Beautiful hotel with fantastic sized rooms and suites for larger families. Great selection of breakfast choices included. Just Jacks restaurant on site was nice as well. Highly recommended.

Unbelievably, they gave away our room! had reserved and paid for 2 nights, Fri and Sat. Stayed Fri night, had breakfast Saturday. Went out and about on Saturday, returned to the hotel about 5pm, found our keys no longer worked. Front desk says we had checked out early. Oh and are these your bags behind the front desk? unbelievable! housekeeping had to pack our bags… because we checked out early? it defies belief! and now our original king suite isn't available… it better be free! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is easily the most ridiculous and worst treatment I gave experienced.

Very cordial staff, functional and clean rooms, pleasant pool facility including a waterslide and a hot tub, and delicious complimentary breakfast with dietary accommodations including glutton free options. Would highly recommend this location for extended stay, as the standard rooms included stove tops, medium sized combination fridge/freezer, dish sink, and a dishwasher. Prices were reasonable during my stay (August) but are subject to change during busier seasons.

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, very hospitable staff. Better than average breakfast. The attached pub is worth a visit as well. Good food.

One of the better hotels to stop at on a road trip. Rooms are prices very well, and it's attached to a great little pub and brewery. I've stayed here a couple of times, and wouldn't hesitate to make Olds a stop on the Motorbike trail again.

Well this was a wonderful hotel. More than I expected. What a great complimentary breakfast. The service was just as great. Thanks again for a womderful stay.

I haven't even finished spending the night and this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I spent a week at the Hilton in New Jersey last month and this place outshines that one, hands down. VERY nice tub. (Plz note soda stream in photo is ours) Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. EDIT: We decided to go ahead extend our stay one more night! ;)

Its a nice place to stay. The building and the furnishings are ne, neat and clean. The rooms are spacious & well designed, with comfortable beds and nice, crisp clean sheets. The free (continental) breakfast is a nice touch, nothing like hot coffee and food waiting for you when you wake up. I only gave 4 stars because the Inn is expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

Parking lot needs easier access. Room temperature is nice, and coffee service is well maintained.

Great place to stay if attending an event at the Barn event centre. Really nice rooms. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice clean rooms, beautiful lobby — was only there for a night but everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I stayed here, along with many of our wedding guests on September 8th & 9th 2017. They have a large variety of well priced rooms, and we booked one of the 3 bedroom rooms for the bridal party to get ready in. This room was big, well equipped and perfect for what we needed in preparation for the wedding. The only complaint, or rather comment we had is — my husband and I booked a separate suite for our wedding night — and it was awesome. Huge room, amazing tub and really comfortable bed. However — we found we had been given a LARGE (i'm talking like a 15 person +) cheese platter in our fridge as well as wine/chocolates that we didnt order. On check out they tried to charge us for these things — we hadn't touched nor ordered them (I honestly found the cheese platter as we were checking out) — and the hotel did eventually remove them from the bill. It wasn't something I expected to be arguing over though the day after the wedding. The only thing I can assume is, there was a second bride in the hotel — maybe they were intended for her?

Love it here first class except their welfare luggage carts. Honestly. Buy some Cece that carts guys!

I have so far attended a wedding and a fund raising dinner here. In both cases the events were catered exceptionally well, the staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel was very accommodating. The location is kept impeccably clean, it never seems overcrowded, and the front staff is friendly and attentive.

I just went to Just Jack's for supper and it was very lovely! The server was friendly and helpful and the menu was diverse and decently priced. Decent options for people with food restrictions!

Sat in restaurant section, which is usually quiet. Service was Ok, they were buzy with the bar being full that night. Had the turkey club. Good turkey, cranberry mayo was a bit too sweet. Good clam chowder. Beer selection is good, w. Full Olds college selections on tap. Overall good choice in Olds.

Clean hotel, nice amenities. But if you want a quiet stay, consider staying in a unit on the 4th floor. The wood-construction building lets you hear a lot from the people staying on top of you, including conversations and footsteps. I had to switch rooms on the 3rd floor, and both rooms were noisy because of loud families staying on top of me.

Great location right next to Olds College. Olds College brewery is conveniently attached to the hotel, with the Just Jack's restaurant on site carrying 6 of their beers. Staff are almost too friendly — — I know they have a specific spiel to say, but they need to better read body language to notice a guest who's tired and just wants to get to his room. Rooms are clean, modern and well-appointed. I was in the top floor, but I think lower floors may be noisy from guests above.

