Amazing hotel. Have stayed in the Comfort Inn in town quite a bit and regret not finding this place sooner. Very good amenities, gym equipment is high end. Games rooms and sports/racing simulators are great to play while staying here. Customer service couldn’t be better.

Best hotel and staff ever. They were my home away from home for 7 months and made me feel very welcome.

Very friendly staff. Trevor and Jim were great. Hot breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located next to a Tim Horton's for all of you coffee addicts. Didn't get to try out the simulator games room. Bonnyville is beautiful in summer. So many lakes.

I checked into this hotel on Thursday, July 19th and I was only suppose to stay for 2 nights. I have friends who live in town and could have stayed with them, but thought I would try this property out. I ended up staying for an additional 2 nights (4 in total). The staff were amazing from check in, during my stay and upon check out. I can honestly say that I have not had such exceptional customer service in a really long time. The staff at this hotel are doing it right and should be an example for other hotel chains out there and anyone in the customer service industry for that matter. I will stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it to anyone going to Bonnyville, Alberta. Thank you to all of the staff at the Best Western Bonnyville Inn & Suites. You are amazing!

If you are in bonnyville Alberta, stay in this hotel. It is simply the best that I have stayed in yet. The price was very good, the services, room quality, staff and breakfast were absolutely first class. You will not be sorry and you will not get a better place to stay.

Clean rooms and excellent service. The breakfast is decent and they switch things up which keeps it interesting. Rooms have TELUS so good channel options. Racing and sport simulators are fun. There is a gym but haven't tried it. Also a rec room with ping long and fooseball. Barbecue outside available if you want to cook your own meal.

Best western bonnyville is the best. Always great service and great people Jim. Is always on top of your service needs.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 5 years and everytime the staff are so nice and welcoming.

Great hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Only complaint is the absolutely ridiculously bright LED flood lights pointed at the ground floor rooms, I think I got a suntan through the night with the blinds closed.

Trevor is the best hotel manager I have every meet and the hotel is perfect for kids as well. No pool but a games room as well as a video games room and interactive room. Highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Loved this hotel for many reasons! Amazing and friendly staff, super accommodating for a hockey team of boys, games rooms were a hit! Our rooms were super clean and the hot breakfast in the morning was just what we needed! And the price… can't beat it! Definitely staying here again!

Excellent service, clean and well set up rooms. Hot tub suite was amazing, lots of space & king bed. Morning breakfast has a lot of variety and good quality. The best :)

Excellent hotel. Service was amazing, everything was great. They also. Had an indoor sports simulator where you can your golf swing, perfect your fastball, your football pass, your soccer skills, your tennis skills, your batting skills. It is amazing. So much better than the gym (Which they also have) but this is fun! Once you've completed your Olympic training workout, you can go over to the drive simulator room. Where you can race cars, all makes, models, tracks. Warning (it sucks you in and you doubt want to leave until you've beat the record. (FYI… that's me ;) )

This particular location is very impressive. The staff are what make the experience amazing. Jim, who works the front desk, always remember us and makes us feel appreciated and welcome. Thanks for a great job, Jim.

This will be our new hotel of choice in Bonnyville, AB we travel to Cold Lake quite often and have stayed in many different hotels in the area. This time we chose the Best Western in Bonnyville and drove back and forth to Cold Lake. The hotel staff were awesome — especially the night clerk :) The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good! My husband really enjoyed the pool table as well as the golf simulator and I very much appreciated the massage chair!

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the great variety at the breakfast buffet. Excellent value for the money. Will stay here again if we are in Bonnyville again.

It is a wonderful hotel that made us feel at home right from check in… the new massaging chair in the exercise room is awesome… and the golf simulator and the race car simulator is amazing… can't wait to go back.

Clean, quiet, open rooms. Outstanding staff and service. Very welcoming, homelike feel. One of very few hotels where it feels like they serve with passion and it's not run just like a business. Great amenities, amazing gym and the and driving simulator room is really cool. When I arrived, the lady at the desk saw my company vehicle and tried to lower my rate because we have a corporate account with them. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Highly recommend.

I work for a local animal welfare organization that was doing work in a community near Bonnyville. We work in communities all over the province thus requiring us to book rooms for over 80 volunteers. This is our second stay at the Best Western in Bonnyville and I can say without a doubt the most accommodating hotel we have ever stayed. Every single staff member welcomes you with a smile and we always feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We look forward to staying at the Best Western Bonnyville! I stayed at this hotel with a large volunteer group this weekend, and was very impressed. The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bonnyville.

We used this hotel to reserve rooms for guests travelling from afar for our wedding. My mother and I dealt with Trevor and boy did he give us amazing service! From replying quickly to emails to letting us know the rooms got discounted! The honeymoon suite was decorated beautifully with flower petals and towel swans. When guests arrived there was a picture of my husband and I in the lobby wishing us well. This hotel and all their staff made our day spectacular! Thank you so much!

You shouldn't describe your hotel as having a hot tub if you don't have one.

Very disappointing, room was clean… but water was barely luke warm for showering in the evening and the morning… pool was closed and there was zero protein or even fruit options for breakfast, which meant I went hungry until I could find a place open to grab brekkie on the road, we will not be staying there again when I return.

5 star customer service, the staffs are very polite and helpful. Beds are super clean and confortable. I always stay here during my business stay, the experience has always been very pleasant.

Extremely clean, front desk staff on arrival, extremely helpful. Room was immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfy. Breakfast was superb. All round a comfortable stay highly recommend.

Comfortable, very clean, quiet and nice size rooms. What really strikes me with that hotel is the dedication of its personnel and especially Cathy, a night auditor. Believe it or not but she took the time to drive me to the Bonnyville airport (CYLB) with her personal vehicle when no cabs where available in town when I checked out in the am! That to me is going above and beyond! Thanks again Cathy.
