Filthy place and bad management.

I love staying here! Staff are friendly and helpful. And the price is so reasonable. If there is any issues with other customers or people hanging around, they are on it and it’s dealt with.

You are right downtown so convenience is fantastic. You are in city center so it has town noise but that being said, Great renovation, great restaurant, outstanding staff. They work hard to make sure it's a safe, quiet downtown Oasis with exceptional value! was VERY sceptical at first but is on my top 5 now.

Rooms are disgusting. I killed two bugs on my bed before I went to sleep and my TV don't work, the bathtub had soap scum on it that I could feel with my feet, there were spills on the wall from a drink and I found a baggy near the wall under the bed. Clearly not clean. This has been the most scared I've been to take a bath or wrap myself in the blankets I have ever been. They didn't even fix the TV till noon. Worst. Hotel. Ever. They need to learn what BC's code of health concern.

Booked a pet friendly room with king sized bed for my fiancé and I as we wanted to have a couple relaxing nights away from home. We were given a room next to some fire “evacuees” who were taking this opportunity to just party endlessly. They left dirty old clothes on the ground along with garbage and were blasting music while smoking pot and drinking right outside our door. Needless to say this was not going to be relaxing so we asked to be in a different area. Well the only other room they could apparently give us was not pet friendly and only had one double bed… so my dog had to sleep in the truck but they said I would receive my pet deposit back since I could not have my dog in the room. I did not receive either of my pet deposits back and switched to a cheaper yet quieter and more relaxing motel the next day.

How can they open this place when they haven't even put it together yet? Stove doesn't work dirty sheets they don't even clean properly more than half of the appliances don't work in the rooms. This place sucks! Downtown motel runs so much better this place is disgusting. And no dishes or nothing for us to use just poor poor poor.

Would give it a big zero if it would let me. Called to get a room August 17/2018, I checked online and the price posted for a room was $69 so I called to see if there were any rooms left being there was a shortage of rooms in PG because of fire evacuations. As usual I did expect to pay a little more than what was posted but when she quoted me $149 plus tax I was appalled being it seems they are taking advantage of the people in need. Very sad and shame on you.

Very nice place to stay. The only cheap hotel in the city and very very kind staff. Love it here and would absolutely recommend it. Best place best place! Would stay here again☺

Poorly done renovations. Should have gutted all the rooms rather than paint over old drywall. The air conditioning barely worked and looked to be at least 30 years old. No screens on the balcony doors and the flooring on the balcony was old and grungy. Some of electrical outlets were not secure and were missing cover plates. And no hot water. Very disappointed. We ended up leaving and checking into a different hotel. Recommend waiting till the renos are complete before using this hotel. And inspect the room before paying for anything.
