Super good note 10, super good food note 10

The noise is terrible the music is very bad and last all day until late night. All the customers in the hotel and hotels around complained about it. Trying to complain to Bulgarian police, they are hand in hand. Big mafia!

Not clean angular not satisfied.

Warning! Staff or cleaner ladies are stoling money from customers. They stolen money from us from our room and no one is able to say anything, staff at reception are absolutely useless they even told me to not to report to police as u need a translator. The manager of the hotel is also a useless women they are handling this situation as a normal thing.

This hotel should not have more than 3 stars. The rooms would definitely need a refurbish. Event if the offer is for " ultra all inclusive" it's impossible to drink tea or wine, they are cheapest type. Wait 'till you'll see the toilet paper, looks like you are 50 years back in time, totally a shame for a so-called 4 star hotel. They serve enough food products, but most of them are served just to enlarge the menu and not really worth trying them. 5 euro/day for parking? Totally not welcoming! They don't own a beach and they are so kind to offer a discount to a beach bar (which does not worth the effort to stay) for sunbeds and so on. It. S not related directly with the hotel offer, but The nearby beach bars have some very high prices for the "beach", even separate prices for umbrella, mattress and sunbed. Food was not good, the hotel itself is old and degradeted. I was disspointed of the hotel itself.

Good organisation of big hotel. Grate animations for kids every day. I'm satisfied except some details as noisly and drunk russians.

Situated 300 m from the beach in Golden Sands, this holiday complex offers a wellness centre, several pools and sports facilities, and a restaurant. A lot of tourists from Germany. They are very noisy. It's not the season yet. You can imagine what will happen in June…

Good all inclusive. Not so variate meals but is ok!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were slight language problems! The people of the animation were always good at it and made a whim. There was something missing in the food. It tasted everything found. Had 2017 a cheaper hotel but with better food. The same statement from the hotel came from with ravishing 2017!

Poor consierge service. No second key for the room. Low variety on food. Bar beverages are decent and bar service is very good!

The room are clean and are more than ok! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel. They aren't stingy with the alcool. So if the barkeepers were a little bit friendly and meal were better, were the this a TOP hotel, but in the circumstance only 3-3, 5 stars. Positif : Very spacy rooms, very clean Négatif : Barkeepers very unfriendly, dont expect a smile or a thanks Perfect place to make party and have fun, not for family cause there isn't much to visit I enjoyed my vacation an spent a god time in Golden sand.

Very satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

AM in a hotel nearby. You can't fall asleep at night because of the Noise. Much too loud music until at night at 11.

Nice hotel for a vacation with all-inclusive or ultra-all-inclusive. Not very far from the beach. It has its own private beach sector with a beach bar. The hotel also has is own outdoor pool with two water slides, a spa, gym, and indoor pool. In the hotel lobby you have free Wi-Fi. For Wi-Fi access in the room you have to pay about 6 leva for one device for 24 hours.

Came a couple years back and this was the best hotel ive stayed in since visting bulgaria. Staff were extra nice when they realised I was english, I used to say please and thank you and they went the extra mile just because of this.

The parking actually don't exist — you will be disappointing. It hard to be 4 stars without this. Shame on them.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and very luxurious.

A good variety of dishes to all inclusive. Gym: fitness equipment plohovat old and loose. Two beautiful swimming pools, one indoor.

Food Summit. Staff very nice, polite, smiling! Beautiful rooms, cleaning every day. Special thanks to animators. And for adult fun and interesting) ) in 5-minute walk from the beach, 3-from all the youth gatherings. Super!

Pros: -plenty of food, any time of the day. Tasty and quite diverse -cosy room, bigger and better decorated than expected. Bathroom was good and the balcony was spacious -very friendly and helpful staff -animation team is superb, plenty of pool and field activities, very involved in their job, they were probably the best part of my stay -hotel is relatively quiet, despite being adjacent to multiple nightclubs. Good location too, there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other venues all over the place -good place for kids. There is a kiddies pool, slides, workshop, animation team, and other fun activities for your children -we booked early September, therefore we got a great price for our stay Cons: -parking space is extremely limited. Our stay was near the end of the season and we had to pay 10 leva a day for parking. Nearest one was 300 metres away. Do not leave your car on the street unattended or it will be lifted in no time! -pool is relatively small and shallow, gets really crowded after breakfast and lunch. Sunbeds are hardly "sun" as the place is encircled by tall trees and thus 50 percent of the area is under a constant shade. Very gloomy place, no good for tanning. This could be a plus for those who don't like the sun. -drinks were of poor quality -hotel looks a bit worn out, probably hasn't been renovated in years. -only two elevators, and they were next to each other so quite useless.

I arrived at the sea and the beach in the sand otsuvstvuet! I "must"! sunbathe on a lounger, which are arranged around the "90%".

I liked the hotel very much. Whole staff was great, very receptive, room was cleaned daily. Animators were also extraordinary, having interesting activities also for adults and children. I was especially impressed by the restaurant where on the first day we were served baked lamb, and daily they had oat bran for breakfast (together with common oat and cereals, pancakes, etc. ) and sweeteners together with common and brown sugar (especially interesting for those on Dukan diet). In rest everything was also super — bars, clean pool. And, finally, a great view from the balcony — sun rising above the sea. I would come back for sure.

Great hotel, large and clean rooms, good restaurant, quiet at night, close to the beach. Better than many Golden Sands all-inclusive solutions…
