Home away from home. And the staff are amazing… Across from the Uof A for appts and restaurants and stores all within walki g distance.

The rooms are clean. They are a nice size. The people at the front desk are very friendly.

Was in Edmonton for a medical procedure and this Hotel was right across the street! Beautiful large suite and very clean! Will definitely stay again!

Visiting from Newfoundland for a medical appt and the service was totally amazing… the rooms very clean and spacious… will definitely be back again.

I’m so disappointed with the customer service. My parents are out of town and had a medical emergency at the hospital. I wanted to pay for their stay after a long and stressful day for them. I was misinformed on payment policy and was told after that I wouldn’t be able to. I understand the need for policies but there was nothing done to provide help or assistance. Very poor customer service.

This well-priced suite hotel is conveniently located for activities at the hospital or U of A. The kitchenette is nice to have, even though there are great eateries nearby.

Rooms are always immaculate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the kitchenettes in each suite. Also love that they have OPTIK TV so we have a much larger selection of shows to watch.

I've been an event promoter for the Alberta Bodybuilding Association for 18 years. With this year's event at the Horowitz we opted to work with Campus Tower as our host hotel. I only have amazing things to say about how friendly, helpful and accommodating everyone at the hotel was, and heard many compliments from the participants in my event. I will use them further whenever I can in the future. (ps. The rooms are nice, clean and comfy too! )

A bit dated but comfortable, spacious, and functional. Friendly staff. Good choice for U of Alberta campus.

Great place to stay if you have tests or business at the University Hospital of Alberta. Nice suites for families to stay in with their own kitchens.

It was very nice. Loved that there was a sofa to relax on while hubby snored away in bed, lol. Also really liked the kitchenette. We will be staying in Edmonton quite often over the next few months so we will definitely be back :) Only downside is that our half ton truck doesn't fit in the parkade, but winter is gone (finally! ) So that's not a problem :)

Parking lot is not secure. Be careful.

Great proximity to Stollery Children's Hospital. Clean, large rooms with attentive staff and close-by amenities. One elevator was under modernization, so five stars wasn't appropriate at this time.

The room was clean and large with plenty of space. I would recommend this suite hotel to anyone needing a place to stay near the University Hospital.

Didn't stay at a room. Just visited a friend there, and the front desk ladies were outstanding. And the place was nice and tidy. Looked great.

Incredible water pressure. We loved the little kitchenette. The little coffee maker has an insulated carafe and is supplied with Starbucks coffee. Also, there is a bottle opener/corkscrew. The fitness area has a selection of dumbbells up to 45#, a cable station with a bench and an assortment of treadmills ellipticals and bikes. The suite makes staying with kids a breeze. The hotel is also close to a bunch of cool restaurants and is an easy 15 minute drive to West Edmonton mall.

The staff were friendly; the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; and it was very well located for our trip.

We always here whenever we are here in Edmonton. Staffs are really nice and friendly, they will make you feel at home even if you're away from home. Location is very accessible. Close to bus stops, restos, groceries and shopping district.

This place is awesome, been here countless times in medical travel & always have been treated the best. Especially my wife, was treated like family since I have had to stay in the hospital many times, since my cancer (3 times surviver) treatments & radiation therapies; since 2009.

It's a wonderful place to stay. Clean. Friendly and nice staff. Close to UA Hospital which is why we were there. Both the bed and the couch hide-a-bed were very comfortable.

Stayed overnight while attending a function at the University. Rooms were fantastic. The fan at night was really necessary.

The room has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great, besides that, there is a fair gym at the first floor. They not serve breakfast.

We stayed when our newborn baby was in PICU at the University Hospital and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even let us borrow a wheelchair indefinitely so my wife could get to and from the hospital easier.

Truly felt at home, the staff are wonderful and responsive… great location, well maintained and comfortable rooms… would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Edmonton to go to this hotel.

Rooms were very spacious and everything was super clean. Front desk staff was very nice. Came with a living room, kitchenette, and separate bedroom. Close to UofA campus and other local amenities. No complaints overall.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was spacious and a great place to come back to after a long day if work. I loved it!

Normally this hotel is very good (stayed 3 other times) but the room I got this time had a shower that didn't work. I didn't have time to wait for maintenance to fix it as I was checking out early. It was disappointing they did not offer a discount of any sort for the shower not working. Room 608.

Good location, large rooms and equipped with kitchenette quite well provided (but insufficient for Italian cuisine). Bus stop in front of the hotel exit.

The location is within uofab and near the hospital. Easy access at any bus stops and train station too. Lots of restos and cafes within the area. The services are great in general.

Shower was terrible, but everything else is above average! Really nice surprise when visiting the U of A!

Just travelled with my son to Edmonton for a sports competition he was attending at the U of A. We stayed at the Campus Tower Suite Hotel and had a great experience there. The rooms were clean, and even the pullout couch bed was comfortable! The location was perfect, and we were a short walk from the event, and surrounded by many food/restaurant options. Having the kitchenette helped with breakfasts too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel is very clean and nice, however elevators are slow and room cleaning happens very late in the afternoon (the higher floor you're on, the longer it will take). Other than than its very nice. I would recommend for anybody.

Location is prime if you are going to the university area. Very easy to find and hard to miss. Location: 10/10 Weighted 20% to overall. The rooms are clean, the decor is decent, the television is nice, and can have great views. Not amazing though. Rooms: 8/10 Weighted 40% to overall. The overall hotel service is top notch; the housekeeping and front desk staff are very polite and friendly. Again, nothing blew us away about the service; hence the.

It was good, hotel was quiet. My only complaint is if you want to go out at night or come back after 11 you have to wait for the front desk person to walk over and unlock it the front door. Not a great setup if you smoke, you feel bad making the front desk person get up all the time! Easy fix though, give the clerk a magnetic door or put a key card on the door. Also there are NO king size beds. I ended up sleeping on the pull out bed and the wife got the bed. For the price I paid it didn't make me happy. For those 2 reasons I would not return but if those things don't bother you it was a fantastic hotel.

THE BEST hotel I've ever stayed at! Immaculately clean, staff feel like family and treat you as such, and are very knowledgable and helpful with whatever you need. Their motto of "live like home" is true. It really feels like you are at home. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here if you are in Edmonton. I've stayed here numerous times and it is always the same, the best place ever!

Our family stayed there while new baby had heart surgery at the Stollery. The facility was very comfortable and well equipped. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel in a great part of time. Proximity to the river valley, Old Strathcona and the University make this a great place to stay. The rooms are updated and clean.
