The staff were all amazing! Clean, spacious rooms! My kids absolutely loved the pool and it was nice that it was so clean, with comfy chairs to watch them play.

Nice rooms and pool. Very friendly staff. Decent morning breakfast. Internet was fast and rooms were very clean. Price was excellent for the quality of stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was only at the hotel 4 or 5 hours after a late night at work but it was located in a good spot, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

One of the best hotels in town, very clean, accommodating staff, ok breakfast, quiet rooms, pool and hot tub, gym, and many amenities within short walk or even shorter drive. This hotel does not have its own big truck parking BUT there is plenty nearby.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, very clean and comfy rooms, awesome pool/hot tub. The hotel is very well maintained and kept very clean. Located close to multiple restaurant's. The free breakfast bar is decent. We were very pleased with our stay and will stau here again when in the area.

A nice place to just relax. The breakfast in the morning was a bonus. The pool, hot tub and sauna also quite a nice way to spend some time.

Upscale hotel with modern decor. Decent sized pool and hot tub, smaller fitness area but with good equipment. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I mentioned a small issue with my room and they immediately upgraded me to a better room.

Their staffs are very nice, the room is very clean, but I don't like their breakfast.

We recently used the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bonnyville for a staff development meeting. The hotel was clean and well laid out, the staff was very accommodating to our needs. Our group was a little large for the space, but I would use it again with a smaller group.

The continental breakfast was terrible. The shower looks like it was installed in 1990 and my room didn't have a bath robe. I rate this holiday in 4/10 shmekles.

Great place to stay. Affordable luxury. Ballin on a budget. Swimming pool, free breakfast buffet with huge variety. Friendly staff, always feel at home.

Probably the nicest hotel for the price you can stay at in the area. Typical Holiday Inn breakfast, good pool, fitness center lacking, but there is a huge gym across the street. Friendly staff and the rooms are renovated.

Honestly was a great stay. Fantastic rooms good breakfast very affordable and accommodated our large dog. Will absolutely be returning.

The room was nice and clean. The staff that we interacted with was polite and happy. And it was a huge bonus that they let our giant dog stay in the room with us. And, it was priced nicely :)

Check in was quick and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room I was in was clean and quiet. Although there was one drawer in the TV desk that kept randomly and mysteriously opening by itself every time I closed it. Breakfast was the usual fare and the coffee was good. Great place to stay, there is a Tim Hortons within walking distance if that's your thing.

Their staffs are very nice, and the room is clean. The bed is comfort. But I don't like their breakfast which is as the same the other hotel's breakfast. No difference, too much fat.

The rooms are clean. They are definitely affordable. It is a standard holiday inn express, free breakfast, Wi-Fi, things you'd expect. The only downer is there's no good food within walking distance, you need to drive everywhere.

I had a small house fire so picked one of the new hotels in town. What a mistake. First of all I said my wife would be coming with out child and to have her name on there. I was dealing with the insurance stuff and got to my phone and had 6 missed calls from her and the hotel. They would not let her in after I said she will be coming and gave her name. Then when I got back into the room my wife was in tears because our daughter only 4 found a giant wad of hair beside the bed in the corner. It was disgusting and unacceptable. Its a new hotel I don't get how that gets missed unless the people who work there don't care. Then all was ok so we went to sleep. They have a free breakfast and I recommend skipping it. Again we found hair in both my plate and my daughters plate. Not our hair as it was black and we don't have black hair. We immediately went to Tim Hortons to get something else. Now things happen. I hate reviews like this because I always think the people are going too far and over reacting. So I figured I'd ask to speak to the manager and get an apology. After coming back from Tim Hortons I asked. I was told they were gone for the day. I told them my concerns and they did;t even seem to care. No apology, no nothing. I couldn't believe it. I was told twice there is nothing that can be done and I would have to wait till the manager is back. So I canceled the rest of my reservation and am going somewhere else. I'm shocked that something like this would happen.

The hotel was nice, as were the rooms but the hot tub and sauna were both not working properly and the shower/ tub plug in the room was broken and the tub wouldn't drain. Room was beside the air conditioners which weren't covered for the winter and made a lot of noise blowing in the wind. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

They hotel was pretty nice. There were a few things lacking. The hot tub by the pool was not hot at all and the jets didn't work. The bath tub plug was broken in our room but overall the stay was good. The free breakfast was great and the beds were really comfortable.

The rooms are very nice for a middle-class hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Internet is speedy enough (17Mbps with a ping of 60ms), though this may be due to the fact that the hotel is only half full. The location is as convenient as it gets in Bonnyville.

Planning a wedding is always stressful, especially when it comes to making sure your guests are looked after. Blocking off rooms for our wedding guests was done easily and professionally with Tyler and the team at the Bonnyville Holiday Inn Express and we greatly appreciated it.
