortable experience. The noise was unbearable and since the room's walls are so thin you could hear children screaming almost all the time. Many families seem to "live" there, so the hallways were messy, with beer cans everywhere and with a distinct smell of piss. I could tolerate all of this, since it's a good location and I was only an overnight guest, but I still can't believe that I paid over a hundred dollars for such a mediocre experience.

I don't recommend this hotel. I found empty food containers and a dirty sock in the night stand. There was something on the side of the mattress. For a non smoking room it smelled to smoke.

Allowed a very early check-in, good price, and is very close to the airport.

One star is way too generous for this hotel but it was the min I could select The rudest staff in history. All staff was rude and confrontational. When we first got there we were told we did not have reservations when we made them a month prior. When I asked for towels for the pool they gave me 3 and said that was all they have. When I lost a room key they told me they would have to charge me as they ran out the night before. I asked for change for their drink machine and was told rudely that I interrupted him training a new staff member. The hallways stunk and the back stairwell smelt like beer. The fridge leaked and we told them about it daily. Said non smoking but ashtrays were all over the hallways. The other guests were very loud with constant yelling and screaming in the halls and other rooms. Drunks were walking in and out. The only good thing was the East Indian lady that was more than happy to help me. She was very friendly for checking us out too.

The front desk staff were pretty good, and it looked like the room had received some recent renovations. They also had a nice tv. Screaming drunks and doors slamming at all hours of the night. At least hotel staff kicked them out pretty fast. No ability to control room temperature (heat or ac), no shampoo, shower alternated between hot and lukewarm. It did smell a bit tank in the halls too. I’m not so sure about all the reviews saying bedbugs and other bugs, as the room itself was fairly clean. Overall it could have been worse but it still wasn’t too good. It was on the cheaper side at least ($80), If it was $10-$15 a night less I’d probably rate it a tad higher. The location was good though.

This hotel sucks. Pool was way to cold when we got here, hot tub was boiling hot you couldn't even get in, sauna room sucks, door doesn't close properly, keys won't work sometimes, food is alright, maids don't really clean up that much, garbage was still in the room, loud at night can hear people partying in rooms being loud all night, people knocking on doors real late, other then that the place just sucks. Do not stay here. Pay the extra cash to stay someplace else.

Been going for years love the staff there. Very homely feeling.

Its not the safest or near close to having a good reveiw its close to the airport with a bar and lounge dirty pool and bad housekeeping.

Service was decent, but not great. They were not prepared for the amount of people who showed up to the event.

Very nice establishment. Tables are clean and they arent close together. Plenty of tvs for sports and two pool tables which are free.

Clean, not fancy. Had some sketchy patrons. Overall great experience.

Terrible. The hotel room was really sketchy and NOT COMFORTABLE at all. They didn't receive our booking so my family of 4 had to cram into one bed. My brother slept on the floor and said he felt bugs. There was also no a/c. This lady kept on screaming and the walls were not soundproof so we heard everything. People slamming doors and repetitive knocking. We barely got any sleep. Do not come here because its hell!

No bedbugs. It was clean, BUT, not an ideal neighborhood. The neighborhood is so rough the toilets have no tanks. As in no tanks on toilets because that is something that can be broken. Toilets like in a shopping mall. All in all an ok place if you just needs a quick sleep and go.

This place is pretty grimy. The atmosphere didn't make it safe for me. Only good thing about this place is a beer store is nearby.

I was picking up an intoxicated individual. I work in law enforcement and he needed to go to the drunk tank. Good times.

Stayed here Summer 2016… Lobby and the pool were pretty. Wish I could say the same for the rooms. We found the rooms were beyond low par. The room was so hot we opened the one small window, since there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We were leery about the beds, so we slept on top of the sheets. I also found this hotel / motel very noisy at all hours, was very hard to actually get some sleep. I would not recommend staying here. If you do… make sure you bring your own toiletries, cause they only provide you with a tiny bar of soap. I could mention more, but all I am going to say is… this place is bad.

The new lounge looks amazing, one thing that they need is a debit machine at the bar. No point having an ATM that charges you money to take your money out.

Cheap prices, no appetizers. Renovations look good.

