This is by far my favourite hotel to stay at. The rooms very nice and reasonably priced, they provide a free hot breakfast every morning, but that's not even the best part. The reason my crew (Oshea/AJ) choose to stay here consistently is because of the complimentary dinners/alcoholic beverages served Monday-Wednesday. The girls who prep/serve the meals and always very friendly, on point and a blast to talk to (Brittany/Kayla). Shout out to the two of em for maintaining the buisness relationship and providing and excellent guest experience. Highlight of each and every week. Cheers on behalf of Asplundh.

Nice and new, excellent aesthetic, bright welcoming interiors, good pool facilities, not mind blowing but good. Breakfast was meh. They didn't have great selection, no gluten free, ran out of most everything and couldn't keep up. Coffee also horrible.

Great hotel, everything is pretty much new. The staff is awesome, thanks Amalia for taking care of us with your amazing breakfast. Came here for a tour around Canada and enjoyed a lot.

So clean, new, staff are very polite Clean pool. The rooms are clean and big. Breakfast is great, the staff are filling it up all the time. Even breakfast for people who are on the keto diet. They put the soccer on for my husband during breakfast. I will be booking this hotel again.

Great for quick stop and expect the basics. It's very new rooms are clean and fixtures in good condition. Pool and slide are a little small but it wasn't too busy. Hot breakfast was actually pretty good but no other restaurant options in the hotel. Close to a little shop and restaurant plaza. Staff friendly and helpful always an added bonus.

New facility which was neat a d tidy. Had a pool with waterslide, which kept kids occupied after a couple hours on the road. Rooms were as expected. My only complaint with them was it did not have a safe, or bottle of water. The complimentary breakfast was good, pancakes, bacon, eggs, and lots of other typical breakfast items.

New hotel, half was under construction it appears. Beds were super comfy and rooms are clean. I actually loved the selection of pillows they had. The only downfall was that there was no inhouse restaurant really. Would love snacks at night. Breakfast was good and very modern interior design.

The room we (couple) were put in was right next to the elevator with lots of kids on the floor. This was not a restful sleep. It was a very nice hotel. If I stay again I would definitely request a room away from the elevator and away from families. Obviously, this could happen at any hotel but would have liked the staff to recommend a better room location.

This hotel is an absolute WIN! I have personally stayed here twice now, both trips to Red Deer with a team and it is fantastic! The rooms are fantastic, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are wonderful and everything is CLEAN! The pool and the waterslide are great and the breakfast is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling or stopping into Red Deer!

Very nice hotel. I loved the spacious room and comfy furniture, including the beds. The gym is open 24 hrs. The breakfast included was great.

Brand new hotel with clean and well appointed rooms. Lots of TV options, awesome pool and hot tub, and conveniently located for shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

Our second stay was just as good as our first. Didn't get to use the pool this time though as I was too busy. Your beds are the best! I didn't even want to get up today. Also the pillow options are the best.
I would also like to mention that our first room actually had a bath, and our second room had the shower, so if you are travelling with young ones you do have the option. As for myself I prefer the standalone shower.
Once again the breakfast attendant interacted with us and made us feel very welcomed. Look forward to staying with you again next month.

If you come to Red Deer you have to stay here! They have everything you need for a great stay and the most comfy beds and pillows. There is a fantastic morning walk right down the road at Waskasso Park.

I just stayed here with friends and we were so impressed. Great rooms, love the beds and very clean and neat. Excellent breakfast. I will definitely be back. I really would like to know what type of mattresses they are?

Had a seminar in one of their meeting rooms. Awesome location and fantastic service. Spoke with a couple of people that worked at the hotel. Very helpful and good people. Sarah and another lady. Overall really good experience!

Very clean hotel, staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was actually pretty good. I had a conference there and it was very airy and open. Natural light in the room. Thank you for the nice stay!

Outstanding staff! My check in on Tuesday night was quick. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly, patient with all of my questions, polite, efficient and welcoming. It’s my first time staying here but I will be back! The room was exceptionally clean and the hotel in general was brand new, not to mention gorgeous. The bed was so comfy I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in years. Breakfast had a lot of good variety and the housekeepers greeted you with a big hello in the morning. Highly recommend this place. I come to Red Deer a lot for work so I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in the city. This one has surpassed my expectations and is the best I’ve stayed in so far.

