Dirty, food disgusting. Could be a beautiful place but needs new management! would never return. Was a total waste of money

Great hotel, excellent servise, delicious food and comfortable acomodations.

A bad run down unfriendly hotel for a 5 star hotel I would rate it 2 star. Food disgusting restaurant constantly short of food bowls and cutlery. Sunny Beach is like Magaluf on drugs, we where warned by the police who came into a bar one night to keep a keen eye on our children as they kidnap them. Not a place for the family.

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small rooms, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

It's like a 4 star hotel but worn down to a 3 star but still trying to selling itself as a high rated one. It needs some big renovations. AC Not working in the room, room doors with substandard locks, a sink in the room but with the water disconnected. A bit dirty in general so yea needs some work to get back to the glory days. And the sauna costs 10lev single use.

Stunning hotel on the first shoreline, chic rooms overlooking the sea and great bars/restaurants on site. The best hotel on Sunny Beach is the best.

This is one of the worst experiences we have had when it comes to hotels. We travel alot and this is probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, when we got to the hotel we were placed in b405 as soon as the door opened it stunk on mould and the view from the room was just another building and after examining the room I noticed the bedspread on the bed had massive stains on them and even the sofa lounge was soiled to the point that you wouldn't want to sit on the lounge or sleep in the bed, I was absolutely discusted in what I saw. I took plenty of photos on my mobile phone and went to reception to complain and to tell them that I was not happy with my room, I was called by the reception manager to a seperate room to discuss my complaint I also told him what I didn, t like and I showed him all my photos that I took of the room and he said lets go and have a look at the room together so we did and once we were in there I asked him if he was in my shoes would he stay in this room he didn't reply cause I knew and he knew the answer to the question. I demanded a better room with a view of the pool or beach and he agreed to that so he put us into room c608 I was much happier with this room it even had air conditioning. The other thing I need to comment on is the food, I must say out of 10 I rate the food as 1. Very very poor rating it was horrible food, it was really discusting food not only was it discusting but the quality of food was not what it should have been.

The hotel outside is beautiful, inside is not. Much has fallen into disrepair and it's time to replace. Worst of all — it's a bad mattress on the bed, which just needs to be changed to a new one. After the first sleepless night from behind the bed we called the front desk and asked to do something because it was impossible to sleep, also reported that the TV was not working and there was no hot water. The woman who answered the call said she would try to send someone to see. No one came. We went to the front desk, explained the situation and after half an hour of stay there we agreed to change rooms. After looking through 2 terrible numbers, I was ready to stay in my own, put a pillow and a veil under my side and try to sleep like this. But luckily we were helped by the manager, a very nice guy who offered us a normal room in return. The other 2 nights we slept normally. But the rooms clean badly, they're dirty. The manager said that the cleaning lady's work time was 15 minutes per room. It's not enough even for easy cleaning. The TVs are old. The remotes don't work. There was no air conditioning remote, corks from the bathroom, glasses, etc. Balconies are very dirty. There are no chairs in the non-cotterooms. The locks are old, the safes also need to pay extra for use. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby. For the Internet in the room you need to pay extra. Pros — it's laid-back good staff at the front desk, nice managers. The cleaners are less pleasant. Disgruntled.

Amazing location, but the rooms are not good. They are dirty. The food is awful.

Great location. 50 Steps to the sea! The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. There is an animation for children by the pool (by the way, several). Food is not super, but quite good. You can find dishes to your taste. Not noisy.

Hotel je starší, žádný luxus. Plážové deštníky I lehátka si musíte platit na den 2 x 8 leva. Na all inclusiv Vás šidí, kde to jde. Strava normální. Všude disco a rámus do 2 ráno. Hotel není moc vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi a starší. Klientelu tvoří převážně mladí a ti jsou stále ožralí.

Very bad. Uncleanly unhygienic. Restaurant food is not prepared enough for all guests. Plate cutlery always out of the box when new comes waiting unmängen to people, then jostling all and grasping. Then you wait again. In the restaurant water drips into several buckets.
Drugs on Promenade is openly screaming (ext, coca, Cocaina, marijuana) offer, really screaming. Unfriendly people. Pictures and façade deceive. Bulgaria never again.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. The food was still then cold and tasteless. This hotel has potential of being a really good hotel but clearly the staff are not putting the effort in.

