The manager is very friendly he’s courteous and will take great care of you.

My room was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned between guests. Saying that the management was extremely apologetic and I feel like they rectified the situation. I feel as if this was just a mistake but it made my stay uncomfortable.

We had to leave unexpectedly, tried to check out just an hour past check out time hoping we could at least do a late checkout. The employee working was in a bit of a huff about it but said that he would be able to book it tonight easily. That being said he still charged us for a full night! Will never be staying at a Sandman again, worst customer service.

Located on the main highway, easy access to all locations and airport. Restaurants close by. Rooms are small, decor is dated. Servive is decent.

Does not have a ramp to go up the 10 front stairs to the building/lobby. There is no other way of getting in. If you have a stroller or a wheelchair you cannot get in.

Small room bathroom had pubic hair in bathtub bcaa discount only gave 4.00 discount on 4 night stay however bed's are comfortable.

Clean rooms, decent service.

Great location on Hwy 16, right in the heart of Smithers. Tim Hortons situated next door.

Rooms need updating, but the staff is amazingly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It does the job.

Hotel is in the very old building which is long due for renovation. Rooms are asmall. Paint is peeling on sealing in the room as well as in the bathroom. Air-conditioning is so noisy that it's impossible to sleep at night while it's working. I hope that Sandman is going to renovate this hotel in the near future.

Good hotel for the price. Comfortable bed, good internet, close walk to some food options. This is an old Sandman, could use some updating but at least it is priced as such.

It was good but not used to the bed being that soft lol other than that it was very quiet :)

As usual clean and well presented — but this old building is showing its age.

So I'm only 5'6" and I had to bend over backwards to wash my hair in their showers. Also they are short on parking and our car got slightly vandalised while being there.
