Location is good. Quiet, despite being on a busy street. Continental minimal, but satisfactory. Nice front desk staff-Jen.

Rooms were clean, AC worked wonderfully, have been staying there for the past 3 years and will stay there again.

The room was reasonably clean. Didn't see any bed bugs. Had a weird nightmare that my bed was shaking so that was unpleasant. We rode our hogs down from Edmonton so we needed somewhere to sleep and weren't super picky. We're able to park our bikes in the courtyard on front of our room so that was nice.

Your average hotel. A little firmer of beds, and the pillows and blankets are down so they are warm.

Nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and inexpensive. Pool and hot tub were nice too.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Breakfast is nothing special and lighting in room wasn't great. For the price a good experience overall. Clean and comfortable. Stayed a week for work and would stay again.

I was expecting a lot less for the very good price of well under a hundred for the night. I was shocked when I walked into the room. It was very modern and very clean. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. A big screen HD TV and new tables and chairs. My expectations were blown away as I have paid a lot more for a lot less at other places. There was even extra pillows in the room as well. Very friendly staff. All around it was an excellent stay. I am not sure about the other rooms but ours was fantastic.

We stayed here while passing through Vernon recently. The motel is a budget one but perfectly fine. It has everything you need. The heater/Air Con took a while to figure out but apart from a little noisy was ok. Id stay here again. The main thing is its clean and tidy.

Well, I started out with a positive opinion. But now on my 3rd and final night, I feel differently. The staff is great. "A" for sure. Extremely friendly. Upon first glance, even 2nd or 3rd, it's alright. BUT — — there are little bugs everywhere. They are very small, but I've killed one on the phone, on the table and more on the bed. It's probably psychosomatic, but I feel like there are bugs crawling on me. Also there is an odd smell. It's a smoking room, bit it is something much different. I booked this room because it is smoker friendly. Hard to find. Although, I could not book online for this room. It was not offered. It cost $27 / night more than rooms available online. Soooo disappointed.

Nice place. We didn't expect 2 rooms which was good since there's a 3 of us… a couple and a family member. Pool was a bit cool but probably good for a really hot day.

Fine place. Nice area. Has a good pool and balcony area. When I went into the room they gave it had a weird bug spray smell and a noisey ac.

Outside looks a bit interesting but for $99/night, it's actually quite decent. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. They have laundry, a pool, and a Whirlpool for guests.

Hotel is pretty nice for the price. And the 2nd floor rooms are fun to be in with balconies on the front and back. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Also Wi-Fi runs smoothly with is always a plus! I would say maybe there should be more lighting in the rooms. It feels too dark at sunset.

It is nice that there is a courtyard for all guests to hang out in. BBQs available for use. The 10 pm curfew sucks since we are all here for a slow pitch Canada day long weekend tournament.

Was a nice place to stay and is in a good location. Room was clean and simple. Only complaint which is it is not pet friendly. It is advertised on their website as per friendly. We booked a pet friendly room only to get there and them tell us it is not. They did let us keep our dog there. This was in march and it is still advertised as pet friendly. Just a heads up for you dog lovers.

The location is great, the service is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Vernon.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Very nice owners with a personal contact to the customers. No breakfast room but a limited small area to sit down and having breakfast, if you don't wanna take it to your room. I would stay again.

My family and I went on vacation through out BC and stayed in many hotels. I must say that this hotel was my favorite. The room was very clean and very spacious. We all slept really good in their comfy beds. I was relieved and very pleased that they also allowed small dogs. This hotel had everything we needed when traveling. It was located just on the main highway easy to find but surprisingly the rooms where very quite. Fantastic customer service. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a very clean and affordable room. We will definitely be back.

My family and I found this hotel by chance on a late night search on July 4th 2015. We're certainly glad we had found this super clean and very comfortable hotel. The lady who took our reservation was very friendly and upon arrival we were greeted and checked in by a very friendly man named Jazz! Our room was immaculately clean and I can't stress that enough! Housekeeping was friendly, the indoor pool was super clean as well as the whole property! I can't recommend this hotel enough! It may only be a 2 star hotel but was as good as a 5 star. We look forward to returning to Vernon again and well definitely be staying here! Hope you enjoy as much as we did! Brian Pittman.

Cheaper & Nicer — We searched around for a reasonably priced motel while passing through Vernon and were glad to come upon this place. The owner kindly gave us a very reduced rate on his last room that night. The room was recently renovated with hardwood floors and a huge flat screen TV. The owner had done most of his renovations himself and done a great job. He was a really nice guy and I recommend this motel to any travellers. The price was cheaper and the room was way nicer than the other hotel right beside it.
