I have stayed at this hotel on more than 10 occasions but was more than impressed this time with their services. Within an hour of my check in, the front desk clerk phoned me as a courtesy to ask how I have been enjoying my stay. I let her know that I just had a shower and the bathtub drain clogged. She was full of apologies and she sent their handy man to come fix it immediately. I was about heading out so it worked for me. Came back and found that it was fixed.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and during the first night, our room was very hot because there was something wrong with the AC. They easily let us switch rooms within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. The beds are comfortable and clean, as are the rooms. I would recommend!

The hotel staff is very friendly, however this hotel is very outdated and run down. Positives: -Mostly clean, although bathroom area could be been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. -Hotel staff was friendly and helpful -good location with walking distance to nearly everywhere downtown Negatives: -The shower and sink in my room did not drain. However it was fixed promptly when mentioned at front desk. -nearly every surface of furniture was either scratched, torn or ripped. There was rust on many surfaces and light switches were broken. -Hotel is extremely outdated and in dire need of updates. -sketchy individuals were constantly hanging around outside the front of the hotel and sometimes in the lobby Overall, fair hotel for the price, however I would choose another place to stay next time.

Room was clean, beds comfy. The front desk clerk working when we checked in was beyond friendly & helpful, as well as the one working Saturday. The women working the Sunday at the front desk was extremely rude and would not allow us 30 minutes past “check out” to gather our stuff properly and check out.

The rooms may not be the fanciest, but the customer service is always outstanding. We love spending time at the Dockside Pub that is attached to the hotel. It's a great hotel to be at when staying in Edmonton for work.

It was sooooo hot in our room! Could not sleep at all because of it. Also… a lot of problems with key cards not working as they should in the elevators or the room. The staff was nice and friendly though and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pictures online of the jacuzzi in our room was different then what was actually in the room. The one online was a lot nicer. Lady at the front desk was not accomodating to fix the situation. They need to have appropriate pictures for the rooms.

This place was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at!. When we first got into our room it was gloomy at best with almost no lighting. It looked like there was a knife fight in the room before we got there as the lamp shades where a disaster. The back splash of the bathroom sink had toothpaste still on it and there was hair in the bathtub. The breakfast doesnt start until 7. Probably to suite the prostitutes that are all over this hotel. Not kid friendly. The only positive wad the staff who were friendly and seemed hapoy, I am not sure why though as there was nothing else positive about this stay.

Didn't mind this place at all, near downtown and walking distance to Rogers Place for an Oilers game. Staff were friendly, room was clean — when the front desk realized I was travelling with my 18 month old daughter they graciously upgraded my room to a family room which was larger at no extra cost. Breakfast was phenomenal for being included. All the regular cereal, breaded goods and milk, but also hard boiled eggs, waffle maker and hot coffee or tea. And I think the parking lot is guarded so an extra bit of security there…

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast (eggs were a bit funny). Walking distance to the Shaw centre. One block from Cha Time (Jasper Ave). Pool is small and shallow but overall, a great hotel for the price / location.

Love love them the manager is very kind and eager to hear your complaints if any And he does what he can to fix it. Perfect gentleman. And just as eager to hear any compliments. I would stay just for the hospitality oh the manager other staff needs allot of work. And I wish my room had a city view maybe next time.

The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. While the rooms were smaller than other comparable places, it was clean and comfortable. This hotel also has a small, but cozy swimming pool. There is a legit chinese restaurant in the lobby. The location is walking distance to Jasper Ave, so there are many restaurants and amenities nearby. Our sheets in the room, while clean, just seemed a little old. Overall a great stay that included a great continental warm breakfast.

Quality as expected. Nice clean rooms. Cute pool. Elevators are ancient, good luck getting anywhere if the elevators are busy. Continental breakfast was impressive!

I had dinner at the dockside pub/restaurant. Service was lovely. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kitchen was a little slow but well worth the wait. Portions were huge. Ordered the nachos and poutine and both we delicious.

