Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice resort, room is clean. And good for party places.

So it was all very nice there. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was used to us. But on the other, everything was good.

All super room very clean eat good staff very effort to make your stay as nice as possible.

Very nice Hotel at the gold beach. The food was very tasty and there was always plenty of choice. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped and decorated in a modern style. The beach was only a 2 minute walk (you only had to cross from the Hotel and a road). The price-performance ratio was very good. I would stay here again and can recommend this Hotel only.

+ Modern, new hotel. Soundproofing is excellent, our balcony overlooked the pool, until late at night under the Windows shouting drunken Germans, the room was quiet. Air conditioning silent, made centrally, with the door open on the balcony off. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, a set of dishes impressed. The difference between all inclusive and only Breakfast is 1000 rubles per day, which is not expensive for the Golden Sands. For example, if you have dinner, the four of us, somewhere in local restaurant will cost 100 € (25 € per person with alcohol). Free drinks at the pool bar and at the reception, for the category all inclusive. The pool entertainment staff is offered all sorts of fun games and water gymnastics. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff, despite the fact that a lot of it, not noticeable. Good location, 400 metres from the centre, 100 meters to the water. A good SPA. — Include the pool. The water is turbid, but processing every day with bleach so that there is a smell. Allowed to use it from 8 am to 20 PM, while that in the rules it says to 17 PM. Wi-Fi paid, despite the fact that speed is bad. Parking fee is 10 Lev a day. The rooms available are single and double no different. The only difference in price single room 70 € per night, two people 95 € the night. The difference is 25 €, for nothing.

Perfekte Lage zum Strand, recht saubere Zimmer. Das Essen schmeckt auch und es sind ausreichend viele Stühle vorhanden. Das WLAN ist leider nur gegen Gebühr benutzbar. Es sind sowohl Partygäste als auch Familien in Hotel. Die Lage zum Partyurlaub ist hier optimal, man ist sehr schnell am Strand bzw. Den Clubs.

In and out nice location but there was an odor of mold in the room so we left.

Great hotel, delicious foods.

The hotel seems relatively inviting at first glance, but in this case the appearance is deceptive. The rooms are comparable to ruins, the furniture is in catastrophic condition and the bathroom was constantly flooded. The staff could hardly be undercut in terms of friendliness (with a few exceptions) and the cleaners did not do their job consistently either. The food is comparable to prison dinners, basically not a great choice, every day the same and hardly any taste. On the whole, I can only advise against a visit to the hotel.

Arena Mar is a 2 years old hotel, they build it very fast. Service is smiled and kind even some times too much. Food is all inclusive no much choice of food. Interior is superb. Overall this is a family hotel. Nice place for relax.

Not all gold which shines
For holidays with low standards quite OK. But if you have a few wishes or questions will be said yes but it will be nothing changed or it will help a

In the middle of the action the best way to book a room on the other side is to have the disco directly in the room;-)

Beds well little sleep comfort,
The carpet is also very well taken after such a short time.
The bathroom quite ok, if not the permanent smell of the drain not who! This must be done absolutely.

At the reception no laugh no smile no desire!
In the restaurant the first few days were the waiters super. The last 3 days well you didn't feel welcome!
The plates were cleared even though you were still eating. The other time you had to sit on the terrace, you could even clean or recover. (but only at the last 3 days)
We asked the restaurant manager about whether they were offering bread for allergy because of a sign of allergies. Mmm well without seeing one in face during the conversation it was said we should get in touch with her from the next day. Tall she always ran with her head down away as she looked at us from the wide! So not there you feel verar…
At the bar, people were on Zack.

Location very close to the beach, breakfast plentiful, spacious rooms nice bathroom, but considering that the hotel is recently lacking very good maintenance the self service compared to the price paid, the pool small for the many guests who engage the places at the first lights of the sunrise, but the beach is beautiful. Surrounded by shops stalls, locals, chaotic place for those who want quiet (local to loud music until 5-6 in the morning) but in the morning at 7 the city is really quiet, tidy for days of relaxation on the beach. I found myself really good both in the hotel and in the city.

Great place, friendly staff, exceptional service! Will be happy to come here again.
