In three nights I was, they didn't clean the room. I Had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and soap. Something like that Never happened to me. It Doesn't smell good, and the minibar is empty. If You're late you don't have to eat in the area. The Key never works, you have to go to reception to activate it. Very bad.

Typical IBIS. Very helpful staff. Good location to airport and city centre.

Good airport hotel to spend the night.

Ibis has the well-known quality that the brand offers. This hotel is located near Museu do Amanhã and SDU Airport. Although, because it is in the center, in the evening and on weekends it is not safe to make it around.

Standard hotel, close to the airport. Nice hotel to expend some nights.

The hotel was decent for a short stay. Pros: Friendly staff. Decent restaurant Cons: The room where painted in dark colors, which reflected a very dull mood.

The service at the reception was a little slow, other than that, it was a good experience. The hotel is good, ibis-pattern, and very conveniently located near the airport.

Our experience was enjoyable, we took it to be located near the Santos Dumont airport. It has taxis at the entrance with fixed rates to different places of interest.
The room girl, and the mattress uncomfortable but being a single night was not at all bad. A bad thing is that they don't have translators.

Nice hotel and breakfast. They don't change the sheets, nor do they put the bed up and only towels if you leave them on the floor. The reception very slow and the girl Stephanie treated us pretty bad.

Very clean room, quick service. Decent towels, washroom and bedding. Breakfast isn't included, but they charge approximately 8 USD for breakfast if you want it. Breakfast has a good selection. Overall, for the price I would highly recommend this place.

Estuve en el hotel durante la pasaje del ano y fue una grande oportunidad de percibir como ellos lidan con los problemas de estarén llenos. Los empleados más simples (camareras, cocineras, chofferes…) fueran los más atenciosos. Los otros, incluyendo los gerentes no hacian nada de más, como si no haria falta una persona o otra. Siempre intento me quedar en hoteles desta red, pero la recepccion de parte de la equipa me hará piensar por las próximas oportunidades. Un de los três ascensores estaba roto y hizo falta. No creo que vuelvo durante grandes eventos como carnaval por falta de apoyo de la equipa. Además, standard de Ibis.

We spent only one night in this hotel so did not give much to meet him, of what if I can tell you is from the room that we touched, was very nice, spacious and clean. Apparently the people who work at this hotel are friendly and willing to help. The best thing is that it is practically in front of the airport and if you arrive mid-afternoon and do not give much the desire to move in the evening is the best option. The price is pretty good too.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Downstairs is a reasonable bar and breakfast selection was standard but adequate.

The hotel has good infrastructure: Wi-Fi works well, good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location: very close to the Santos Dumont airport, and other many downtown points.

Excellent. Very good service and predisposition as we arrived before the booking and we were offered an excellent room at the time without having to wait for the 3 hours we were missing for the check in time.

Good hotel. It is like maybe Ibis arround the world. They have restaurant that stays open till 23.00 with some meals. That's nice of you want a late dinner. At night the neighborhood doesn't offer much. The location is nice. You are close to center, where you have things to do. Laps is like 5min walk. Airport is around the corner.

Very Nice Hotel, like the IBIS of Argentina, Clean and modern, THE Staff is very friendly, but he is lacking in knowledge of Language (Spanish). Should renew the air conditioners because they make a lot of noise. Very economic, the Bar has very affordable prices.

The Ibis Rio Santos Dumont has a great upstairs Restaurant and its tasty cuisine, a friendly 24h Bar. A free Wifi and free desktop PCs and the high point is the Very friendly and helpful staff. You feel like being guest of a very nice family.

Poor service with constantly changing staff. Toilet leaked for three days despite repeated complaints. Other colleague's AC had a small electrical burnout. Other colleague's room had black mold.

Right for a few nights. Very good breakfast. Basic services.

Good professionals, clean restroom, new equipments. Casual problems with some services. But Ok for a night rest to go/arrive on Santos Drummond Airport — RJ.

Tranquilo, e bom atendimento.

The hotel is nicely located, the rooms are big and the service was not bad at all. Not all the staff speaks English, but enough do to communicate. The price is good (not during carnival, though). We got it for $55/night. They don't have a pool or a sauna. But the stay was comfortable enough for an overnight stay, in between flights, etc.
