Very clean, well maintained rooms and washrooms, great customer service, friendly staff, quiet and beautiful.

This is a great hotel to stay in! Conveniently located just outside Jasper nestled in the trees and hills. Very clean and a very welcoming staff. There is a pool AND hot tub with beautiful scenic views and breakfast every morning with coffee and hot water on tap. Very reasonably priced for everything they include. We have had a fantastic stay and plan to return! — Xera P.

Very nice location as its very close to Jasper. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Room conditions were very good and comfortable beds. Overall, experience staying there was awesome. I personally recommend this hotel to every couples and families to stay.

Ac worked great, rooms were clean. Breakfast was sodium Rich sausage, scrambled eggs were fine. The fresh waffles on the cake side. Juices were fine. The yogurt wasn't labelled expired but was. I'd stay again.

Well, it was a co-incidental stay at the hotel with not so much expectations but ended up having a great time here. I really liked the quite atmosphere which helped me relax from long drives. I also loved inside hotwater pool and recreation sports. I would love to pay another visit on my journey again this side of the province.

Don't stay here. Not like a real super 8. It is more like a run down motel with $50 rooms. My sheets were not changed and there was hair all over the bathroom and in the bed. Pillow cases were dirty and floors not clean. Stinky like cigarettes, a/c — heater was gutted and definitely needed to be replaced. Overall it's run down and over priced. There are many better options in Hinton.

Decent rooms and continental breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy. Amazing front desk help and was a good place. Downside: pool hours start at 10 am, so no using the pool for us since we also arrived after 10 pm in the night. I really wish hotels extended their pool hours because they don't have lifeguards anyways… sooo. Anyways that's my pet peeve for all hotels.

Super 8 Hinton is a great for a motel. The breakfast was great (and free! ) The restaurant next door did not have authentic Chinese food, but it was good. The room was clean, but it smelled weird. The people at the front desk were courteous. A fridge would have been nice though. Overall pretty good!

We stopped here on our way to Jasper. There is plenty of parking, hotel is at the end of the road so easy to find off main highway. Reception was very helpful and friendly, we had a ground floor room, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom very good, clean, excellent shower, large bath, plenty hot water. Room very quiet. Hotel filled up quickly later on so guess it's popular. The manager is great, very helpful. Breakfast free and plenty of choice. We will definitely stay here when we are back in the area.

After discovering our booked hotel was totally inadequate in many ways, we stopped at this first hotel in Hinton. It was a welcome relief in cleanliness, accessibility, hot tub, well-functioning Wi-Fi, a short distance to food and shopping, and very good & trained staff. Just enjoyed the stay and hotel environment & services.

Very friendly staff and a nice quiet atmosphere. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The free breakfast was decent and the hot tub and pool area were very quiet. My husband and I were the only people in the pool and hot tub. The only thing that was missing was a sauna! When we arrived they were cleaning the pool, there was not an excess of chemicals in the water, which is very nice if you have sensitive skin. Although it is a chlorine pool, heads up for those with chlorine allergies.

It was a great stay. Food, facilities, room were at the level I would expect. The attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. A great vibe to the hotel.

Excellent facilities, classy, elagent, well maintained and with a wonderful staff. Great service and great price. Definitely worth what we paid. Breakfast was fantastic! Rooms are great beyond a doubt. Many other facilities such as laundry, pool and others present.

Rooms are clean and quiet, pool is clean and hot tub was actually hot. But the breakfast wasn't very good. Sausage patties and scrambled eggs were stone cold. Thin sliced bread and slow toasters made toast unappealing.

Stayed here for the weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options. The rooms were a bit chilly with very loud heaters so we asked for an extra blanket. Other than that, it was a decent cost for a decent stay.

Had to be transferred rooms due to fact bathroom wasnt working properly also hot tub & pool area was closed front desk could have mentioned this during booking of room.

It was a decent place with good facilities and an amazing continental breakfast. We had a very plesant stay but due to location and on site facilities, would start to get boring after about 3 days or so.

Quiet and didnt smell but the bathroom was dirty and the door cards didnt work. Staff was helpful and acommodating.

No one ever seems to be at the front desk to check in, but pretty decent value compared to other prices in this area. Free breakfast was pretty good.

Like the services. Stay there when we travel. Never thought to check the room. No soap. Mentioned on our check out. They graciously offered to get us some then? Well stay here in the future. Honest mistake I'm sure.