The hotel is really bottom category it doesn't even deserve a star.
I was there 14 days and not even excited.
Toilets could only be used in the room.
The food also had to be desired and half was missing.
The staff were not allowed to appeal then it became very rude the tablecloths were unwashed from first to last day on the table of course.
I can't recommend the hotel.

Oh my god, where do I start? I'll do a list below of the things wrong and the things right with the hotel. Please please listen to me. Me and my girlfriend ignored the reviews and thought it can't be that bad, we should just go and find out for ourselves. But trust me it is that bad. 1) The air con (or lack of air con) is about as powerful as a strong fart 2) The pool is freezing, and believe me when I say it's freezing, it is literally unbearable 3) The shower was boiling hot or freezing cold, no in between, you had to choose between getting 3rd degree burns or frozen into an ice block 4) The shower flooded the whole bathroom if you had it on for longer than 2 minutes, so I had to keep turning it off and on just so it didn't go into the hall, however on a few occasions it went under the door and drenched the carpet (which probably leaked through to underneath) 5) The food, do not get me started on the food, we were all inclusive and ate tea in the hotel on the first night, wet, cold, soggy pizza and hard cold chips. No variety and the food wasn't cooked. We might as well of gone self catering because we ate 3 meals out every day for a week. 6) We asked for a fan after the first night because we couldn't sleep in the 25 degree heat on the small double with a bad mattress, she wrote our room number down and said yeah she will bring one up in an hour. 5 hours went by no fan.

It is a large hotel, tastefully decorated. The food is rich, varied and well seasoned. Unfortunately only lukewarm. Enough cutlery and plates are available. Due to the many holidaymakers from different countries it comes before that the toilets are very dirty. The staff is constantly trying to clean everything up again. Many holidaymakers complain in the reviews should take a look at their own nose smothering why some things are not optimal. The hotel can be recommended especially because of the proximity to the beach. We would go back at any time.

Three stars are not few are right. The hotel overall is nice after the negative reviews I was scared in the choice I had taken. But once here I gave them a vote of 1/100 50. The pool has the freshest water however it is clean. The beach with the sea is left at the Hotel 5 Mt. The rooms are dated but in the end as in Egypt and also the food the classic International for Germans and Brits. The cleanliness of the rooms right on the fly, the bathroom wash on the ground clean the sink the mirror the Vater the shower and if you have towels put them if not you have to request them, the bed do not leave it messy wash in and out of the room and away. The location and beautiful for all ages a lot of fun. I would go back.

Loved it. One star for the beautiful hotel, another one for the food, one for the great service, one for the swimming pools (swimming at midnight feels great) and last but not least, one star for the great location just next to the sea and the city center with all the clubs and good stuff out there. Great place.

Terrible, I had food poising, rooms are not nice, Wi-Fi didn't work at all, drunk Russian's screaming all night. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

4 stars my ass. The air conditioning never worked so we literally slept in a pool of sweat and what's worse is the fact that we never got new sheets, or towels. They did however change our showerhead wich baffled me, why would they change that but not our bedsheets and towels or at least give us new shampoo bottles? Staffers are not helpful in the lobby. Our bathroom ceiling rained like the amazon forest every time someone above us took a shower. The wet was horrible enough and the fungus on the bathroom door, oh god. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this hotel. The Wi-Fi doesn't even work.

After reading the reviews, I thought I posaljat in the basement, but … When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised. There's no expect at this hotel in the repair. But the rooms are clean every day, Poletenca leave, so it feels like they don't even think they can leave four or six. Food is good, you can't go hungry, it's a big choice. It was not a working refrigerator or a television in the evening, and it was in the morning. Swimming pool.
One of the drawbacks I want to point out is that nothing can be bought at the bar, just on the bracelets. You can leave the hotel and go to the supermarket and get back to the pool (but it's better to walk a little farther from the shoreline, cheaper). The corkscrew was really looking for me for about 40 minutes, but they found it. Animation … You can say no.

The hotel is very noisy. A safe in a room with a lock from a mailbox for 7 Lions a day! Good food!

You better take the Gull beach. It's a new corps. We lived in the seagull of resort. The elevators are not working, the numbers are old and everything is falling apart, very dirty. The food is good, there are clubs, bars, and so on. The beach is perfect sand. This hotel has no advice.

Chains used to be a really nice family based hotel now it see. S more young people based not a bad thing but it has driven out the more mature sensible client.

