Pool was too cold. Almost like it was intentional. Thank god I already have a vasectomy.

Rude staff including the manager who hung up on me and refused to give me district, regional or even head offices number. Cleaner tried entering our room at 830am when check out isn't until 11am and was rude about it. Wouldn't say good morning. They apparently got a complaint about us but instead of confronting us they went ahead and charged my credit card and waited until the 4pm the next day to get there story straight that has changed multiple times. Apparently no camera anywhere at the hotel aswell. Would never recommend staying here or any microtel in the future.

I had the worst experience with front desk personnel while trying to assist with a reservation during a snow squall which made the roads too hazardous to drive. Condescending, rude, patronizing — never mind heartless given the circumstance… While I get that there are two sides to every story — I was on the phone with the family member that was in the lobby (they just lost their mom two days earlier and were only on the road after saying their farewells and planning a funeral) when I heard the woman at the front desk laugh at her. A family member was asking staff to clarify something and she was laughed at by the lady at the front desk. Thankfully we had much less hassle and far better treatment, with ease of booking just up the road. We dodged a bullet and will NEVER stay at this particular location. To be honest, I don’t think I’d ever stay at any of their places once I heard the front desk laugh at a going through so much. It was the least compassionate thing I have heard in a long time. ***UPDATE*** I just received a phone call from Saleem (the GM) who tried expressing how wonderful this staff member is, and that she has had no negative reviews, and that they are in Canada. He went on politely at first and then tried to put the blame on us for our experience.

Great place, rooms are comfortable. The pools is lots of found for the kids.

Good stay. Rooms were kept clean, lots of parking, not much more to add.

Pillows were too soft for my liking. Bed was ok. Everything else was perfect! Room was modern and clean. Shower was great. Free breakfast was above average and coffee was delicious. Will stay again.

We stayed just one night. The room was nice, the shower pressure wasn't great but all the new shower heads in hotels suck these days. There was a free breakfast but we didn't get up in time. Overall my experience was good, would definitely go again.

Love it here, staff is fantastic rooms are always clean. Quiet hotel and very accessible. Location is limited to a small variety of dinner places but is well within red deer limits to drive.

I love this hotel and I would definitely stay here if I could, my dog loved it, my family loved it, I really like the pool it's nice the water slide is awesome, hot tub was a good temp!

Clean & nice. Gluten free breakfast options. Rooms are a bit small but great value.

Very friendly staff. I went with a suite since I was there for three days and was very nice, it was spacious and clean. They offer a hot continental breakfast in the morning with good selection for everyone. I would stay here in a heart beat again, and will.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very spacious and well set up. Located on Gasoline Alley, so a lot of restaurants and other amenities close by. Just a few minute drive to the Centrum.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were great and courteous. I can only hope that their 5 star attitude never changes because this is what will make customers return. Great job guys!

It's a nice modern hotel. I found it was really clean and the decor was modern. The pool and hot tub we're empty which was nice. The breakfast lacked variety however but overall it was a fantastic stay.

We had a hockey wind up party. We booked a conference room and had access to the pool. The hotel lobby was clean. The conference room held all our team and parents, also some siblings. It was a great size for our group. The pool was kept clean. The chemicals in the pool were not strong, like some pools can be. Overall the kids and parents enjoyed themselves.

Hotel is very clean and the staff are all friendly. Doesn't feel old either. Pool was way too cold which caused hot tub to be too crowded. However for kids the pool and water slide were great.

Rooms are always very clean, staff is amazing and helpful and always cheery. Work up here alot and it's our choice of jotels. It is quite far from normal groceries and such but if eating out there is alot around.

Great hotel, friendly staff. A few hockey families stayed here with us, and everybody seemed to have a great time. Kids loved the pool and slide. I can confirm the static shocks off the doors, must be the carpet in the hallways.

Do not stay in room 105 as it’s across from the maintance room where a loud humming noise comes from. Also the main floor is noisy as it’s on the way to the pool. The hotel knows that room 105 is undesirable but still books guests there. My children even complained about the noise. We will not stay again.

Nice rooms. Unfortunately was very loud as we were located on the bottom floor by the pool and there was a hockey team I presume that would use it every night. Asides from that our stay was very pleasant.

Excellent facilities and staff. Good breakfast. Comfy hot tub. Room smaller than anticipated but we'll situated and designed.

Check in was easy. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The cost was definitely worth it!

Very nice, newer hotel. Great location on gasoline alley, close to many restaurants and shopping nearby, very easy access to/from Highway 2. Check in was slow due to only one staff member working on a long weekend, and one of the elevators was out of order so coming and going to the 3rd floor was a bit slow. Room was very nice, very nice beds, furniture and bathroom. Everything was very clean. Free breakfast in the morning was on par with what we were expecting. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for a week. Room was great, breakfast awesome. Such a friendly staff.

Nice and comfy rooms, good service; Pool with slide and hot tub are nice as well. Breakfast is basic. The only thing that sucks is the quality of Wi-Fi. Connection drops out frequently, I was told that it is a normal thing once everybody in Hotel use it (upss, connection dropped out when I tried to submit this review :-) ).

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and had an awesome water slide. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. There was a continental breakfast included that was good and offered enough to get your day off to a good start. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Clean, well supplied rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly service. Good pool for us and young granddaughter. Exercise room oversupplied with complex machines in some disaaray. It had all I needed but was somewhat alarming. Didn't know how to set up some of the weight apparatus.

The hotel in very easy to access, right of hiway 2. Upon arrival I was greeted by very helpful staff and a quick check in. There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean and very ample for just myself.

Was a great place to stay, very modern design and rooms were very neat. Staff were very nice and breakfast was very typical. It was a great place to stay and if I need to stay at a hotel in red deer I'd definitely go to microtel again.

Great rooms. Very clean and new. Pool is very good and a well furnished gym. Overall this is a great place to stay right off the highway in Red Deer.

The staff were very helpful. The Internet connectivity was an issue at first, however, it was sorted out. Great price for a meeting room.

My house keeper Kayla was very attentive and my room was always clean.
