Awesome staff rita was so extremely helpful and friendly and pleasant she definitely went above and beyond to help me.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and very accommodating. The woman at the front desk was willing to stay open later to ensure we got a room, after 12 hours of travelling and calling around motels for an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

First, the staff was very accommodating. We went to the Calgary Stampede that day and we were going to the states the next day so we went to Brooks because it was far enough from Calgary to not pay Stampede price. I called the motel to see how late they were open and if they could stay open to check us in and they said they'd wait till 11pm, an hour after they closed which was perfect. We ended up getting in at 10pm and they had everything ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The lighting could've been better. We didn't stay long in Brooks so I can't say much for the area. Overall the stay was nice. We didn't use the pool so no review for that.

Staying at the Plains is always a good experience. Rexford is a great host.

All the plug sockets were total hidden, just a bit annoying.

Its a no frills place, has comfy beds to stay.

Exactly what we needed! Small rooms and small beds BUT clean and friendly and a pool! Did we mention clean? Amazing value!

Good for the price. We enjoyed the indoor pool. The rooms were pretty clean. They had the typical cheap hotel floral bed spread that may or may not carry infectious diseases. Lol. All in all it was about what I expected, no disappointments.

This is a decent place to sleep. The rooms are big.

My husband and I stayed here from September to December and had the best service from all the staff. Price was awesome! The ladies cleaning our rooms were courteous and thorough. The front desk staff were the absolute BEST! Thank you Rexford and Carissa! Hope to see you guys again next trip!

Came at 11:01 pm and got denied my reservation for my room by Rex. He claims to be the manager and he was rude. Worst service I've ever had. And the fact that he opened the door and said we're closed. Really 1 minute late, common.
