I wasn't impress that the Continental breakfast is closed at 9am where most Hotels are open till 10:30 to 11am.

Five star staff and most friendly front desk experience ever — and I travel more than 200 days per year. Great family or business place to stay or to hold a meeting.

Not a single bad thing I can say about our stay so far! Beds are extremely comfortable, wonderful pillows, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was great, room was very clean, they even had a free customer appreciation dinner last night! All that and a great price. My first time staying at a comfort inn and it will now be my preferred hotel to stay in.

Stayed here 2 weeks after it was opened. Nothing has changed the customer service is amazing the rooms were clean bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay the first time enjoyed it the second time. Highly recommend this place to stay amazing.

3/4 of fitness equipment is broken l. Hot breakfast is very poor eggs were rubbery bacon is paper thin.

Loved it here when I stayed here, they have new wall mounted flat panels, with Telus Optics TV. The whirlpool is also relaxing its like a big hot tub.

Stayed 2 nights. The staff in the hotel were amazing! Extremely accomodating to our request. Clean rooms, smart big ass tv, so comfy bed, free Wi-Fi with a microwave and fridge. I have a cute living room. I really enjoyed my stay in here. A nice location within walking distance to restaurant and fastfood chain. I would love to come back and stay here!

Been here most of the time I visit Bonnyville — — not just for a place to stay, but a good place for small-medium size functions too. It never ceases to please me. Nice, clean, good size rooms, hot tub and gym, neat breakfast area and awesome staffs! Treats you with respect and they are very kind :) Will definitely come back again!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, 4 days! Definitely giving two BIG THUMBS UP! Customer service is EXCELLENT! Awesome front desk and breakfast staff! We'll surely come back here!

… this happened last March 19, 2017 (my birthday at the breakfast room) I dont know if their night shift front desk lady was trained to be nice and respectful to your guests. Letting your guest feel the need to leave the venue and even giving your guest the cleaning materials (bucket, mop, sweeper and spray bottle) "while their guests" was having fun was totally unacceptable manner. Im not going to recommend this venue to my friends. My family went home disappointed and probably not coming back.

The hotel is clean and new and that is the only thing I can say good about it. I was treated like a criminal since I walked in the door to check in. 15 minute check in "because they need to verify my information" what needs verifying? I had a valid drivers license, credit card and I booked online. Their breakfast Nazi's made every morning a chore. I don't know if people come in and steal the food so they have to monitor their guests intake of food. I was often bombarded by 2-3 people before I even got a piece of toast. Business center computers were on lockdown, printer didn't work, they had to come and enter the password. WTF, obviously they don't trust one person that walks in their door. I think they should visit a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn and see how guest should really be treated. This is my second experience with a Comfort Inn and I know for sure I am done. Give me Hilton because they treat their customers like they should be treated! There are many other choices in Bonneyville and I would make sure this was not a choice for me or anyone I know. I travel professionally and this is in my top 5 worst experiences on the road.

I would like to say and an out of town worker I spend a lot of time in hotels. The comfort inn in bonnieville was an excellent place to stay. Staff members such as Margarete and Juliette make the hotel feel more like home. Then a hotel, which is really appreciated, anytime I visit this location I will be sure to stay here.

Best place to stay in Bonnyville, been coming here since it opened. Excellent staff and always clean! Highly recommended.

I lived at this hotel for 5 months. It is always clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and very polite. In living there that long there where a couple of minor issues that came up that where dealt with very quickly by staff. With my line of work I live in hotels 11 months of the year. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Bonnyville, decent room, cheap.

Very nice clean rooms, a very limited meal offered with no allergic alternative. The doors are useless at keeping sound in or out. I am in my room right now as I write this and can hear people walking on the carpet hallway, never mind when they talk or are drunk loud. I can hear the elevator door chime from 20 feet down the hall in my bed. That being said, great staff who go out of there way to help you with amazing service, would rate service here a 5 and very clean.

Great Service and the Best Internet I've ever experienced in a hotel. Also the Breakfast was pretty awesome.