I stayed at the holiday inn red dear north cause of work. I enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and new. The breakfast was good warm and fresh. The satff was helpful and friendly. The gym was a good size for a hotel gym. And the snacks they where selling downstairs was actually for a decent prices. Definitely a hotel thats worth staying at when in town.

This hotel is definitely on “best of” list for me. It was refreshing to see that service and polite people are still around and they do exist. The foyer was clean, the room was stellar. King size bed was so comfortable complete with king size pillows. Even though it was — 30 C with a wind chill well into — 40 C everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place.

It was close to the highway less than a minute's drive. My room was noticably VERY clean, it left me wondering if the last guest trashed the room and they had to refurbish it. The service lapsed upon check-in: my room wasn't properly marked as occupied and so the thermostat kept resetting itself to 22 degrees at 2 am. They fixed that for my second night though. There's a handy mini market for snacks, nail clippers, toiletries as well as a pool and a fitness center.

I was traveling to see some family and this hotel was by far the best I have ever stayed! The best memory for me was the reception and service from Ines Toledo (I hope I spelled her name right) and she made it the most pleasurable experience of my life. Her glowing smile and genuine desire to make my stay memorable was something I'll never forget and this will be the hotel I come back to every time. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when in Red Deer!

I love this place. But if I were to have one gripe. That would be that there is no filtered water for the public to fill water bottles with.

This hotel is brand new! Everything looks really nice. And the service is top notch. The Wi-Fi is super fast 50 Mbps up and down. Also the free breakfast is awesome. Highly reccomend!

Awesome place! We had originally booked a suite but they called in advance to let me know that there was a system error and the suite was not available. They offered me two rooms and only charged for one. Both rooms were in excellent condition with ample electric outlets — I usually carry an extension outlet for cell phones and tablets but I didn't need to use it at this place. Breakfast was great, customer service was great AND even the pool was just right for family with young kids. Definitely recommend this place for sure!

We stayed at your hotel for three nights last weekend. We loved everything about it. The double blinds that shut out all light for sleeping, the super comfortable beds, and the breakfast was over the top! Will definitely come again.

I never give 5 stars. To me that means way above and beyond the expected. This is, by far, the best, nicest HIX that I've started at. It is brand new and extremely well appointed with a long that could almost be called beautiful. The only complaint I had was the water pressure in the shower, it took 15 minutes to take a 5 minute shower. I would definitely stay here if back in Red Deer.

Nice, new Holiday Inn Express on the north side of Red Deer. The staff are friendly and they offer a free breakfast which includes eggs, sausage and coffee. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice, new hotel. Easy to get to and very modern. Went to the room lock wouldn't work, went back to the front desk, had the keys remade went back up and still wouldn't work. Asked the housekeeper that was on the floor if I was doing something wrong or perhaps someone was in the room. She said no it should be vacant, tried to open the door, knocked on the door and a guest opens the door. Once we got our correct room we had some issues with the internet, but it was fixed by time we got back. Breakfast was really good, and the beds were comfortable! Overall if those issues wouldn't have happened then it would have been a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our time here. The hotel is very new and in great condition. Would definitely recommend for business trips. They had a light in each room that hand a foreign plug adapter built in. This was by far my favourite feature! My European plugs and I thank you!

Holiday Inn was a really nice place to stay overnight. The design was very modern and the beds were very comfortable. Pillows weren't to hard or to soft and the air conditioning worked well. Highly recommended!

Great location! Everything is modern and new, rooms are very nicely setup. The beds are excellent, very comfortable. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We travel a great deal for sports and dance and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I want to give this hotel 5 Stars, we were greeted with amazing service, our room was beautiful & clean. However there was several large sports groups also staying on our floor and apparently it's acceptable to gather in the hallways, talking loudly, running up and down the hall until all hours of the night. We were repeatedly told 'quiet hour' was at 11 pm so we patiently waited until then but the noise didn't cease at 11pm. We also politely asked the people gathered in our hall if they could take the party else where but their response was 'we aren't being that loud. '
The front desk apologized and agreed that it was unacceptable but said there was nothing they could do.
