Great rooms lovely staff I would certainly recommend booking here.

Reward redemption stay with my children and dogs. Decent ground level room designated for travelers with pets. Stay was a few days after the Marriott and SPG system merger so I wasn't recognized by my status, but this was understandable. Room was very clean and didn't show any signs of past pet stays. Pool area was decent and the kids really enjoyed the slide. Hotel location is excellent for travelers passing through with plenty of fuel and food options nearby. We left early and didn't try any of the in building food options.

This place is my go to. They just got brand new mattresses which were long over due. But great restaurant and friendly front desk staff. Morgan and Amy are the best.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Central location. Breakfast is cheap and good at the in house restaurant.

Our family had a one night stay. Washroom sink wasn't cleaned properly amongst check in. The sink did not drain properly causing us using to use the shower faucet as an alternative. Alerted front desk upon check out. Front desk agent didn't seemed bothered by it and mentioned that the occupants prior reported that also which was odd to disclose. If there was knowledge of issues prior then then why wouldn't you fix it before the next guests to check in. Visited the pool the first night then again in the morning. The only upside was the slide kept the children entertained. Had to call for towels both visits. The pool deck was not cleaned over night for the same food crumbs surrounding the pool was still there from the night prior left us a little disgusted. Would suggest this place as a quick stop over hotel and not a vacation stay venue.

This hotel is easy to get to and is within walking distance of a mall, a block up the street is a Tim Horton's. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The room, which was a king suite could use some TLC, the bathroom sink had a crack in it and the couch had stains on the cushions.

Good hotel. Lots of hotels nearby but this one was good enough for me. Clean room with everything I needed. Beds were quite nice but I had trouble adjusting to this pillow from my usual memory foam pillow. Quite close to everything there too! The only reason it’s not a 5 star is that there is not free continental breakfast. Though there is coffee and tea.

The bed skirting had rips and stains all over it. The night stand, phone and rug was extremely dusty. The rug also had many stains. The bathroom was farily clean with just some wear and tear. The gym was also fairly clean however the towels were not regularly restocked. Would not stay here again.

Nice and clean A bit surreal having a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. It's only 6 jet so don't be surprised Gas fire in corner AND air conditioner! Lots of blank TV channels Wifi is good.

Really nice staff and extremely helpful all the time! If I had one constructive comment it would be that the carpets in the hallways need to be steam cleaned after each winter.

Visited the restaurant which is the Twisted Olive. We had mussels & clams in a hot pot for the appy. Had wild mushroom rissota for dinner. Great meal!

The rooms are decent. Good pool for the kids. No Continental breakfast though but lots of restaurants in walking distance.

First time here and it was all good and a bit small for its price but OK. They need to have couple firm pillows that's all.

Convenient location off the Trans Canada. Very welcoming staff. Bed comfort was perfect for a good night of sleep.

My Niece and I were in kamloops last weekend for a Ted Talk at the University! My eldest niece was a speaker there and the entire family came down to cheer her on. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The suite we got was cozy, spacious and a little home away from home. My Eldest niece was also staying at the four points, the front desk staff offered to move her on the same floor as us without hesitation and even gave her a box of chocolates as we informed them she was in town for the talk!. We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and each time I leave so happy! The manager Amy Long was very helpful in putting together this weekend getaway and ensuring that myself and my family were taken care of. I will defiantly be back :)

Destination Marketing Fee is NOT a Tax! When I called to get it removed from my bill I was told that it's a tax! I educated them and asked to speak to the manager, except there is no manager on duty. Looking forward to a response and a resolution.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff and a pool with a waterslide for the kids and a hot tub for parents… nestled in the mountains of Kamloops. This is a perfect little family getaway!

This was an extremely comfortable hotel. We were only passing through, but the front desk folks were extremely welcoming and helpful. Room great, I had no complaints. If I were ever to stay in Kamloops again, I'd stay here.

Overall my short stay was accommodated nicely. The room was dated. The restaurant food was cooked close to perfection.

It is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Kamloops so there’s no comparison in this review. The hotel is mediocre, staff is lovely, restaurant is decent if a little overpriced and slow. Good happy hour deals from 3-5. Rooms are a bit old but sufficient. I wish the tv’s were on stands that could move.

My employer provided me a room here for a week. I have no complaints. Its clean and quiet.

Great older (but nicely renovated) hotel in a great part of town, very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Very clean rooms, nice pool with a water slide for the kids and friendly staff. A great place to stay if you're just passing through of staying a while to explore the area!

