Standard room. Reasonably priced and didn't have any issue.

Clean and quiet room and location. Fresh towels and fast Wi-Fi. 9pm check in without reservation and Early check out without talking to desk were easy. I'd prefer a brighter room but seems standard illumination on this trip.

Great place to stay. Best pillows!

Rooms were minimalistic but clean and reasonable. Rates were fair, and the location is fairly central.

Quiet and clean room. Reasonable price. Location is good. 7 min to Downtown by walk.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I stay here for business when I'm in the area, especially because the internet is so good. It's very good value compared to the overpriced options in Prince George. I recommend it to all my colleagues who come to Prince George.

Be careful — bed bugs are here! After taking several photos of the bug we went downstairs to get a refund but the owner refused, saying he would have to personally see the bug in the room (even though iPhone photos include a location and time/date stamp). We went back up to the room and spotted the bug but we shouldn't have to catch a bug to get a refund. Please do society a favor and don't support this type of human being.

I stayed here with my two small dogs over Christmas break. The rooms were not very clean, (I found what I hope was a chocolate raisin on the floor in the closet and the bathroom walls had stains) This is not a dog friendly hotel. He expected me to bring the dogs and leave them in the car, since he did not allow the dogs being left alone in the hotel. I explained that I had stayed at other hotels and even called other local hotels and that they all allowed dogs to be left alone. He said it was his policy, I said that maybe he should explain that when we check in because we would have went elsewhere, he then said he didn't have to explain everything about his policy. Our toilet paper was not refilled and he explained how upset he was about the dogs being left there and how he would now have to clean the carpets. The extra fee you pay is to have the carpets cleaned (his sign says so) so he doesn't even clean the carpets after people leave with their pets. Not a nice guy. Would never stay here again. After reading the other reviews he also said we tried to sneak the second dog in, which was also in plain sight when we checked in.

I don't usually (ever) leave reviews, but this place was so AWFUL I feel obligated. I took my dog with me to the counter when I checked in. Not 5 mins after I was settled in the guy at the desk accused me of trying to sneak her in, and threatened to charge me $200. I tried to explain that she was a service dog, and that legally he could not charge me for having her but that I would gladly move to a pet — friendly room. He kept repeating himself about ''how was I supposed to know you had her at the counter'' and ''you were sneaking her in'', so just to get him to shut up I agreed to pay the "pet" fee, and he let me stay in the room I already had. The sign at the counter said the fee was $25 — — he charged me $50. When I left he gave me the bill, which did NOT include the $200 dollars he HAD charged me for having my service dog. This place should be sued 6 ft under for discrimination. Also — — big, ugly and unfriendly signs EVERYWHERE (in all the rooms, hallways, front desk) warning you to basically clean your own room when you leave or risk huge fees. This place sucks, go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
