Chinese food was the only good thing about our 3 night stay. I've tried contacting management with no response. Dirty rooms, no hot water, swimming pool had no heat at all, hot tub was warm and filthy. Full of sand, same breakfast every day, my daughter broke out in a rash all over her legs after being in the hot tub. I would spend the extra money to stay anywhere else.

All clean and large rooms with mega large bed which is super comfortable. Staff is friendly. 1Star deduction due to the volume at the pool, unfortunately our room is also on the pool side and therefore unfortunately not quiet. Update: only 3 stars left, reason: frozen toast, waffle dough empty and orange juice too. After 25 min, nothing was refilled.

I ordered pick up from the Moon Wok restaurant located in Pacific Inn & Suites. I made a mistake on my order, but they were kind enough to correct it with no additional charge. The chinese food is really good. I highly recommend this place.

They allowed dogs so for me thank you! Rooms good beds soft clean. Comp Breakfast was good. I was very happy.

A more adequate place to stay on your drive out to the coast. There free breakfast isn't bad, pretty standard fare (have a waffle machine! ). The front staff was very friend when we checked in. The Moon Wok Chinese restaurant is attached to the hotel too.

Our front desk person was friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and clean. The Moon Wok restaurant in the hotel had good food with big enough portions to be able to share a main dish!

Spacious room, though a bit dated. Bed and internet were great. Complimentary breakfast was fair, had most of the basics. Walking distance from the Aberdeen Mall (which was super convenient) and easy access back to the highway — big thing for us, since we were in Kamloops just for the night.

Clean and affordable. Close to amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overlooking downtown spacious clean room for the price. We stayed in the honeymoon suite because why not it is very affordable compare to other hotels. You get more than you pay for on the honeymoon suite. Quiet room very comfortable king size bed and has a Jacuzzi in suite.

Pretty great place for your stop to Vancouver, my room had a stove an a sink in one place, the hairdryer was great, the room heats up quickly, lots of pillows great selection in breakfast and over all a great stay.

From the girls who were accommodating at front desk to the spacious rooms I was thrilled with the hotel it was a last minute choice and I definitely would choose it again. Service superior price was decent.

Check in took a little bit but nice hotel, breakfast included waffles, cereal and fruit. Outdoor pool but comfort Inn indoor pool is available for use free of charge.

I have mixed reviews about this place. We stayed for two weekends in July 2017. The rooms were clean and the price was good. One front desk staff member was excellent but another was very aloof. The biggest concern was that our deposit was not automatically refunded, we had to go back to them and get it returned on our card.

Decent prices. Was in town to visit my grandma at the hospital. Decided to stay here because of the hot tub. Found out it wasn't working so we had to cross the parking lot to the comfort inn to use theirs. Left a DND sign on my door. Even told house keeping I did not require service. Just a few extra towels and some shampoo which she gave me. Went about our day to come back and find they did come in our room. Took our towels and didn't replace them. Didn't make the beds or take the garbage. Missing approx $20 that was left in my jacket hanging in the closet.

Great view in front of the hotel, great service, awesome beds and accomodations in general. Lovely place and well situated in the city.

Nice clean rooms and very comfy beds, but the reason for 2 stars is their HOT tub. With my job, I love to unwind with a soak in a HOT tub to loosen things up and relax. But when I stepped in into their HOT tub, I pretty much left right away. 1. Their tub looks like it could use good cleaning. 2. The jets were very weak and 3. A HOT tub is suppose to be HOT! It was luke warm at best.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, little dated on some aspects but good overall. Friendly staff, breakfast bar was a little hohum but it was still good.

Clean enough, only real complaint was that they have standard size pillows on a king size bed. In a honeymoon suite you pay enough that they shouldn't cheap out on pillows. Js.

Ate at Moon Wok, we as a family like the Chinese food and keep us coming back. We even Order for pick up.

Very happy about their snow maintenance near the front door. The gentleman was out front shovelling and de-icing to ensure it was a safe walkway. Quite impressed that safety was such a priority. I was walking out of the door and the gentleman out front was ensuring it was de-iced and safe for our walk out.

Good price and big room. Quiet as well. Bkfst is nothing special but for the cost of the stay it's a great stay.

I'll preface this by saying that I usually stay in Kamloops every year at the same time for a family reunion. There's usually something happening that weekend every year, so we made sure to make reservations a few months in advance, as we did this year. We called the hotel the day we arrived to say we'd be late checking in: told not an issue. We get there at 10pm to let them know we'd arrived, but we wanted to see our family right away, and they said no problem. We went to where we had to go, and when we got back (keep in mind, we HAD NOT checked in to the room yet but they knew we were there, we didn't even have a key from when we first got there) and the room looked like it had been recently used. Bed was unmade, dirty coffee cups, dirty towels all over the floor. It was disgusting. The night manager was great and cleaned it to the best of his ability but it should have never happened in the first place. So, from when we walked into our room at midnight, to when the room was actually cleaned, it took an hour and a half. We finally got to bed at 1:30am. While brushing our teeth, we also noticed the 20 or so dead moths and flies in the light above the sink counter. Forgot to take a picture, but gross. When I brought it up with the front desk upon checkout, they offered us 20% off on one night. To me, the mess and wait should've been a free night. I was told by the front desk attendant that "20% off is pretty good at this time of year.