Pomeroy has been my go to hotel when I am in the Olds / Red Deer area. Fantastic beds, always clean and an enjoyable breakfast buffet to get my day going. Will be back.

I love the restaurant here, they serve Olds College brewed beer. Every time I'm in the area I make a point of stopping in. The food is fantastic too, and the service has always been fantastic.

Pomeranian is a great place to go just jacks great staff great food excellent service friendly people highly recommended the food quality is excellent The Taste is wonderful come check it out.

Spent the night before and our wedding night here. Staff is very welcoming and kind and very accommodating. Just Jacks also has great food! After our wedding day we got in and ordered food at 1200 for room service… We ordered chicken strips and a steak sandwich and it was so fresh and hot and got to us within 20 min! Excellent service, we would definitely stay here again!

We got a room for the In-Laws, they said it was very nice, clean, and friendly staff. We will be using this hotel again for any of our guests. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because of the breakfast, we loved the waffle maker, but the rest of the family said their eggs were very gross, like warm rubber. So hopefully, it was just an off day.

I loved staying here with my two girls, both are under the age of three. We treated with friendly hospitality. The rooms were very clean, reception kind and location ideal. They provided a crib as requested and accommodated us when we requested a late check out. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed the slide in the pool! Breakfast was great with lots of options (including a waffle maker). Our room was clean and comfortable, had a fridge, microwave and other amenities. Would stay again.

The soup is homemade and always great. Takes a little time but worth the wait. The Reuben sandwich is great!

My experience was great. We stayed for four nights and was continually impressed with how clean everything was. The staff was friendly and very accomidating. All that was in the descriotion was included and more.

We stayed here along with our guests for our wedding. About a week after our stay the hotel charged an additional $334 to our credit card without our authorization. When we called to ask what this charge was for they couldn't find the charge and were saying they didn't charge it. I emailed them a copy of my bank statement showing them the charge and they still denied doing it. After going through visa directly we had the charge reversed. However, the charge has shown up on our credit card again a month later. The hotel told visa it was a no show charge for our caterer who booked a room with our credit card. We used a local caterer that lives closer to our venue than the hotel so I know they didn't book a room, and if they did it wouldn't have been with our credit card. Then the hotel told me it was actually a no show fee for one of our guests. Again, we did not book any rooms for our guests on our credit card and any no shows should be charged to the guest directly, not us. This hotels customers service is lousy and this has been such a headache. Do not stay here and certainly do not give them your credit card information.

What a beautiful Hotel! Right on the main drag through Olds. Great friendly staff. Pool and hot tub micro brewery, restaurant and bar. Highly recommended.

Has a brewery next door but serves molbatt beer. Wtf. Support local drink local.

Attended the annual Brewmaster's dinner and had a wonderful time enjoying 5 courses accompanied by 5 brews. Excellent experience.

The restaurant has an awkward layout that can make it difficult to get a table at times or for the number of people you want with you. The bar is huge and has plenty of seating for game night but not enough TV's. The menu is sparse and average priced. They have some unique dishes like chicken and waffles. The service is average as well but nothing bad either. The place is very clean and welcoming. It's a good place to have a quick bite but not really a comfortable place to have a lengthy sit down meal.

We stayed here for our daughters grad, the pool was great for the younger kids. The service was phenomenal and we had a wonderful meal at lunch and for breakast the following day.

We had our family from Holland staying in the hotel and they were all impressed by how clean it was and the staff was very helpful also. They will come back next time for sure.

This hotel is garbage. I spent twice as much as any hotel in this town to stay there. Only to be treated to paper thin walls where every movement of my neighbour was as loud as if they were in my room. Not to mention the fact that the detergent they used to clean thier sheets cause me to itch all night and get two hours of sleep. The morning breakfast was microwaved trash that might have resembled something you could find in a mcdonalds dumpster. When I complained in the morning they just treated it like there was no problem and I still had to pay $180 for the night. Thanks for charging me the full price for the worst stay I've had in my life. The hotel restaurant was also disappointing. My friends salmon was overcooked and I could have gotten s better burger at mcdonalds for a quarter the price. If I ever return to this hotel, it will be to spit on it.
