It was a very nice place I had a kid jumping in the room above me that kept me up but my fault never phoned front desk.

Was thoroughly pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean and well played out. The complementary buffet breakfast was amazing.

Staff were less than friendly but the hotel was nice and the food was ok at Just Jack's. Tvs have no useful guide and the iron I had was broken. If this was a bigger town, I would expect more of this hotel and this would be a 3 star review. As it was, the soaps were nice, the internet ok, the breakfast satisfactory. I looked at the pool, next time I might try that.

The hotel was accomodating towards us as we adjusted our stay from 1 to 2days. The rooms were ckean and the feontbstaff helped us with out needs.

Beds were comfortable, restaurant food was tasty. You get coupons for the restaurant and casino if you are staying at the hotel. I had a rm on the second floor facing the exhaust so I don't recommend.

Didn't stay in the hotel, but the boardroom was fantastic — so spacious, great help from the staff who offered printing services. The attached restaurant was marvelous. Very happy with the location.

Stayed for a midway stop on a trip from Alaska to Seattle. Excellent breakfast free with stay, swimming pool with waterslide for the kids. Staying here on the next trip through for sure.

Excellent location and well appointed hotel. Staff is very friendly and quick to offer assistance to make your stay more enjoyable. Hotel has a water slide, hot tub, restaurant, bar, casino, meeting rooms, business centre, free Wi-Fi and free breakfast available at 5:30am. Variety of room configurations to suit your needs.

This hotel has outstanding customer service. I am in FSJ often and always look forward to my stay here. Huge thank you to Priyanka who is always smiling and going above and beyond.

We just finished hosting a large fundraiser at the Pomeroy. The entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the success of our event is owed in part to the staff and mgmt of this facility. We've pre-booked for the same time next year!

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds — both are essential for a good night's sleep. The attached restaurant, Just Jacks, is a perfect place for lunch or dinner.

Absolutely worst Wi-Fi possible. Cannot even use the Wi-Fi to go on the internet unless I’m leaning right against my door. Want to do some work at the desk far away from the door? No internet. Want to browse the internet or check your email in bed before you sleep? Not happening. Want to watch a video in the middle of your room? Good luck. I have stayed on every floor and location of this hotel for business travel, and not once has their Wi-Fi worked perfectly on my phone or laptop within a room. Always so dodgy or terrible connection that they are not willing to fix.

I like the hotel close to great amenities. October 25, 2017 I loved the decor, breakfast was awesome! The bed … I didn’t complain and I am sure the staff would have moved me — — (very nice staff) but — the bed was a nightmare, very bad — it wobbled and sank in the middle- although — I did have a good sleep. (I didn’t complain — I was to tired. The fan in the room was loud but just I turned it off and the room is so well insulated that it kept a perfect temperature. The 2 Free bottles of water was very much appreciated, thank you! I always travel with bleach wipes and I really needed them at this hotel and they were black when surfaces were cleaned. Although the toilet was extremely clean. The corners on the floor were dirty even on the carpet. Nice TVs! The staff are clearly rushed to do a good job.

Excellent stay at the business suite. Well designed and happy with the service. Missing oatmeal at the breakfast but other than that, all good.

The events staff are fabulous at the Pomeroy. I cannot say enough about Amber and Lisa in their assistance planning a huge event.

Everything was just simply ok. Nothing amazing for the price. The walls are thin and there was a door to the next suite with a guest that cough NON-STOP all night and morning. No exaggeration. Whilst his health isn't the hotels problem the paper thin walls made it feel as though we shared a room. The check in was fine, and breakfast spread acceptable. I would stay again but I would also try a different hotel first.

Excellent place. Lovely atmosphere. Everything was clean and bright. Staff were wonderful. It's in a central location in FSJ. Easy access to all the facilities. Breakfast room was excellent and so very clean.

The Pomeroy Hotel in Fort St John is a true gem along the highway to Alaska. It is a full services facility with a gym, pool, Casion, breakfast nook and restaurant bar. The staff are very pleasant and the rooms are spacious. A sure winner if you are look for a good night's rest or a pleasant stop with full services on your route north or south.

Affordable, great breakfast spread, pet friendly. Pleasant, sociable staff! Good air conditioning in the rooms. Wi-Fi was better than expected for the location.

So far great! Beautiful rooms. Wonderful service! Pool and hot tub is great. The slide is crazy! Was thinking of throwing the two year old down it but even for a 36yo and his 27yo buddy it was super fast! Maybe we will both go down together tomorrow :) very clean hotel and is very maintained.

This is by far the best hotel we've been too. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were polite and very helpful. Ordered room service and the food was tasty. We are a family of 7 and we took advance of the pool with the waterslide. The water was nice and warm. Kids had a blast. To top it off free breakfast buffet. Thank you so much we will definitely come back.

Hotel is very nice. Beds are super soft. Almost too soft for me. Overall things are better than others hotels in town though.

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay, the rooms are small but clean. I did have the toughest steak I've ever chewed on in my life at the restaurant, I had a 16 oz T-Bone, the only thing they could've done to mess me up worse, is if they would've made it a 20 oz. I'd stay at this hotel again for ssure! Cheers.

Clean facility. No issues. Used several times with no issues.

This is a decent hotel with welcoming staff and good facilities. The breakfast buffet was essential and not to be missed. The low flow shower and blind that didn't fully close are what stopped this place from getting a perfect score.

Front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very nice. No complaints. The hot breakfast had a wide variety of foods including waffles!

Once of the nicer hotels in the area. Rooms are pretty high quality and clean. I have stayed here a bunch of times for work. They have a nice pool with hot tub and water slide. Great free breakfast.

This is our go to place when we come to Fort St John. Awesome hot breakfast, modern, spacious and reasonably priced — and the water slide is pretty decent.

Made reservations with a Visa debit card no problem, then drove all the way there to have them refuse to take a debit card, or even cash payment for a room.

Terrific hotel. We had a jacuzzi king room for a very reasonable price and it was great. Staff was friendly, free parking, free breakfast, comfortable room, large flat panel TV in room. No complaints.
