Close to airport. Nice rooms.

Lovely room at reasonable price close to amenities.

The room, as always, was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and gracious.
The shuttle was completely unreliable. I called the hotel and made shuttle arrangements while I was in Vancouver. The driver kept me waiting out in the freezing cold for 45 minutes, expecting him "any minute. " I was THE ONLY PERSON still waiting. He left with the crew, not waiting for me to get my luggage. It is a 10 minute drive. At 11 PM, 45 minutes after I first called the hotel to find out where he was, he finally showed up, and even then, he parked about 300 feet away.

Staff was friendly & eager to offer meeting places to play cards. Clean rooms & a nice pool/spa.

Rooms were nice, staff was nice. Would prob give a five but pool and hot tub were both not working. We looked for a hotel with that specifically when we booked. Not telling at booking just let us find out when we got there. 4 days not fixed. Kids weren't happy about it. Also don't order room service. We ordered one night for 7 of us. We got spies to burgers to quesadilla to poutine. Not one thing of the food was good.

Nice big room. Very clean. Couldn't get the room to cool down. Was very warm even with the AC on full blast. 9/10 would stay again.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had both a hot tub and a pool for our kids to burn some energy after a long road trip. The hot tub wasn't hot and the pool was freezing. The staff eventually dealt with it after they ignored my daughter and my spouse had to go say something as well, but it took hours to warm up so we never did get the chance to use either comfortably. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Don't eat at the whitespot… our kids wouldn't even eat their meals, two massive hairs in our daughters food and even the salad was bad.

Dog run is a huge plus for us. The rooms a quite nice as is the service. There is room service available done through the White Spot which was also a plus as we don't like to leave our dogs alone in the room in case they bark etc. This is our hotel of choice in Kamloops.

Clean. Front desk staff pleasant, also accomodated for early check in. Nice room with 2 queen beds on 3rd floor. No microwave in room, not sure if one would have been provided upon request, I didn't ask. Room service menu has old price, so be ready to pay a little more. Pricy as paid $150/night but no breakfast included, was given a 10% off coupon for breakfast for the whitespot restaurant wich is in the hotel (did not use coupon as plenty of other options near by for breakfast, lunch or dinner). Had dinner at the whitespot restaurant, would give it a 4/5 stars.

I call the number to book a stay. They then transfer me to a Holiday Inn Club and say you are qualified for a $199 vacation down in the states say vegas or orlando. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! seemed safe since it was holiday inn. NOT! person on the phone did not say it was non-refundable. Upon reading reviews this is a timeshare scam! Hard to believe holiday inn would be associated with this. Unreal.

Great place. Convienent to have white spot in the hotel. Management also allowed us to use a conference room for our hockey team gathering.

Good place to stay in Kamloops, White Spot restaurant attached to the hotel or several options located within walking distance. Room was clean with minimal noise from traffic or people.

Was able to check in early and even got a room upgrade. Bed was so comfortable and pool & hot tub were wonderful.

Was just picking up keys a friend had left me at the front desk. Only one desk attendant meant a bit of a wait but otherwise it was great.

Expensive but well worth it. Rooms are above and beyond glorious. Felted very special.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Arrived quite early and they were very accommodating allowing me to check in early. Very convenient location to sports fields and rink as well as shopping.

The hotel was very clean. But white spot took over 15 minutes to take our drink order and 20 min to take our food order. The food came pretty fast and was very good.

Room is clean and comfortable. I love the choice of pillow firmness on the beds. Coffee, cookies and fruit for the guests is a great touch.

I didn't stay as a guest over night but attended socially. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would consider staying at other Holiday inn's in other locations.

A nice, clean, convenient hotel. It's well set up. Easy to navigate. I do wish it had 2 elevators but otherwise it's quite good. The pool is fantastic for families. And the apples and cookies they have out are appreciated.

Had dinner at the attached restaurant, I believe it was a white spot would highly recommend their legendary burger. Service was good, meal was delicious.

We go to the White Spot restaurant at the Holiday Inn fairly often. It is a great location and has some of the friendliest service around. The food is great, and the staff do care that you enjoy your time there.

Hotel is a total joke. Bad area downtown, homeless drug addicts wandering around, front desk staff have zero sense of urgency when checking you inn. Just stayed here on business and ended up staying an extra night due to flight cancellation, all 3 days of stay hot tub not working, front desk acts surprised when you tell them. They make excuses why They can't accommodate if you need a shuttle ride to or from airport. Stay anywhere but here. You won't be satisfied. Indian restaurant across the street is good though.

We had a great visit at this Holiday Inn. The service was excellent. The rooms clean and comfortable. White gave excellent service both in the evening and in the morning!
The pool was not heated and the hot tub was also not heated. Hopefully they fix this! We were looking forward to this feature.

Hotel was great, room was clean and spacious. The restaurant The White Spot was horrible. Kitchen missed parts of our meals, long wait to get our meals and nothing had a taste. Waitress was pleasant but couldn't handle the number of tables she had.

Great dinner, wonderful service and amazing food. Will be back!

Staff was very helpful. Originally lost our booking but cooperated with us and upgraded our room quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't stay overnight at the hotel, we were visiting family. The restaurant and rooms seemed very clean.

Stayed here for a night. Pretty decent place. Clean and located well. Good customer service. But make sure you back your tooth brush, paste and everything. Don't expect complementary items to be filled in. You can still pick them from reception but Who would like walk to reception with dirty mouth.

We booked the family room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Room and beds were clean with good soundproofing. Front desk staff was friendly but busy because she was the only evening worker. Located on a very busy street in a run down looking neighborhood but close to the McArthur activity park. Kids eat free at the hotel's adjoining White Spot restaurant which is standard greasy spoon — nothing special, just convenient.
