Nice place, everything was clean and organized. Good located and reasonable price. Manager was super friendly. I recommend this place.

A little worn but otherwise cool, calm and quiet. Nice and close to downtown and pretty reasonably priced. Good size rooms but the fridge is very noisy (we had to unplug it at night) and the hot water ran out a few times in the morning. Still, a good night's sleep.

Dirty place has a very bad crowed in this hotet guess for price if your justing gonna sleep and leave is ok but if you have kids or are stopping to visit the city would recommend anywhere else.

Many other places so much better than this Rat bag motel. Ants invading the room, they stole a bike out of my daughters room, they pilfered through all of her things. Lied about going through her stuff and denied ever seeing a bike. A window in bathroom broken. Vile place. L.

Rooms are OK. They are large and have many kitchenettes available and the rooms were clean. They need to be renovated as they are out date. They have no elevators the the top floor and not very handicap accessible.

Front desk was very friendly and polite stayed more days then I should. Hardly any housekeeping at all if you plan on staying here bring towels and extra garbage bags. Towels and mattresses are are extremely dated and disgusting. Strongly advise against staying here if you have kids at all. Hotel leaves one section for drug dealers and addicts on 3 occasions police had to come to arrest addicts, during my stay if you need a place to stay just to sleep and leave in the morning may work for you but other then that there's way better motels for around the same price. Do not plan on coming back here again!

Wow, for the price the place doesn't look like much but nice rooms well stocked and very clean. If your looking for a good budget motel this is it!

Hmm. Well! Where shall I begin? The Acadian Motor Inn, simply put, the Inn is okay for a night stay, however during the night I was constantly making sure that my vehicle was not being broken into since I was hearing all kinds of noise, voices, and foot traffic outside the hotel room. The Inn, Absolutely seemed like it caters to the lower wrung of society. Let's just say people with taboo lifestyles, and professions ie. Escorts, drug dealers, pimps, convicts, junkies all call this Inn home, this according to my taxi driver. This being said, I hope this review was helpfull.

My experience was not the best but all things considered its better than the streets.

A good stay overall. Service was polite and prompt even though we arrived late. Beds were soft, bathroom amenities were plentiful. For the price, everything was great except one thing — we had no kettle. No TV either but didn't matter to us. 4 stars.

Location is convenient. The rooms are generally clean.

Great location just off the highway. Close to downtown. Access on and off the road is reasonable. Rooms are pleasant. There was a small fridge in mine. Quiet at night. Small restaurant attached. Good for breakfast and lunch.

Staff was very welcoming, fast Wi-Fi, clean — everything you'd expect.

This hotel is up to date with its amenities. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. However the price/night stay is a little high in my opinion.

Linens are clean. Building is old and looks run down. Totally not worth 160.00! The office has a their rating on the front counter listed as an 8.6 … definitely not!

Everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi was terrible. I can't stand places that offer Wi-Fi when its unusable, just don't offer Wi-Fi then. Cable TV selection was great though.

Stayed here with a large family of kids. Nothing super nice, but not overly run down. Worked for us.

Have to agree with most of people. Old, dirty place. The romm size is OK, but this is only good thing I can say about this place.

Place may have been okay by Kamloops standards but the staff were the absolute WORST! Irresponsible, rude, and they have Zero human decency and no understanding! Terrible human beings, who don't know what the meaning service is. Just avoid this place, and you'll have no regrets!

Fantastic deal for what you pay! We received a newly renovated large room with a brand new bathroom, which would cost three times more everywhere else. Everything in the room worked, there was a coffee machine, microwave oven and a fridge. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The place is old, dirty and musty smelling. This run-down inn caters only to those desperate and hurting for cash. Worse thing is the lying, sneaky folks who run the hotel. Rude, unhelpful and always trying to skim more of your money. Service is terrible and rooms aren't cleaned properly or even daily. Yucks.

Terrible Staff, crummy inn, will never make the mistake of coming back! Staff are disrespectful, greedy and unaccommodating. Isn't worth the price you pay for, there's tons of options in Kamloops that will give you better value without having to deal with the horrible attitude here. Rest assured I've informed all my friends about your disastrous service.

Quite possibly the worst cockroach motel I've been to, with terrible customer service to boot. The owner is greedy, rude, and disrespectful. Kamloops has many other hotels/motels to choose from; I doubt there's ever a season in which you'd be hard pressed to find other cheap and decent places to stay. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Acadian Inn.

I stay there with my hockey team. Motel staff parson are very polite and helpful. They give direction hockey ground. Motel rooms are nice and clean. Downtown is very near. Motel cafe food is very good next time me and my team only stay acadian inn if we stop in kamloops.

The heating system is newer than Travel Lodge, not much noise. The bath tab has new style of floor, instead of using a mattress. I have never seen that before! It is cool! I like it. The flat TV is on the wall, just the right height, easy to watch! I am always renovating home and that is why I noticed those small good things. And the towers are very new, New than Travel Lodge. and the soap is kind of cute too! very environmental friendly. It is interesting and clean! New style. With such a price. $54 a night! you can not beat it! (why did I mentioned Travel lodge? It is because the night before I stayed there, it cost me $64, but this one is far way better! I will recommend to my friends.

Stayed here crappy. As hell cold through the nite room service every couple days but cheap if ur hurtin.

This place is cockroach paradise. I stayed here with a sports team for three nights and within an hour of checking in we had already had an encounter. When we asked the staff about it they were very rude, refused to help us do anything to clean the room or move us. Not to mention the assortment of dead bugs we found in our fridge and microwave. We also had to look for a staff member for an hour in order to check out. They were nowhere to be found. Do not stay here. Rude staff, dirty rooms, poor service.
