We stayed in the executive king suite which was $278 a night. The bathroom was very small and the room was nice and the Jacuzzi was awesome but overall I would say the price didn't match the room, under $200 would make more sense. Upon check-in we realized that valet was not added as we requested. The lady that was handling our check-in wasn't very friendly and I think its because I asked her to speak up as there was a lot of noise with the other people checking in and I couldn't hear her. After I said I couldn't hear her she was very short with us. There really isn't much for TV channels and to rent a movie you're looking at around $18 so I suggest bringing a laptop and an HDMI cable with your own programming. The phone in our room did not work so we had to call for room service from a cell phone. The nachos we got from room service weren't the best, the cheese wasn't even melted, I am sure they have other things on the menu that are better though. I have to say the L2 grill they have was fantastic! we went there for dinner and breakfast and the food and service was outstanding. Also make sure you do a good check on your room before you leave because we left a phone cable in our room and I called two hours after we left and house-keeping said they would call back but did not and so I followed up the next day and they said nothing was found… very sketchy. Overall I would say their prices are too high at least for the room we got and I don't feel like the staff was very honest about the item we left so that has left a bad taste in my mouth, however they do have good deals if you get their add-on packages so I would stay here again but not very often.

Nightly rates from $160
