Friendly & very Helpful staff!

Very clean and comfortable.

The beds are very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The common areas are a bit dated, but we didn't spend much time in them. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice with a big waterslide.

Excellent customer service. We accidentally booked the wrong dates (a month off) and they kindly helped us out!

Rooms were very clean, beds comfy, and staff very friendly and accommodating. Wifi was quick. Pool facilities were excellent (slide is faster than it looks). I would book again.

Amazing hotel. The staff are wonderful and the pool is quite nice. Also the breakfast is good. However, it is quite noisey.

My family had a wonderful time at this hotel. Certain rooms are pet friendly, which was great! I'll definitely be going back. It was affordable as well and the rooms were spotless. The room we had was mint! Room 109.

Great room! Lots of space plus we had the quietest room I have experienced in a long time. Didn’t even need earplugs! Super clean, comfortable and quiet. Definitely be back!

Room was spacious and clean, breakfast and other snacks provided were great. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Overall was the best value hotel I've ever stayed at.

Place was clean but movements through the hallways, no matter how quiet your trying to be, will be loud. Excellent pool here with a fun water slide and a decent hot tub. The kids loved the pool!

It is a typical American style hotel with ample parking ample ample rooms all over. Very helpful We had a problem with a family of Indians who made an incredible mess late at night the staff intervened at our request solving the problem impeccably. Standard Breakfast. About 70km from the main parks. Hinton the town where the hotel is located is well stocked with supermarkets and restaurants and is one of the last cities before the road to Alaska (you will notice the sign…)

Good value for the money. Clean/ nice lobby and room. Good amenities. Very good continental breakfast both mornings. Small mechanical problem with room resolved promptly. Would strongly recommended this hotel!

Very clean, check in was painless, included Wi-Fi, thermostat in room didn't work and the bedding could've been warmer but it was decent.

BCMInns — Hinton was meant to be nothing more than a stopover during our Rocky Mountains road trip (approx. 1hr from Jasper Visitor Centre), however, the facilities/amenities and service were superior than some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed in across Europe and other parts of North America. Positives; — Rooms were spacious and clean with ample natural light; — Fast, free Wi-Fi; — Fitness centre was adequately equipped; and — Free guest laundry room ($1.00 for washing powder from the vending machine) ; — Close to restaurants and petrol stations; — Free refreshments for patrons (cookies, popcorn, hot/cold drinks) ; and — Friendly and attentive staff members; Negatives; — Can get quite busy and crammed at breakfast despite best efforts from staff; and — Walls between rooms are relatively thin so you can occasionally hear your neighbours, which can be distracting for light sleepers. Overall — a recommended place to spend a night or two!

Just stopped there for the night because we were going to Jasper and Banff. It was honestly a great place to go to! A lot cheaper then Jasper and still a rly good quality place to sleep in. Super clean and nice looking rooms. And the breakfast was honestly amazing!

A little disappointed for the price. No CAA or corporate rates available. Rooms were outdated with heavily stained carpets, pool was very dirty and hot tub seemed over-chemicaled. Free breakfast was great. Shampoo/conditioner were good quality and keurig was a nice touch. Someone flipped our 'do not disturb' door marker so we were woken up by housekeeping a bit earlier than expected and we could hear running water all night long.

Good services with good hot breakfast. The room was also very nice, neat and clean. Totally worthy of the price.

I find their customer service is lacking, guess they are too busy to care about the customer that tell others where to stay when working in Hinton. Personally I will not recommend bcmi to any one I know again! I think after dealing with you inept front desk staff you will have a hard time convincing me to ever recommend your establishment! If you care to resolve this you may contact me when I'm not working 14 hr days, other than that I really have nothing more to say to you. But I have lots to tell everyone about your hotel.

Good place to stay but for some reason a very stringent check in start of 4pm. Rooms are generally quiet though we can hear people walking above us. Great breakfast and it ran from 5am to 10am in the summer when we visited which was great as we wanted to get out early. Seems to attract a lot of young families so it's not a rowdy hotel.

Rooms are clean and new, unfortunately has very poor sound-proof and I can hear everything that's going on in the next room. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. Kudos to the young man who prepared coffee for me early everyday once he learned that I'm up and working at 4:00 am as a photographer. The pool is filthy and the water-slide is dangerous as the pool is not deep enough. Breakfast is nice and yummy and varied everyday. Overall recommended except for the pool.

Was worried at first seeing that we would be staying at a motel like building but the room and facilities overall are very clean. Breakfast is good. Free laundry is great. Water slide is fun. Also not too far of Beaver Boardwalk.

Excellent customer service and worth paying $$. Plus you get free fun at Waterslide pool, gym and free hot breakfast.

Couldn't even book, they had a room but apparently they like to tell you how to use it. Example, they had a one king sized bed room, but because I had two kids with me they decided it was not a suitable room and refused to let our family have it. If it really made them feel more comfortable they could have offered a cot bed, but they tell me they don't offer those anymore, that apparently all hotel don't offer that anymore, I know I used one last year, so that is not true. This was also the last available room in all child friendly hotels in all of Hinton so now our family does not get to go on our trip, this was incredibly rude of them, and in very poor taste.

First time here. The rooms are super clean! Staff are friendly. Enjoyed my stay.
