Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Some traffic noise, and the curtains could have been thicker as the room was quite light once the sun came up. Breakfast was OK but limited options if you don't eat meat, eggs or dairy.

Delivered a pizza there. Very nice and clean looking.

Definitely needs updating and the lobby smells like a**. Fake plants are dirty and from the 80’s. My room was ok.

I stayed there in january 2018. I put a cash deposit of 150.00. So I wanted him stay again the weekend and because I didn't pick up my deposit. I assumed I could stay this weekend. Without paying ANOTHER deposit as I have the receipt. They have conveniently lost my deposit. So I will not stay there again.

I had a great experience. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My dog felt at home also. Would recommend it to anyone.

It was an acceptable stay, but barely. The hotel is old and badly in need of updating. The walls really are paper thin — I could hear every word of the conversations going on next door. It was clean though, and the staff were pleasant and polite.

Do not book a room here! The customer service is horrible. The manager "BOB" is rude a discourteous. We had booked a room and when we found out within minutes that they didn't offer the amenities we were looking for we tried to cancel the reservation and were told that you need to cancel 24 hrs in advance. Well we needed the room for that night so how the heck can I cancel within 24 hr? they still charged us for the room and we went to another hotel. I wouldn't ever book a room here and neither should anyone else unless you want to be treated with disrespect.

Hotel was ok. They are renovating their pool, which we didn't hear until we checked in, so or kids were extremely disappointed.

Awful place. First off, we were put in a 4th floor room without a working elevator so we had to carry four bags up a steep flight of stairs. Second, the room was sub par, everything was rickety and dated and smelled like moth balls. The bed was not comfortable and gave me a sore back and the pillows gave me a sore neck. The AC is very loud, but we couldn't afford to turn it off at night since the room became stuffy and too warm to sleep comfortably in. Next, the water park was pathetic. The pool water was disgusting, no lifeguards or lifesaving paraphernalia. The parents had to sit in a dingy nasty pool side and watch their children swim around in nasty freezing water. If I was a parent with a child who wanted to go swimming, I would want to be able to leave them for at least an hour to their own devices with a lifeguard on the lookout. The stairs leading up to our howl room was also always soaked with pool water. How dangerous is that for elderly guests, young children, and guests who have to carry their luggage up those stairs. Half the amenities don't work, ie. Elevator, ice machine, etc. The front desk staff is also a hit or miss, most of them seem unfriendly and rude and less than happy to help. The connecting restaurant isn't any better. The food is subpar, service is lacklustre, and the employees are extremely rude. Oh and room service was also non-existent. You have to pay and extra 20% for each individual item on your order, talk about hidden fee.

Room was Good, but we got 3rd floor and it was kinda hard lugging bikes up to the floor.

The service in the middle of the night was surprisingly excellent, however there appeared to be poop on the blanket on one of our beds. Good thing we didn't need them both! The tub was dirty and stained, however the bed was comfortable and we did sleep well. Breakfast was a joke.

Location is accessible — right off the main highway. Service was seamless. We slept well.

Continental breakfast very good for this class of hotel. Workmanship very poor from rod holding up shower curtain to not fixing treadmill. One door had been kicked in while another is missing its peep hole. Pool is cold, hot tub heat isn't working. On the whole, is a cheap hotel.

Rooms were clean. Needed and extra set of bedding at 1am they have no issue doing so. Very nice and helpful at the front desk.

Room smells strong like smoke. Key cards are greasy like they never been wiped down in 20 years.

Very friendly desk staff and helpful. Parking had plug ins for cold nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 1 night. Room was v. Tight but adequate. Nothing above average. Staff were nice but seemed annoyed with anything besides checking us in. Continental breakfast was average. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast are really nice, lots of fruits everyday. Next to Tim Horton, grocery store and pharmacy.

Recently stayed three nights in Stony Plain for a family wedding. Didn't spend much time in the hotel, but found it to be comfortable, affordable and most importantly very very clean. After reading the other reviews on TripAdvisor I had my doubts about booking there, but I went with the recommendation of a friend and am glad I did. Seems the other reviews are NOT for the Stony Plain property. The decor is up to date, the staff are pleasant, and the continental breakfast is more than adequate (for a free meal). Would recommend this hotel for anyone business or pleasure. Didn't try the pool, but will on my next stay.
