Great hotel. Lovely staff who work very hard. Food is lovely. More German in the hotel who were very polite and easy to get on with. Entertainment team were great.

Positive: Very nice hotel, clean rooms, very good restaurant. Diverse food in the restaurant, although they keep the fried meat under the cook's supervision and almost count the pieces you take. Negative things: although it is very clear specified in the rules posted on a totem outside the pool, most guests reserve sunbeds early in the morning. The hotel staff doesn't do anything about it. (see first 4 pictures) Also, the guests, mostly adults, play with the ball in the pool, splashing around the people in the front row of sunshades. Also, airbeds are used in the pool, against the rules (see last 3 pictures attached hereto). Again, the staff is useless and even insolent (even the hotel manager, Mrs. Yara Dimitrova or something like that) when you explain them this. Very disappointed to see that attitude towards customers. The neighbouring hotels were very noisy, due to animation crews and very loud music, since noon until late evening. You had to keep the windows closed in order to be able to get some rest in the afternoon.

This is a little gem in the heart of sunny beach, we didn't really know what to expect of the area and after reading multiple reviews had wondered if we made the right choice. After a few days we realised we couldn't have picked a better venue, it was clean and the service was second to none. Even as probably of the only English to be staying in a predominantly German hotel we were made to feel welcome by all the staff. The location was what you would expect from a beach resort, lots of shops and although some not to the taste of a family holiday it wasn't pushed, no one tried to sell us anything and if we said no to anyone they didn't pursue. A great location, an even better hotel and a fantastic holiday, if you get a chance, make this one to try.