Room 329 — it is my first time staying in this hotel. The room has natural sunlight and appears clean and modern (except the carpeting). The reception is courteous and efficient. The gym is too small, stuffy, and does not have free weights. The bed is comfy, but I find the pillows too soft. One can hear the footsteps upstairs. Overall, good night sleep. I don't mind this hotel.

Nice hotel: clean, well appointed rooms (a nitpick would be the fridge was tiny, but not an issue for most people). Staff was friendly, professional and easy to deal with (Logan at front desk went above and beyond). Overall an enjoyable stay, would recommend to others.

The hotel is 15 minutes from downtown so other than take a cab we are abandoned up here on the hill. Downtown would have allowed us to walk round and enjoy the scenes. The hotel in average and very old. Not what I am used to in a modern hotel like Hyatt or Hampton Inn on this price level. Maybe all the hotel's in this area are of this age level. The redeeming value was the restaurant was family food and great 10 of 10.

By far the best hotel I've stayed at! I was moving across provinces and needed a place to crash last minute. Four Points not only had a room at a reasonable rate, but they also accommodated my fur babies with no hassle! The best part? The bed! I can't believe how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I have bad back and neck pain, but I woke up feeling amazing. Now I need to buy the same set or just stay at Four Points again in the future :)

This has the feel of a business hotel, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our grand children. The staff were personable and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The water slide, pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise area were fantastic. I have stayed at a number of hotels in the Kamloops area and this is the best so far.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms and we were extremely happy with how profesional the staff was and how clean everyting was. Beds are comfortable, ac was cold and quiet, food in the restaurant was very good. If we come to Kamloops again we will definately stay here.

I stayed in a quadruple room for 2 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant deserves.

Staff is friendly, rooms are decent and clean, however… Restaurant is mediocre and internet keeps freezing and dropping out. Ran speedtest dot net while it was actually working and got a measly 1.02 Mbps download speed. Completely not usable. My wife came along on this business trip to see family so she tried to use it on her iPhone and iPad during different times of the day while I was working and it was constantly bad. 5 devices between us, so you can't blame the device, and half the time if you really wanted your phone to connect, you disable Wi-Fi and use your data plan.

It was a great hotel, very comfortable and clean. The staffs are very welcoming and kind as well. There was only one problem, the Wi-Fi is very bad. It goes on and off time by time.

Room was updated. Pool and water slide were warm and fun. Lots of restaurants and Starbucks close by. Great of driving through.

Just checked in and I must say since I was here last the room I got is 1000% better than the last time several years ago. I am a Starwood Preferred Group Gold member and stay at Starwood properties around the world, usually W's or Westin properties…. Therefore I'm accustomed to a certain degree of luxury not found in most hotels… But the Starwood Four Points have yet to disappoint me in regard to a budget travellers hotel… For $137.00 (AAA rate) I got a beautiful, very clean, modern room with great city view, very nice finishes and furniture, as well as all the amenities I would expect a business traveler hotel should provide… Things like complimentary bottled water, large working desk area, in room safe, large LCD flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, fridge, hair dryer, plenty of bathroom vanity products, a coffee maker with gourmet coffee and tea, and lots of mood lighting, and a very comfortable King bed. I'll definitely stay here again when passing through.

Stayed one night in this hotel in December. I did not have a chance to use any of the facilities but overall the hotel is clean and modern. For the price that we paid I would stay here again.

I have stayed here several times and agree the room rates even with my corporate account I find way to high. I don't know how a motel in Kamloops feels they provide the value to charge off the internet site upwards of $200 per night. Last stay I had there was over a year ago due in part to the dated rooms, uncomfortable bedding and not so clean bath room and high prices I have not returned. I often stay at the Hampton which I get a good rate of $94 per night as I travel there once per month. I don't think or even some of the other locations in town care about frequent business travelers as we come there every month from the slow season to the busy "train" season. The restaurant Ric's like all Ric's is REALLY good but $$. With the economy getting tougher got to get more aggressive on your pricing and update those rooms. Maybe I'll come back. Really good Four Points for reference is the one in Prince George.

Good view but kind of out of the way from the main core of the city. Expensive for what you get. Our vehicle (and another) experienced a breakin overnight. Sheraton and staff were of no help or assistance. No security camera in the parking area. RCMP actually recovered most of our items. The steakhouse was good, but was pricy too. This hotel and its staff definately do not live up the the good reputation of Starwood properties.