I spent one week in this hotel with my bf. As we paid for sea view room, we were accommodated in the Building C in the highest 8th floor. The room looked very old and used, but thnx to God was cleand every day and there was no carpet on the floor, but floor tile which were clean. Also we had a good luck that the mattress on the bed were new and that the two lifts in the building were working all the time. But this is the only positive thing. Now the problems came — the door from balcony was not possibel from the first night to close. And because of this aircondition was not working at all, we could not sleep too because everything from outside was so loud as the music bars and also all the night coming drunken people back to hotel and as we could not close the balcony door, we heard everything. Also there was a strong wind, so we had a sand all the time in the room. We went downstait to the recepction the first night to tell about the door but the staff was so unhelpful and told they cant do anything. After big argue they told that the repairman will come tomorrow, but after ten times asking every day of course he never came.

Let's say Ke outside is gorgeous but inside… no comment. Rooms neglected, cleaning zero, and the name Chaika = Seagull says all I think. At 5:00 a. M. I'm worse than the rooster. Except that they "poop" in the balconies as if nothing were. And nn sn birds! Got it? Cmnq for sure there are better hotels in Sunny Beach which is gorgeous (like a waterfront full of attractions) recommend to the Max 5 days stay and only in the summer obvious. X the 20enni who think Bulgarian ke are easy women. Well Levatevelo from the head. It's not like that. It's a rumor. Fun stage: You have much fun if you have from 16 to 25 years to Max. It is a recreation for families with children. But from 25 onwards if you go there with the boyfriend nn SN many things to do. Oh forget the coffee, good food especially pizza and spaghetti. My God, I think I'm vomiting. There sn many ke are impersonating cm Italian restaurants/pubs. But of course nn there is nothing Italian except from "Alfredo's". My boyfriend and I had an Italian guide that cmnq assign you to the travel agency. They give you a flyer with a whole daily process to follow. Comfortable! Visit Nessebar, which is 10 minutes from sunny B. Bellia! Also the coin the lever is worth half of the euro so you go quiet. Sure nn would stay again xkè nn worth a 2 experience.

Location: Super, directly on the beach. However, there are also many other hotels. Hotel lobby is impressive, but get to the elevator, the first disappointment. Mistig, dirty, if it works at all. Usually it is defective and it runs up the many levels of filthy. Rooms are nice, but dirty and rotten, not to mention the bad. Mould in corners, demolished hair dryer (not only in my room), critically — cable are free, clogged drain, everything ungeputzt. Towels are changed only if you throw it on the ground. German unfreundich (up on the Nice men at the "chance desk"), spoken at nobody and English here only little. The "restaurant" is the hammer. Every morning a struggle of the few broken and dirty cups. Who goes there anyway — necessarily take with Cup. Tables and chairs are hard to use against dirt. Food goes so. Conclusion: Every dog is better housed.

The worst thing about the all inclusive package is the prison camp standard food. Most salads are drowned in disgusting-tasting mayo and the meat can be best described as "road kill" standard scrag-end of gristle. Breakfast bacon is unrecognisable and all eggs are rock hard. If you like cake and filled croisants you will be ok. To get a cup or glass you need to wait patiently — l think they wash them up 1 at a time. Staff are incompetent and clearly untrained and badly managed. The lifts are broken every day so going up 8 floors becomes a real drag. Sun beds are included in the price but there are only enough for 1 in 10 so you need to use all your guile to beat the germans! Would l recommend Chaika — not to my worst enemy. Cant wait to leave.

Central and good value for money.

CHECK IN until after 14: 00, three hours in the lobby room waiting. Meals after three days no longer edible, buffet subsequently right! All in busy, however after three days no longer used. Beach bar not usable because no drinks could be tapped by power outages. Plastic Becker had to be stashed away, since starting at noon no longer exist. Room care more than tenuous, extremely musty smell in the corridors. Despite repeated request towels not changed. One/two lever on the cleaning lady and you may be lucky, otherwise with the cleaning lady on other corridors after try. Staff in itself, with some exceptions, very unfriendly. Possibly, it's the end of the season. Initially quite good overall. Creating a better a few euros more and select a really good hotel (larger chain). Swimming pool was cleaned in the evening nor on the day! If you want just plain party holiday can be satisfied with the hotel. Not to be recommended for families.

Very nice hotel, rest of the whole company and would like to go.
