Nice clean hotel. Wifi is good. Breakfast is good. And staff are. Very friendly. And care about their guests.

We got married on December 31 and we stayed at the Ramada for 2 nights. It was without a doubt the best service Ive ever had at any hotel. Between the Pomeroy and Ramada my vote goes to the Ramada — the huge difference between the two is that Ramada was willing to go above and beyond for us and our guests, they definitely showed they're appreciation for our business and didn't just brush us off like the Pomeroy did. A huge shoutout to Linda and all the staff for everything! Linda was an amazing help she made everything super easy and was very accommodating (she would show us rooms so we could pick the best view/layout) and always willing to help in anyway. Our guests were incredibly happy with their stay and service as well. Highly recommend using Ramada!

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The kids loved the pool, the breakfast/lounge area was really nice. We brought our dog and we had a room on ground level that had a door to the parking lot. That was a bonus! Breakfast was okay, not great.

Great big rooms. Very friendly and engaging staff during check in. Nice touch with soft and firm pillow options. Only thing I didn't like was the needle sharp shower spray.

Nice place. Right beside Sobey's and a strip mall. So if you need anything at all everything is very close. Big clean beds. Breakfast is OK but nothing special standard fare with three hot items and a waffle machine. Nice pool and hot tub too. Only reason it loses a star is cause I have seen places with a better breakfast. Nice staff too.

The rooms were very clean the pool was awesome. Staff seem to be very crabby.

Classy. Nothing like some mold and previously kicked in doors. Heater did not work properly at all. Had to unplug if you didn't want to live in an African safari. Staff was wonderful. They were truly amazing. It's more an issue of standards with upkeep of the hotel. Everything else was fine. Super staff. I just prefer not staying in a crack house. Ramada will no longer be first on my list to look for after this one. Was beyond loyal up unto this one.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Two things I really enjoyed were the room's cleanliness and conveniences (e. G. Wifi, TV, etc. ) and the hotel's pool area. However, I received a terrible night's sleep due to the uncomfortable beds. I could feel the springs and the bars underneath my back. And even through industrial grade earplugs, I would occasionally hear (and feel) a rumbling noise beneath the floor throughout the night. I could also hear people in the hallway and in the room next to me. I should have called to complain, but I doubt anything could have been done at that point. The breakfast was alright, although the orange juice was pretty bad (I couldn't even drink the rest of it). I wish there was a dine-in restaurant located in the hotel like the others in town. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was clean and quite. Front desk was curtious and prompt. Had no issues at this hotel.

Stoped here for an overnight nice clean place, good water slide, I would stay here again easy.

When checking in Expedia messed up our reservation, An didn't let the hotel know about it. It was 9pm at night we had been driving all day An not having a reservation was the last thing we needed. The front desk lady, Stef was an absolute dream to deal with. She called Expedia An quickly got it all sorted out as well as upgrading us at no extra cost. An giving us a number to call An complain about the mix up. She was friendly An nice. Made our stay so much more better! Definitely will stay there again! After settling into the room she called An made sure everything was ok with the room. The room was prefect clean An well put together. Thanks Stef for making our visit that much more better!

We had an issue with our online booking and our front desk agent was extremely helpful. Called our booking agency and even upgraded our room.

We only visited this hotel to use the pool while our family was staying here. The pool area was kept clean and tidy, and it had plenty of space. There was a waterslide, hot tub, and steam room.

Terrible experience. We had 2 king size beds which were so firm we couldn't sleep and the air condition was so loud we had to turn it off to try to sleep. Then when I spilled some ground tea on the counter I cleaned it up with a hand towel and the maids left me a lecture note about how I may get charged extra for the soiled towel. Not happy, not impressed.

This was a great stay. Every thing was clean and comfotable. Pool was great. Breakfast was good but needed more help to keep things full as it was very busy.

My family and I stayed here for week in August 2015. Our room was clean and spacious (3 queen beds, family of 5). The breakfast was really nice and saved us lots of money. The pool has shallow entry for small children and the water slide was great. The staff was all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in the Ramada Oct. 9, 2010. The room was very clean and spacious. There were reminders of "recycling" and "conserving water" etc. Which were all wonderful! Then I went for breakfast! Every utensil and dish was "throw away"! With the crowd there for breakfast there was at least 3 bags of garbage generated for that time period alone! A good, water-wise dish washer goes a long way to keep the garbage pile down.
