Nice view, good food but crowdy parking lot.

It's beautiful, it's cozy. Cons: Water flows from balcony to room when it rains, food is not always tasty. Otherwise everyone liked it.

Updated — downgraded from 2 to 1 star, because of the car parking problems! Engineered to take money for the perception of providing services at 4* level: 15 stores, but only 15 parking slots for private cars (insufficient, not to mention that the city mayor takes this opportunity to tow the illegal parked cars, giving them back only after paying the modest sum of 600 Euro), only 2 elevators for maximum of 8 people on total (on rush hours had to wait for at least 5-6 minutes to get into the elevator), the restaurant is only for 100-120 people, meal options are scarce (please see the pictures with the options for the breakfast) … Definitely, a NO GO for me and my friends in the future!

Pretty nice for a Bulgarian hotel and pretty good services.

But there was already a little bit of a long time ago in 2012. Absolute disaster. Only 2 elevators for me do 11 floors? We have very often run out of the 8th because you waited 10 minutes for the lift. Those who, moreover, opened the door even though the floor of the cabin was still 40 cm too high or too deep and had to drive to position. The food was really bad. Not real meat but any mashed and shaped pampe. On the last day I got my stomach intestines when I had egg for breakfast.
The rooms were so far clean and the staff friendly.

Great holiday place. A lot of young people and pretty girls. However, for quiet family holidays inform beforehand as it is in the hotel. Otherwise, you have party until the night)

Good food, nice view from the sea view room, close to the sea. Bed smel in the bathroom.

It's really worth its 4 stars in proportion. The staff is not always the friendliest, but the buffet is cheerful well, beds are comfortable and entertainment is provided.

Absolutely ridiculous what is offered here for the price. As well as ants in the room, blood on the sheets and dirt everywhere, the staff is more than just unkind. Absolutely not recommended.

Never again. When we arrived I thought, where are we landed here. Going to a backyard entrance in the Hotel which looked like a Dump. Although we only arrived at 14 o'clock the room was still not Ready. And with a small child (14 months old). Food was Horrible, had several times problems with the gastrointestinal. We were told in the travel Agency that the Hotel is children-friendly but this was not the case. Always had to climb with the stroller feels like 40 flights of stairs.

Average hotel, more suitable for the party tourism.

This hotel was awful. I don't recommend it to anyone. Food was giving diarhhea, rooms were unbelievably small, beds were breaking, balcony was covered in. In everything, everything was dirty. I'd rather say "No" for the second time there.

I was with a girlfriend for 1Woche there and can say the following about the hotel: location rellativ well, it was not necessarily far to the clubs, beach is 5 minutes however ca volume on the rooms is perfectly okay (we were indeed in the 8Stock. ) Acquaintances were the 1Stock, there is a little louder and especially tour groups and very many children are on the lower floors rather! ) — If you're lucky (like us) one has super views, also the sunny side and can see over all the Gold Beach double rooms are beautiful and spacious and we had anything like E. Hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, etc. Still here again but, because others had none of this and it was even the plaster from the walls on the floor, the window was out of order, etc. -Cleanliness and hygiene are there small written i. This hotel is really a very bad joke! Whether it is at dinner, the staff or the cleanliness is. The shop is wrong! The rooms were dirty and not beautiful. There was mold in the refrigerator, behind sofas, fly eggs came to light! The purest nightmare. There is not always fresh towels and a 2nd small towel you had to beg for. The cleaning ladies have never clean cleaned unless you are a small tip. The food is really not suitable for human consumption. Nothing tastes in the hotel. That's really doesn't. The pocket money are there really for the eating out. The elevators need forever up to the 15th floor. Waiting for really a long time until you arrive up or down. The only good thing is the BAR! I recommend Wiskhy Cola ^^ the staff and especially the Manager are unfriendly and have the store not in the handle. Not to recommend this hotel! I would never again to fly. And it has no more than a star.

This hotel is an insult! An insult is dirty room, hair on the bed and the Belgrade! The staff is so unfriendly and enter zero on the guest! We wanted a new bed linen and therefore we had to beg for real! We never got new towels, but a small tip, on the top floor you can make on so far the Cabinet, you can take the towels out * never again Hotel Roya, Golden Sands and able simply horny. Lg.

Rude, dirty hotel = royal bedding was filthy food was every day the same and has not tasted staff very unfriendly first were rooms without air conditioning and totally filthy us offered after a long discussion we then got the larger clean rooms with air conditioning and balcony. In my opinion a very bad Hotel what deserves a 4 star but only 1! Can all only recommend another book!
