Overall, not too shabby. Pros: private parking lot, staff, cleanliness of the room, nice windows. Cons: no a/c although when we visited the weather was nice enough to open the windows. It could use some updating.

They are very friendly but the breakfast was not so good.

Bed was pretty hard, flashing smoke alarm all night. Seemed expensive for what you get. Continental breakfast was not worth the money. Very close to Cantillon though, which is what we wanted.

Bit small rooms and a cold bathroom. At breakfast, price performance is not right.

Very welcoming, clean room, hot water. 20 minutes from the city centre on foot. I recommend this place to make a stopover in Brussels.

Hotel Justito to go through Brussels. The worst the neighborhood, though it doesn't seem dangerous.

Close to the central station, the area is not the best but the hotel is not bad, I recommend to do breakfast elsewhere:)

Absolutely unacceptable conduct. Room was paid via credit card by my company, confirmation was sent as per usual, yet they denied me the (already paid) nights on the grounds of needing the physical credit card that was used for the payment. The staff member at the front desk was refusing to find a reasonable solution and stuck to demanding either calling the company (at 9:30pm) or having me pay the first night again. Unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional. Stay away!

We were looking for a room that night and found this place. We found it online, but got a cheaper price in person. Things were pretty booked up, but we got their last room. The woman at the front desk was really nice and friendly. We were able to get right into our room. She also found a fan for us (thankfully! ). It was in the 90s and this room was pretty hot until late at night. The room and bathroom were much nicer than we expected. It's about a 15min walk to the main square mostly through local neighborhoods. Multiple grocery stores nearby, but don't expect nightlife or interaction with other guests.

Well located, about a km from Grand place and Midi-Zuid station. Small restaurant which serves breakfast. Few convenience stores close by came in quite handy as most cafes in the area aren't serving food.

One of the best experiences I've had in Brussels. Amazing rooms at affordable prices, about EUR150-250 per night. You could get great scenic views with large windows. Free mini-bar for my stay, and gym and spa at the top floors. Cleanliness is a virtue I'd always cherish, and this is quite clean, the toilets, the bed and the carpet. Clean enough I don't have to wear slippers. Nice! made Bruxelles so much better!

A four star but with one more star. Beautiful hotel as well as the room with great view. Free mini bar as well as water and juices in the gym and spa. Staff attentive to the needs of the customer, courteous and polite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. If I go back to Brussels I would not doubt about the choice of hotel, I would choose: the hotel Brussels.

They printed my boarding pass for me, staff was friendly, room was clean, about a 5 min walk to the metro, a couple mins from the bus, and about a 15 min walk to midi station. In an ethnic neighborhood. Not sure about the safety. Some young adults were hanging out in front when I got home from dinner around 10 at night. Otherwise all good.

Good location, short walk from main centre. Pleasant staff. Not a lot of nightlife around, but there are places to have a good meal.

Really good value for the price. Clean room, comfy bed. The neighborhood is not the best but the hotel is actually quite decent.

Reception doesn't speak Dutch.
