Have stayed many times and this is our go to place when we are in Prince George. Staff is always nice there. Clean comfortable rooms.

I stayed here 3 times in 5 weeks. The first 2 times were great. Comfortable rooms, wasn't noisy, beds were comfortable, front desk staff was friendly. However, on our last stay, the room (which we stayed in before a month earlier) now had a major ant problem, the bathroom sink drain needs a cleaning as it was not draining and the bathtub was not rinsed out. There was such a layer of 'scum' that we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. I brought these to their attention when I checked out. Hopefully they will be addressed, as otherwise a good place to stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly Staff, very clean rooms but that is all it has going for it. Bed was uncomfortable and the rooms noisy. I could hear the guy snoring on one side and the TV on the other as well as the trucks on the main highway. Not a good nights sleep and definitely not worth the price we paid. There is better / cheaper accomadation in PG.

Was there for medical for my son. Upon check in feb 19. Evening. I asked front desk if we can upgrade to a kitchenette for my son. Bc we have to boil his water. She said she can give me a hot water kettle. I told her no we neet to boil his water for atleast 10 minutes. Her reply was that she raised kids. Not impressed will not be going here again. Should not be shoving her parenting down others throats nor thinking that others are like her kids. Mine gets sick a lot and we have to becareful with him. Is why we were there. But will not be going there again.

Good clean reasonable priced with restaurant.

Excellent rooms comfortable and clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Very nice place. Bed was comfortable and everything looked to be well cleaned. The only thing that I could complain about would be that the heater was noisy, but it wasn't bad enough to keep me awake, so I don't think it's a huge issue.

Service was very friendly and even though I was delivering to staff working there, they treated me as if ibwas a guest.

Nice clean room. Central location is a plus. Starbucks nearby and other restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is not many spots.

Room stunk, and I repeat stunk like cigarette smoke. The staff are nice, and they gave me $20 back in the morning, but if you are booking his place you should ask to smell the room before you pay.

Big clean rooms with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Comfy beds and we didn't hear a noise all night. The price was affordable and the location is decent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We are through PG regularly and will be back.

This is a Fantastic Place to stay wether it's one night or a week it like home away from home! And very economical!

Would most definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A little road noise and convenient to everything.

Decent prices for decent rooms. This is not your Marriott Residence Inn or you're Westin Hotels but for the price you get a decent room and at least they have from pillows.

Worst hotel experience of my entire life. Extremely rude staff, and charged for unnecessary mistakes the hotel made. After driving nine hours and arriving in the lovely town of Prince George, my stay was promptly met with the most rude staff I have ever encountered. The woman at the desk (Danica) asked "Two people? " and I said "Yes, and a cat. " I was given my room and all seemed well until walking back from a nearby restaurant. I realized I needed to move my car and she said "Come in here, we have another problem. " then accused me of lying about having an animal when I clearly stated I had one, and chose this hotel specifically because they were pet friendly. Mind you, I had been staying in pet friendly hotels for several days, and had disclosed to every hotel. She proceeded to be extremely nasty towards me and my guest; calling me dishonest and charging me $100 pet cleaning fee. I paid the fee because a nicer gentleman explained that allergies to cats in these non-pet rooms needed to be cleaned in a deeper manner. I paid the fee and she continued to be nasty. I said "I will pay the fee but do not appreciate being called dishonest" to which she replied "I did not call you dishonest, and when you came in you seemed unsure of whether you booked online or on the phone. " I was uncertain of how I booked, how does this make me a liar about my cat? Don't stay here, too much drama.

Clean but Has no good channels on the tv. I could hear every word other ppl are sayin in the room next to mine. And the Parking is shitty.

Have stayed there on 5 different occasions while going hunting and on our way home. Clean rooms, nice staff. It does get a bit noisy at night because of the trucks on the Highway but that's the only negative we have experienced. Good price and a great location for our needs. Would recommend this to anyone looking for clean, modern rooms at a good price.

I was heading out for dinner when a lady who worked for this hotel came storming towards me and threatened to have me "thrown out" because of noise complaints. I told her that the noise wasn't coming from my room and she came so close to me that when she was yelling at me she spit in my face. A few hours later I was taking a bath (with the do not disturb sign on the door) and another lady that worked there was trying to get in to my room without knocking first. When I went to the door she insisted that I pay for my room before checking out and told me again that there were more noise complaints for my room. I have no idea where the noise was coming from but it for sure was not my room, I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Pretty decent motel. Easy road access. Has air conditioning. A bit noisy. The room is a little bright at night. Damp towels. Fairly clean but we did have to Lysol a few things. Shower curtain and bed had stains. Sink was dirty and some towels were stained. Brown splatters on bathroom wall, door, and nightstand. Slightly pricey.

This place is a perfect spot to drop off from prince ruport on a long needed harley adventure through this beautiful country. The scenery is out of this world beautiful. Wish I could live here but unfortunately I gotta go back to the US. The hotel is perfect as it has everything we needed from fresh linens/cleaning to service. The woman at the front desk was more then accomidating with and inviting ora to her. No apols what so ever.

While I was staying at this motel from hell, there was several people asking me anytime I went outside to guide them in the correct direction so that they can buy drugs! And there was a horrible screaming yelling domestic, and I had to ask the front desk clerk, 4 seperate times to please do something about it. When it was my final call the night audit/front desk clerk, hung up on me and said, "look lady I have everything I can do". I am begging you not to stay here, it is a very frightening place to stay especially if you travel alone. Good luck, happy trails.