Very nice, clean and courteous place to stay in, amazingly cooperative staff, spacious rooms. One of the most prefered shelter in Kamloops! and what a location! food joint choices and shopping mall is right there! even their in-house chinese restaurant serves mouth watering food at the most reasonable cost.

Looks a little dated on the outside but overall a great overnight experience. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the walls are thick enough to not be bothered by the rooms around you. The Continental breakfast served here is also very good and even has waffles.

Room was clean and spacious. Heating/cooling system worked like a charm. Pool and fitness room were understandably busy but in decent condition nonetheless. Provided breakfast was got and fresh.

Walkable location, friendly staff, and good amenities! Our room was clean and the Wi-Fi was really good. Only downside was we checked in pretty late and they were still wrapping up cleaning when we got there.

Pacific Inn and Suites was a pleasant place for us to bunk for a night. The rooms were quite spacious (king bed suites) and had high ceilings. The front desk girl was friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed linens were fresh and crisp. I would recommend this place to the budget minded traveller. The complementary breakfast was a bonus… especially the fresh waffles.

The staff was nice and it was a decent experience. Our A/C wasn't working properly, so that put a hindrance on the stay. They also provide pillows that are half size of normal ones which are funny and a bit annoying at the same time. Overall decent, so 3/5 from me.

The front desk was nice to speak with and was nice to us. Rooms are consistently good, only issue being the settings for cooling on the air-conditioning unit is either on or off without much inbetween. Only stayed for one night so not much can be said about service but all in all, it was a good stay.

Stayed last week march 1, 2107 was good night sleep, clean room and quiet hotel. I used the weight room and hot tub, the pool was outside and not cleaned yet-as still snow outside. Helpful staff and decent area with a chinese restaurant in the hotel was good. Rates were good and I would stay again. Already prebooked for next trip. Thanks.

I really enjoyed my stay last night in March 2017, thank you. Everything was clean and staff was great with directions and answered any questions I had, it even had a guest washer/dryer. The breakfast was alright but could be better but everything was fresh and convenient.
The Rates were good for what I got. Thanks for the good sleep I will return when coming through.

It seemed clean enough. We needed 2 beds but all we could get was a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed and fold out couch. They didn't leave any bedding for the fold out and all of the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. I was more comfortable putting one of the couch cushions on the floor and sat on that.
Never again. I couldn't get home fast enough.

Nice clean room. Staff are helpful. The pool is out of order at the moment but the staff have made accommodations to use the pool of the hotel across the lot.

Good value for money. Clean room. Breakfast was the usual basic stuff but included which was nice. There's a nice patio upstairs which overlooks the town.

Clean and very reasonably priced hotel. Large room provided that was well kept with a comfortable bed. Price included Wi-Fi and breakfast. One block from pharmacy, Starbucks, several bars and restaurants. Great overall.

Great place! Nice, big, air-conditioned rooms with comfortable and clean beds. Clean and bright kitchen and bathroom. Free breakfast offered. A very nice location in Kamloops (nice view). This hotel room was very good for its price considering the fact that we got there last minute without reservations. The service was great. A fellow named Deep helped us when we arrived late at night. He showed us the room we were to stay in before we paid for it. He was very friendly and smiley.

I met a friend in Kamloops for a weekend away (coming from opposite directions) and on Friday night we had planned to stay with friends outside of Kamloops while I booked this hotel for the Saturday. Since we had two cars we met at the hotel on Friday evening hoping to drop one off. We popped inside just to let the front desk know we would be leaving the car overnight and coming back for it in the morning AND HE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE. He told me that I could only leave my car if I paid for another night at the hotel (!? ). I ended up parking my car overnight at WalMart because even they will allow people to use their lot as overnight parking. In the morning we dropped off my car because, hey, we'd be checking in a little later at 3pm. We arrived back to the hotel and the same front desk guy flat out ACCUSED ME OF LEAVING MY CAR THERE OVERNIGHT. I told him what had happened and that his behaviour was totally inappropriate. After the check in process (does it really take 20 minutes for you to figure out which room I'm in?! ) we finally drag all our luggage upstairs and as soon as we enter the room he calls to apologize and offers to upgrade us to the honeymoon suite. We thought this was pretty awesome and excitedly drag all our luggage back to the front desk where we stand for another 15 minutes while this guy realises that the honeymoon suite is OCCUPIED. Seriously awful customer service. Accusations, rudeness, and utter incompetence.

Excelent. Great surprise at the side of the road. Good value. Only need an indoor pool avaiable at the winter season.

The front desk service is amazing and really helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Professional and attentive staff. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for an accommodation in Kamloops.
