Great place for private events. Lots of parking, close to C-train. Customer service is amazing and food taste delicious 😋

Had a great stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Ladies serving breakfast were great! They were super busy and accommodated us very well 😀

Rooms were not cleaned. There were toenails left in the bathroom and when we told the front desk they told us it would get cleaned. We arrived back into the room and the staff did not clean the toe nails up. The door wasn't closed properly. Lucky nothing was stolen. Heres the worst part so in my brothers room he found a yogurt drink and a soother between the beds. If sheets and bedding were changed these items would've fell to the floor and not been still stuck in the bed. I can't say i'll be back. Do better and take pride in your job. This is absolutely disgusting.

Awesome stay friendly staff great food amazing spa and pool. I recommend it, the most important part they let us bring our pups.

Turkey dinner on Christmas was just delicious. It completely made up for the different circumstances.
I would recommend the food at the Coast anytime.

Noisy Hallways during evening hours, gap under door large enough that hallway noise not blocked, kids running through the halls after midnight Room adjacent had smaller smaller children yet during COVID a room between could have been an option. Bed comfy but head of bed slanted down, uncomfortable over night
Restaurant was limited menu, no kids options, no middle of road options for food.

The carpets are old and dusty, the smell is bad in the room bath and toilet are not well washed all in divorces, in the hotel itself in the hallways also stinks all that is said in the corridor is very loud there were four of us, and towels were put on two, terrible internet impossible to open anything.

Gorgeous hotel… super conference area… friendly knowledgeable staff… can not say enough … plus the buffet breakfast at the lounge is fabulous. 10 here… love it.

Clean, friendly, nice atmosphere and great shower pressure and that's the best for me with very very long hair lol. Also, I get to watch my FoxNews and that rocks! Cheers.

Nice and clean. Food in cafe was a bit uppity. Would like a bit more down home food. Will say I had the flu well there for 3 days and the server was nice enough to make me toast on lovely homemade bread and bring it too me 3 days without charging me. Talked to many people and they do have smoking areas outside which is thoughtful for smokers but would be nice to have a plexiglass enclosure like at bus stops for those cold cold winter days and night with the wind blowing. Specially when you have so many conventions. Also… would be nice to have a bus that goes back and forth to the mall and restaurant strip where the Olive Garden etc are.

My husband stayed in this hotel a few days ago. They opened the safe deposit box inside the room and robbed a lot of money. The manager said the he saw the cameras and nobody came in the room and many other lies. But when the police came, they saw the video and arrested the thief who works in the hotel and knows how to open the safe deposit boxes. For your safety I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel.

Had an issue with the lock on our room door. Our card keys for the door would not work and basically every time we wanted into our room or left the room for a while. The staff would need to come let us into our room because only their master keys would work in the lock. However they offered to pay for the stay, breakfast and ended up taking a future free night! They werw very apologetic for the situation they handled it well and offered to move us to a different room after the 3rd time. Very impressed with the staff. It's very nice it's older but not grungy. Was here for a conference food was average but not bad. Beds were comfy I liked the hot tub pool was not busy stayed the night of Nov. 7-8 2016

We had our conference here, overall the experience was good. Our TV wasn't working when we arrived but they fixed it quickly. The HVAC in the pool area was very loud and squeaky but they were there quickly after I called. It was a problem with air pressure and when a door was opened it stopped. The food for the conference was very good and had variety. The rooms are dated but comfortable. It was a good price and I found staff pleasant.

Will never stay here again. Accidentally spilled half a cup of coffee in the room. Used a towel to clean it up and not let it soak into the carpet and was told that it ruined the towel; that they would not be able to get it cleaned and was charged $25 for a bath towel. Plus $20 for a hand towel. Used face cloths to wash our faces, which yes we were removing make up and were told those were also ruined, which they charged $10 each for 2 face cloths. So cost $65 for towels and face cloths! I'm sure these could have been bleached and the stains would have come out; hence the reason that most hotels use white towels and face cloths. There were 3 of us staying in the room; all young adults and because we had no credit card we had to put a deposit on the room. The staff was very rude and when said we were not paying that amount for the towels they were not going to give back any of the $300 deposit that they already had in hand. We should have taken the towels and face cloths with us (they were offered to us), but at the time we were so shocked and outraged that we did not take them. Lobby was very nice and then you get up to the hallways and the rooms and they are older and in need of some upgrading. Wi-Fi was spotty and the pool had no clean towels and was very loud, which if we had taken towels from the room to go down there probably would have gotten in trouble for that as well. Most of the staff we encountered was great, however there was 1 lady that was VERY RUDE!
