I was hungry and someone told me the seasons was a great place to eat. So I absolutely loved it the food was amazing. Outstanding job kitchen staff xoxo forever customer.

Clean, spacious suite, nice pool, hot tub area. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, continental breakfast.

Pretty nice room and good service.

They take a deposit from you for pets, which should be for cleaning the rooms after guests dogs make it dirty or make an accident. Well this isn’t the case here we were with the baseball team and when we got in the room it smelled like dog urine and the bathtub was beyond gross, this was also the same thing for another family in the team with a dog. Our dogs were constantly smelling the floors and would not settle in. Then the next morning going for breakfast the breakfast coupon was made for two people instead of the four that we checked in with, I thought it was a mistake. The front desk lady says “oh no, you have to pay extra if there is four people it’s going to be 20$ more or else you just pay for the breakfast. ” She says this after I was waiting 20 minutes at the front desk while I can see her in the back room eating breakfast. Will never be back and will not recommend to my friends who will be back here.

The Staff is by far the best I have encountered on both hotel and resteraunt sides. I stayed a month and got to know everyone a little. Tegan is probably by far the most beautiful woman these eyes have seen and it was great getting a "good morning! " from her. Sam, Theresa and Marie are cool, cool girls and heading down to order supper everynight was most excellent! And then there is Mrs. K, Jim and Maria. That place would fall the hell apart without them. Will miss you all.

Not a very good experience than I thought. Had to open the sliding window just to get some cold air due to the HVAC is just giving warm and hot air. Called for help and came told us just to keep it in auto which it was and still nothing change. In this hot summer time the room should at least cold. The air vents full of dust and second day of stay had no internet connection. Called help desk and told us to come downstairs to get the Ethernet cable due to the wireless network has problem. My laptop apple is not supported with Ethernet cable and really! She told me to get it myself? I don't think this is a good customer service at all.

Good hotel. Rooms are comfortable and staff is pleasant. Price is competative. I recommend.

Clean rooms. Nice motel. Beds are good. Recommend staying here if you need a motel in Brooks.

The best place in Brooks Alberta. Cleanest, best staff, best value, and modern amenities. Book here if you like money well spent.

Great place to take a team, bus driver stayed free. Very accommodating staff. Great rooms suites are best value.

Stayed for the weekend and was very pleased with the hotel. They provide a decent breakfast and the hotel room we stayed in was spotless. They need to work on the front desk staff as I felt they were quite bothered by any request. I understand that guests can be a bit much sometimes, but without them, you have an empty hotel.

Very friendly and newly renovated hotel lobby. Rooms are a bit out dated but recently got all new linen. Restaurant attach is a very nice olus.

Most hotel employees are friendly but distant. Not so here. Jim and Chantel went above and beyond. One of the better stays Ive had over the years. Friendly, informative, and helpful. Those two are the reasons I'll be coming back. (You may want to put in a waffle maker and offer those flat sausage patties to make egg sandwiches)

Very nice room and the service was great.

Never stayed in a room but the meeting room is very nice. Also, the catering Manager is efficient and if we order lunch, it's always good.

Friendly staff, clean room, pool and hot tub area looks clean and enjoyable. Close to get food and restaurants. What more do you need.

Great hotel for a short vacation to Brooks. Soft beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. The attached restaurant has fantastic food at affordable prices. We would recommend you to anyone staying in Brooks.

The room was decently priced and was very clean and well prepared. I did have a issue with a light fixture making noise at 2am which I had to find and correct.

Decent hotel not too bad but enough to get the job done.

I attended the City of Brooks Christmas party a while back and I had a great time. The food was overall pretty good. From the buffet style eating to the desserts at the end. The atmosphere of the room was fantastic and we'll put together.

The bar had me lost in the juice.

Dated. Be warned if you travel with cats, they say 'domestic animals' but they don't mean cat's.

Not enough coffee in the room.
