The owner is atrocious, who pulls what he does and gets away with it.

Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff.

Good housecleaning service, and management.

Based on what I paid (under $70 all in) this was great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great shower. Reasonably quiet from traffic and other guests on a busy long weekend. Polite staff. Big tv. Easy check in. Free cont breakfast or $5 discount on cooked breakfast at on premise restaurant. Hotel was nearly full. Slightly dated especially exterior. Hey I would stay here several days.

Poor control of obnoxious guests. People were shouting, dogs barking, and slamming doors until 2 am on a Thursday night. Walls are paper thin. Place was super cheap was the only redeeming quality.

This ex-Econo Lodge is definitely among the worst few places that I've stayed in. First off, I found a bedbug in the morning, although I didn't get bitten. Two stars for the staff immediately refunding me. The room was actually somewhat clean besides this big issue. The exterior carpets were disgusting. There were many large signs stating not to leave anything in your vehicle which seemed justified after observing the people hanging out across the street. I wouldn't stay in downtown Prince George in general again.

Rooms is large but very old. There were hair in the bathroom and on the towels. The inn looked like as if it was putting rooms out for leasing because there were many randomly odd looking people in and out of the inn. Bad location, kind of like Vancouver's hasting street. There was a sign in the parking lot that says something like " we are not responsible for any damage done to the car. " so we were careful not to let anything that might seem valuable visible in the car. Price is ok though.

Hair in the sink and on the shower curtain, and tiny little dead flies in our bathtub. Also, the coffee maker had caked filth inside the water reservoir. Disgusting. Monetary savings or not — surely there are standards in this town? I hadn't planned on writing a review or making a stink, as this isn't in my nature. The straw that broke the camels back was when our air conditioning unit stopped working properly, and I was nonchalantly informed that a maintenance man would look at it the next day. … On a night where temperatures went as high as 32 degrees and the room felt like a sweat lodge. No offers of a different room, or even an extra fan. I have stayed at roadside motels in the middle of nowhere that had better customer service, cleaner rooms, and fully functioning climate control. Save yourselves a headache, ensure your own comfort, and go to any other establishment in Prince George.

Rooms did its job. Clean, has towels, and television + internet. The inn provided free breakfast, but food came out really slow. Overall, the hotel did its job as it needed it to be to just have an overnight stay after a long journey out of town.

We paid $68 for a room with two double beds. Very good value, the room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The staff was also very friendly and location is brilliant.

Good location with ample parking. Spacious rooms. A/C and heat always works. Internet is fast and reliable.

Not the best room. Door wouldn't unlock, washroom shower was dirty. But for a one night stay over it was good for price and last minute room aswell. Decent all in all.

Can't get better for this price. A nice double room with balcony for less than$50. Awesome!

Friendly Staff, convenient location and close to everything Downtown. Room had seen better days but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The price was very good compared to others in PG. No frills accommodation and surprisingly quiet at night. Due to the lack of value for money accomadation in PG we stayed a second night.

A passable place to rest your head if you find yourself in downtown Prince George. It wasn't always quiet and I'm not sure the bed was the advertised size but the locks on the doors work and it's warm and comfortable. Parking is pretty limited if they are near capacity and there is no attached restaurant yet but white spot and Tim Hortons is close by.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and the picture looked nice. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it is clean, has all the basic amenities, and the customer service is consistently pleasant; it just doesn't have the extras. Theres no elevator, pool, or updated rooms (that I know of). An outdated kind of hotel but one that has everything you need to spend a night and feel comfortable. I also appreciate its location, as it's downtown, and it's very quiet.

The rooms are nice but a bit dated. It is in a good location but there are for sure better hotels in the area.

I just returned from a 6 night stay at this Inn, and I would like to say, I was very pleased with my accommodations! The Inn was remodeled, very clean, and I was upgraded to a King bed, instead of Queen, at no additional charge. I was in town for the birth of my grandchild, and on checkout day, was suddenly at the Hospital for the event, right on check-out day. With a quick phone call, even though I was supposed to switch to a queen room which I had paid for an additional 3 nights, they allowed me to remain in the King room, to make it easier not to have to rush from the hospital and move all my belongings, no additional charge! Also, when I checked out, they refunded me for the two nights I wouldn't have to use. This is unusual for a Hotel, so I was very impressed and happy! I highly recommend this establishment, plus it is within walking distance of Tim Horton's, White Spot, Save On Foods, The Bay, plus The Salted Cracker cafe is close by, which is excellent for soup and sandwiches! These extra considerations made my trip a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff but it was little loud as we heard thumping in the room above ours and a couple arguing late at night somewhere close by. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were tiny. The toiletries were cheap. Everything from the skin drying soap to the sandpaper tissue and toilet single layer toilet paper. For the price it was definitely not what you'd expect aside from a bad location. The parking was terrible. We had to park in a dark alley off a main downtown intersection the second night and were approached twice by strangers while loading and unloading our vehicle. They need more secure parking.

Regular motel style accommodation. Affordable, clean, friendly staff, late check-out. And the best that it's downtown! I would stay here again.

She's old… she smells… she's old. But. She's quiet, and economical… for 60 bucks. You get what you pay for.

If you need a room, cheap over Christmas. No amenities. Serviceable but not recommended unless desperate.

