The room was clean and the hot tub was nice. Some of the room could use an update in terms of decor.

This place was a RIP off. Paid 60 extra to have my pets and then was told had to keep the cats in a cage. This hotel ended up costing 210 and is a dive. There have to be better hotels for that kind of money that take pets. Would not recommend this place.

Nothing fancy, I wasn't expecting very much for only $80/night. Got a room with one queen bed — walked into the room to find out it had previously been a two bed room and they had just removed one of the beds, so that just was a bit odd (headboard and everything was still there). Bathroom was clean but the toilet leaked water. We showed up past midnight and only stayed for one night so we didn't say anything about it. Room included a fridge and microwave which was nice. Breakfast consisted of toast (with butter, peanut butter, and strawberry jam), some muffins, orange juice and coffee. They had an ice machine, laundry and hot tub — none of which we tried so I can't comment on those. There are other hotels in town that are approximately the same price so I would likely try my luck somewhere else before returning again.

The acting manager did all that he could to make our stay comfortable. It was late and got a bit crazy at check in. It was clean and fine for and over night sleep.

The property manager, Brad, was extremely helpful and polite upon arrival even with the frantic fray of all of the guests he had to assist. He made sure we were well set and loved on our USA service dog in-training. Our rest was delightful and we would recommend this location to any traveler. Even the schoolyard next door that allowed for open space play time was an added bonus.

Very very clean good price only bad part is the train that's close so you can hear everything but compared to the ones closer to town they're wayy cleaner and offer good service.

Fabulous place to stay. Might be a bit dated, but soooo clean! And the staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying there again.

It is a suitable accommodation in Kamloops. Facilities provided are nice at very affordable prices. Location also fine.

Beware. I had booked a two a two-night stay WEEKS in advance and they did not honour my booking. They also seemed to think that disregarding bookings was totally fine and a normal occurrence… so just plan to go somewhere else.

Clean room, but stuffy smells from being closed up. The hot tub is in a small room that made me a bit claustrophobic with the drain in the shower making loud noises all the while we were inside. Breakfast was watery juice, toast and bad coffee…

Rooms are nice and well kept. The only thing worth noting as even a down is the breakfast was just coffee, Orange Juice, and Muffins; just not what I was expecting.

About what you expect for a discount motel. The bed is relatively comfortable and the shower is fairly spacious. This is the second time I've stayed here and would stay here again next time I'm in kamloops.

Rooms were way overpriced for some below average motel. We checked in really late, they tried to charge us more than advertised, rooms felt dirty, and sheets did not look clean. The "free breakfast" was some cut up muffins, a bag of bread, and old coffee. Hotels are the same price as this place and twice as good with better breakfasts.

Under the circumstances and short notice, the RanchLand really pulled through for us… we were evacuated from our home due to uncontrollable forest fires… in mass numbers we arrived to the city of Kamloops who in turn accepted us all (thousands, including pets) with open arms… the RanchLand Inn made us feel welcome and did their utmost best to fulfill all our needs… a family owned and operated business, at a reasonable price, and generally quiet, I rate them five s… thank you RanchLand for your Hospitality!

Got ripped off. Charged my group of 7 evacuees, $25 to have 2 dogs in the hotel room whilst the owner had a shower. She said" I charg U Umm… " I charge U Um. R U kidding. Right there screams rip-off. Could have been nicer to a group or evecuees.

This place is good if you're stopping in for a night. I stayed there yesterday and didn't have any issue. The bed was comfortable and clean, so was the bathroom. The little fridge was clean and functioning too. The AC is ancient as fuck though lol so I'd recommend turning it off right before bed. They also provide laundry services at 2 bucks which was awesome for me as I was coming from a camping trip and had a lot to wash. Overall, it's a decent and affordable place in Kamloops.

Needed a last minute room for the night. At 11pm, they were still open and reasonably priced. Right along the highway. The room was clean, with continental breakfast (bread, muffins, coffee, orange juice, tea, apples).

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It felt great to take a hot shower after being on the road all day, and our room had a nice bathroom. The room had a coffee pot, a fridge, and a small table. The only downside was that the A. C. Unit would whistle (quietly, but loud enough to draw my attention) and the fridge was quite noisy — I considered unplugging it.

The breakfast includes half a muffin packed with transparent film and a coffee and the Wi-Fi jumps quite often.

The first time we went here, the room was very good. The second time, the air conditionner very noisy. I forget my phone charger in the room. Call one hour after and they told me they never found my charger…

For how much we paid I've never been somewhere so good in North America. Clean and air conditioned with free toast and coffee for breakfast.

Used the motel before the start of a long distance endurance bike ride. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Exactly what was needed.

This is my second stay at Ranchland Inn. It's a great price and a clean, well-maintained motel. The location is convenient right next to the highway.

Large room, no frills it's close to the highway and train tracks so it's possible to hear them but it's not that loud.

Classic, well located motel for a step between Vancouver and the Rockies. Expensive but not enough to sleep :-)

Dirtiest Motel I have ever stayed in. Wifi kept cutting out which was very frustrating. In fact, after cleaning the kitchenette myself just so I could stay there I slept in my Van outside the Motel. There were cobwebs/dirt on the window and dirty counters, also burn holes in the sheets and the bathroom was disgusting (except the tub), carpet/chairs were stained-all of which I took pics of. I did not get an apology or a refund. The rooms look nothing like the pics as far as cleanliness goes.

Well actually after ten minutes we left without a room. Pre paid through Hotwire (no refund). The inn didn't have our details. The requested no smoking room wasn't available because we had two dogs. They would have to put us in a smoking room on second floor. That's not an option with two members of our party of four with mobility challenges. The clerk was not keen in solving the issue so we are out the money and no room. Stay away.

Hot tub very small and right beside office tv. Few channels. No breakfast.

Good value. Our room was clean and it had everything we needed for a restful sleep for a night. Fridge, lots of TV channels, good clean shower. Good price compared to other shops. Close to grocery store. Friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi connection.