Super8 Hinton is a great hotel! Their service is great and so are the services they provide. They have a great mini pool and hot tub. The location is close to several fast food and fine dining restaurants making the stay at their hotel a breeze. If possible, would come and stay here again!

Last minute booking for the May Long weekend. We were surprised to get anything (even if it was a smoking room) and we're satisfied with our stay. The man who checked us in and out was very pleasant and helpful. We would stay again but definitely in a non-smoking room.

The price, location, or quality of the rooms at this Super 8 are nothing spectacular. The free breakfast is lacking in some ways as well. It isn't too often you get a Super 8 with a pool and hot tub though, and that is what makes it worth it to stay at this one.

I booked a room for one of my drivers 2 days in advance. When he arrived last night he was given trouble while trying to check in to his room. The hotel at 230am was giving him a hard time and decided to wake me up. 800 km away there is not much I can do. I gave my credit card information when I booked the room. I would agree with previous comments about hotel staff. Get the guy in the room, you had a card number. Figure it out in morning… They made my driver pay cash. He was between a room with drug addicts and a room with a barking dog. There was blood on the wall in bathroom. I'm not kidding. Someone condemn this place.

Hotel is on the Eastern side of Hunt on. Blankets weren! 't the best. Pool was small. Apart from that, everything was pretty easy and fast.

After hunting through about 8 hotels stayed at the super 8. Clean rooms and amazing front desk service from Chris. Best value for what you can spend. Highly recommended.

It was by far the cheapest hotel in hinton and we learned why. Stayed 2 nights and the first morning half the hotels toilets backed up, nice mess all over floor and when we came back that afternoon they didnt clean up the soaked towels from the spill in the bathroom. The hottub was getting worked on and the pool was ice cold, kind of a let down. Continental breakfast was a joke, they had toast, muffins, stale cereal and hard boiled eggs in a crock pot. Not impressed for a hotel that was 120 a night.

Staying in super 8 is always treat to yourself but it would be awesome if they Opel the pool early.

Stayed at Hinton super 8. It's no fancy 5 Star but it is more than adequate. Pool is open till 10 and location is very close to Jasper. Excellent overnight stay before you hit Ali the Jasper hit spots.

I stayed here for a month in January 2016 for work and would return for another stay. It is a cheap 3 star hotel that gets most of their guests from sports competitions/tournaments on weekends and travelling labourers during the week. Good value. For what it is the staff do a great job at running this hotel. It is not the Ritz, nor should you expect it to be. The hotel is rarely busy (a few nights I was almost the only guest). Very quiet. The hotel ammenities include Wi-Fi (very strong, password protected but very fast), a pool and hot tub (I never went, couldn't tell you much about it), and a very limited continental breakfast (I didn't touch it but it had some pretty extensive hours). I believe they allow pets. The hotel is not the cleanest; the floors are fairly dirty and my shower curtain reeked of sweat/mildew but most importantly to me there were no bed bugs. I get the impression that the hotel is rarely given a good cleaning. The beds aren't particularly comfortable but are not bad. Room size is reasonable and the tv/cable are very good. Service was excellent; everyone is very kind and accommodating.

The room was average with no big problems with cleanliness however the TV was very small. The hotel hot tub was broken which was a huge disappointment.

Staff are super nice, accommodating & very helpful. When we had car issues on a Sunday morning, the hotel staff made sure to help us out as much as they can. Long story short, car had to be towed and me & my family must make our way to Jasper for a rental car. The hotel then went the extra mile and arranged to shuttle us to town — an hour-long drive! Also, rooms are very good for their value. I will want to come back here again when I get another chance.

Arrived in the evening, waited half an hour for someone to appear at the counter. Got one key for the room only to be told that we lost the second one when the key stopped working the next day and attend and don't even want to talk with us. Too bad we have it booked for 2 more day, never had such rude behavior in hotel before.

Got mild chemical burns from over chlorinated hot tub told staff. They said they'd shut the pool down but 20min later there were people in the hot tub again. Cant believe how little they care or how crappy of a hotel it is.

My stay here I found bed bugs. They moved me to different room only to b charged more. Everything I own had to b thrown away. And there was no restitution no appologies nothing. They kicked me out of here cuz of the complaining.