Pretty good, cheap price for one night or two Clean bed, TV with cable, internet, bathroom a little cramp but ok.

Check in service was excellent. Room very clean. Area is very convient, overal although I have not yet spent the night I am very happy with the place and I am sure I will return when im in Prince George visiting.

Front counter person was very friendly and welcoming. Room has coffee pot, microwave and a small fridge. TV is modern and channels available are just fine. Everything is clean and well maintained. The only knock against the place is that parking is very limited. There were spaces at the back of the motel but it seems a high-risk spot to park.

This is our choice place to stay in PG when we're there for only 1 or 2 nights. It's a pretty basic room, but it gets the job done.

Clean, comfortable. A regular basic hotel. Budget and pet friendly. Parking looks like it would be limited compared to the number of rooms, but the parking lot wasn't full, so it wasn't a problem. Would totally stay here again if we're in Prince George again.

Clean and friendly. Has free parking, Wi-Fi, tv, microwave. In the center of town, close to all. I wouldn't mind stopping there again.

Budget friendly. Rooms aren't the cleanest. Patrons are sketchy. Pet friendly, grassy spot for pets to do their business.

Cheap and clean good place to crash overnight. But don't expect anything fancy.

There were little black flies in the room. Otherwise very clean. Towels were old and tinge of grey. New towels and or bleach would be an investment. Otherwise. Fronf desk staff very professional and pleasant. We would stay here again Thanks. Anne McBride and Peter Dick.

Good location. Cheap. Clean. Simple and effective accommodation. Very polite staff and good access to the city centre. Not our first stay and won't be our last. It's not the Ritz, but you knew that when you saw the room rates. Can't complain about the Riviera. Exactly what you expect.

Decent sized room. Good water pressure. Comfortable pillows. Good for the price.

Interesting place. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the room was super nice. Full size fridge, large rooms, couch and all that. Wi-Fi was very good and shower had amazing pressure.

The room was very clean, with a tub in the bathroom and a big TV. The staff is really nice and welcoming, we had a great stay. The price is decent and it's very close to the greyhound station. I would recommend this hotel if you really have to stay in Prince George!

On the second day they asked me to leave or pay for another room. I already paid for two why would I pay for three. If I had known they were gonna f^©k me over, I would have only paid for one room. I know how hotels work with their check in and out times. Any other hotels I have stayed at, have been very accommodating. Not a fancy hotel but it seemed clean to the naked eye. Bed was comfortable or so it seemed when your so tired after working a twelve hour night shift. When I went to pay, I stated my disappointment, the manager came out and did SFA. Knowing the hotel industry, I know he could have done something, I would have been happy with a discount or coupon for my next stay. Which will never happen!

Affordable plus comfortable place to stay. This place has a odour when you walks into a room but it goes away once you open the windows. Also, super nice front desk manager.

Is a Relatively poor district where a lot of unemployed indigenous people are on the go. It looks from the outside have come down, and in the room itself, unfortunately, not better. Equipment did not work, even the Laundry, where it is used, so looked like 1 year. The walls of the Motel were thin, you heard every movement. To beat guests to the doors of interrupted sleep. The price of the room was at least very cheap. Prince George as a stopover even I can't recommend or take at least a Hotel remote from the center. A White spoot, there was in the vicinity with good food.

Cheapest rates around. Rooms were clean. Nothing fancy. AC didnt work. The door lock kinda dropped off. But good place to stay for one or two nights on an economic scale.

I really enjoyed my stay. The housekeeping staff are very kind, welcoming & there if you need anything! (All staff are great) It's not noisy, the rooms are very clean and affordable! Also close to a lot of takeouts, tims etc. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The rooms are nice and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Competitive price and quality. The staff is friendly. Since this hotel is cheap, brings a few loud guests.

I have been impressed with both the service at the Riviera and with the rooms. Comfortable and clean, they had no problem with my little dog. I had to go to Prince George for my daughter's funeral and they were more than accommodating with everything I needed. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay! My family stayed there as well and were more than happy with the rooms and the service. Jamie was great with all I needed as well, Thanks to all of you!

For Google: This Inn has neither a pool or free-breakfast… big misses Riviera Inn: Super comfortable bed, clean room, nice showers, helpful front desk.

Was great until some dude in a suit decided because we are Prince George residents you can't stay 2 nights or even 3 for that matter. As far as I'm concerned if you pay a buisness who had no problem taking your money the initial arrival then it shouldnt be an issue to stay as long as needed. Or make it clear that you do not allow it AT ALL. Ps. Rooms are cozy and clean and if you like waking up with the birds it'll be a great place for you!

Stayed here three times now. Friendly Croation dude was really accommodating and the rooms are clean. Its good on the wallet too; i'll definitely be back!

Got 2 beds for $27 a night. Amazing deal. The manager was from South India and very friendly. The rooms were both and very clean. The washrooms looked super clean as well. Very happy with the inn.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Really hot when I was staying here (28-32 degrees) and the AC worked flawlessly. I think the price could be $10-20 cheaper per night, but I would stay here again.

It's not the nicest place I've stayed at but for $80 a night it's a goo deal for the price. The room had a slight smoke odor to it even thought it was a no smoking room. But you can't fix stupid, some people think its their god given right to smoke wherever they want. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The shower was a nice change as well usually all the hotels I stay at have terrible water pressure but not this one! Would stay here again.