It’s called comfort inn, but you don’t even get to set your own room temperature. I’ve been to Thriftlodge for $59/night and was able to get queen sized beds and a thermostat in my room. The websites advertises parking but that’s extra money. My room is by the swimming pool which sounds cool until you open the window and there’s no sunlight, it’s just the swimming pool area. And the “pool” is big enough to fit in an underpriveleged neighbourhoods backyard and is only fit for toddlers or people who want to soak their feet. The “gym” is a treadmill, and now flex with no weight and is about the size of harry potters closet. Honestly I wouldn’t have written a review if I was comfortable enough with the temperature in my room. It’s hotter than the Middle East. Menopause was colder than this room. Not going to lie. Apart from that, good location and based on cost, a big rip off. But you get a place like this for the convenience.

Front desk staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. I requested a late check out and the manager was very accommodating. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Location is great and our room was clean and comfortable.

Dump. Small rooms. Smaller bathrooms no control of thermostat. Decent location. Great bar next door. Driscolls Pub or this would be a zero.

The colloirs have a sense of being in lhopital but the rooms are very spacious with a microwave and a fridge.

I can't speak highly enough for the lovely people that work in this place. The room is very nice might of needed a fresh paint job. But I felt comfortable safe and cozy. The heat was off but they brought me a heater for My room. Nice quite room. Beautiful breakfast provided all in all they deserve 5 stars and I'm surprised the rating isn't 5 they are very nice people. I forgot a gift when I left and the front desk called housekeeping and they found it and the front desk wrapped it up safely and I had a courier pick it up and now I have it! I'm very happy. However I wouldn't recommend the Chinese restaurant in the lobby the food made me sick and the service was awful horrible and totally opposite of the hotel staff. The hotel staff were amazing!

Rooms are a good bang for the buck. Close to any venue at Rogers place arena. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel that has amazing food very authentic.

The front desk was very accommodating to us, we needed to check in before their scheduled check in and they made that possible (at no extra charge). The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. It is located near a LRT station, so you can park your vehicle in their parking lot and go anywhere :) Do not choose this place for their pool, it is very small and would not entertain children for very long. The attached bar and grill was a plus for us.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Room was clean and got in quickly. It also include breakfast and they have from bread, to cereal to waffles. So it is good to have breakfast there.

Less than completely accommodating front desk. Comfortable beds and rooms. Solid water pressure with nice quick temperature changes. Plenty of facilities available, including pool, gym, laundry. Lots of access to restaurants and retail and close to the arena. Room keys repeatedly lost magnetization. Overall pleasant stay.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed till now in my entire travel experience. Seriously, I never expected such fantastic luxuries and comforts at so cheap rates. Well, I don’t know but maybe I was lucky to have found this hotel and I enjoyed every moment of my stay at this beautiful place.

Good prices. Comfy bed. Breakfaat was strange with the styrofoam plates, cups and plastic cutlery.

I had a wonderful experience staying here with my family for 3 days. Their services are excellent and moreover, the rooms are fantastic in terms of appearance, settings as well as the beds and sofas are awesome. I would recommend anybody to spend their night at this great hotel of comfort and luxury at affordable rates.

Comfort Inn Suites is the reliable and luxury Accommodation that I have come across in the entire Edmonton. I will always suggest people to choose Comfort Inn Suites for the better service.

Rooms were clean, well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds with lots of pillows, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. There was even a mini-fridge and microwave in addition to the other usuals (TV, desk). Lots of places to charge electronic devices! Views from the windows are bland, but they make for bright rims on the day. Only complaint is the rubbery quality of the cooked portions of the breakfast. Location is great for anyone without a car: close to the downtown bus lines and the LRT train system (with easy transit connection to the university or the airport).

Some good, some bad rooms. Late breakfast, doesn't start till seven.

Room was excellent, but the shower made a funny noise. Customer service was easy and helpful. The complementary breakfast was good, but the eggs could have been better.

Staff are fantastic, accommodating and very professional. Rooms are clean and well-priced. Convenient location for extended stays.

The staff and management are always friendly and take care of me when I'm in town. The attached are the dark side is one of the best karaoke venues in Edmonton. The rates are great and the rooms are clean.

Good location, chinesee restaurant and bar. Parking and breakfast. Large clean quite rooms. Exercise room and pool. Vending machines, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Nice working people. So I liked it and it is cool… bg.