I am not sure I even need to write this based on previous reviews but do not stay here. I stayed here one night and found myself in a situation where there was NO HEAT in the room and NO HOT WATER. I called down to the desk around 11:00 pm at night to ask about the heat and was told that the boiler had shut down and that I would have to wait for the heat to come back on. This is in FEBRUARY (thankfully a warmer February by Winnipeg standards). When I woke up there was still no heat (I had to sleep with extra clothes on) and this is when I found out there was no hot water. After a luke cold sponge bath I checked out and asked if they had any kind of policy with respect to guest satisfaction. I was told that I should have called down to the desk. When I told them I did and was told THE BOILER WASN'T WORKING they basically said "that's funny, there should be heat and hot water". Not sure if I talked to the manager or the owner (the person at the desk went and got someone) but it was pointless, There are other hotels close to the airport in the same price range and some even offer a ride to the airport (Airport Motor Inn does not). Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Do NOT stay here. I was checking in at 1pm and a drunk First Nation man walked into the reception area from the rooms and almost threw up in the reception area. There was a group of men drinking out of a vodka bottle in the parking lot. The whole place smelled of cigarretes. Lots of First Nations people seem to live there permanently, and I am sure lots of illicit activity goes on. I was later told that sex trade happens there as well. The fact that they sell lottery scratch tickets at the front counter pretty much says it all. When I told the guy at reception I was going to leave my motorcycle parked outside and he made a face and said "well people get drunk outside, so I wouldn't recommend it". The room was next to the pool and I could hear kids screaming the whole time. Room wasn't clean and smelled awful. I decided to try my luck somewhere else and ended up getting a good rate at the Days Inn near the airport. Definitely worth the extra 15 dollars. If I could give it zero starts I would. The only positive thing was the guy at reception who was helpful.

The most shitty service! Walls are so thin that you can hear the other person breathing, reeked of stale booze. Restaraunt staff are like the worst people ever not even a smile. I recommend that you stay away from this hotel or burn it down. Or something.

Dirty bathroom, dirty pool, bad smell, bad bed, lots of noise.

Bunch of dirt worshipping prairie drunks. Room stunk of Listerine and lemon extract. Hole in the wall sewer type joint. Never again.

Worst inn ive ever been too. No microwave or coffee machine. They even charge for soap and shampoo. Alot of sketchy natives running the hallways. Save your $ and DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! Prostitutes, drunks and drugs is all it offers.

Don't stay here! food was so gross! there was nothing but no-stop fights cops came the first night because a guy had a gun in the next room over and this happened at 4am the next night cops came again, because a bunch of guys were smashing the signs outside, very hot and dirty, staff was not helpful and really rude, hot tub was very dirty had green and brown stuff in it, pool had a film on the top of the water, people leave the garbage all over in the hallways, feels like your staying in a jail cell, nothing like the pictures, I will never stay here again, you have to pay for every little thing, ice was 25 cents, to make a local call from your room was 25 cents, shampoo was 3.25 a bottle, this place should be closed down.

We're from out of town and needed a room close to the airport as we were flying out early the next morning. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area, however there's a reason for that. It is a low-end, scummy, stripper bar/hotel. Some of the clientelle were the type of people that you'd see stumbling along Main Street — very scary. The hotel is dirty. Smells like stale booze and cigarettes. Recently renovated. Really? I'd hate to have seen (smelled) what it was like before. We had no heat in our room (it was January) so they brought us a space heater if you can believe that. The power kept going out — couldn't have the TV on and the space heater plugged in at the same time. After numerous attempts at fixing it, they finally moved us to another room which wasn't any better. The room had an underlying smell of urine. There was minimal heat coming out of the register and it was so cold that the windows were frosted over. Had to call the front desk to ask them to turn up the heat — they never did. Blanket was thin and we almost froze. Shower drain was semi-plugged — ended up in ankle deep water in the shower — GROSS. I didn't sleep all night and couldn't wait to get out of there. Don't EVER stay here — I NEVER will again, even if they gave me the room for free.

The TV so very staticy, lamp didnt work, the sitting chairs were very dirty, the pool was ice cold, would not recommend to anyone, there was no air conditioner.
