Disgraceful. The apartment we were put in was nothing like the photos online. They put two female travellers in a flat that had no ventilation other than a door that opened to a communal area which was not safe at all especially considering the area is bad. The flats were like an oven in summer — no fans, nothing. The beds in our flat were camp beds, not actual beds (again not like the photos). The fridge was dirty, had not been cleaned. Floor felt dirty. We left and didn’t even stay the night because we would never have slept in the heat with no ventilation. When we complained, they told us the window did open, when in actual fact we saw that the neighbouring flat had an opening window but ours didn’t. They wouldn’t refund us either. This is extremely poor quality accommodation. And definitely don’t stay here in warm weather as the flats are like ovens.

Took 4 nights and frankly I wanted to leave when I arrived in the room. The beds are in ruins, the bathroom window does not close and you can see from the outside. There is a terrace where everyone can go and that overlooks my room where the window door does not close entirely. There is a light that doesn't work so it's super dark. There are dogs walking on this terrace. If you have children the bunk beds are dangerous (scraps that protrude etc. ). Unsanitary room. Really disgusted. And in my opinion those who put favorable comments did not stay long or were paid to do so.

Shameful. After 20 Minutes I left! Toilet not clean, extremely small shower (no way to move), noisy heating, no curtains, noisy fridge… I demand reimbursement!

There is no service, you can neither cook nor wash there because it is totally filthy and filthy. There was absolutely everything greasy and dirty. Whether soil or equipment. No rubbish was dumped there. There was no toilet paper it was absolutely not cleaned. This was the very last relegated. No sleep, we had shouts and loud howls from rooms and in the hallways. Molds everywhere on the ceilings. Clogged sink, broken toilet, totally filthy, unhygienic with urine and feces. Among other things, no German television. Stinking bed, smeared and with hair in it. Cold water while showering. A long balcony with no partitions to the other rooms. And there was a broken balcony door which could not be closed and everyone could get in and out of the room whether day or night.

The rooms are very spacious and have an excellent view. I put 4 because they don't put soap in the bathrooms.

No clean, no cleaning done, we left the place! Can't stay in this hotel! Here are some pictures taken at our arrival superb disappointment at the sight of their photos on their site (the site accepts not our photos! ) so imagine you.

I could hear the heater in the room moan and roar all day and all night long. It only stopped when switched off which obviously is not an option in Belgium, especially during the winter. There was no soap or shampoo available. There was a very intense smell of (possibly toxic) insecticide in my room, almost unbearable. I could feel the cancer cells spreading all over my organs. The location is not convenient at all and the city centre is only reachable by bus and metro combined. The so-called receptionist was almost never available or even accessible by phone, especially after 8pm. There were some dodgy faces among the customers.

Nice clean room on the outskirts of Brussels. English speaking staff, no hidden charges. The only complaint I had was a broken shower.

Good value and large room at a quiet neighbourhood. The only downside is that the room has a strange layout and quite basic.

My kids liked it from the first second… it seems quite and clean. I will come back.

Pretty good place with friendly manager Serge who always can help you with advice. Check-in is little bit late, at 4pm though.

The best room I've lived with such a nice price! We booked this hotel because we found that hostels in Brussles are expensive. The price was 164 euro for 4 people to stay 2 nights. The room is quite spacious and highly furnished, with TV, microwave, private and clean bathroom, refrigerator, sofa, tea table, table, cups, glasses, tea and coffee bags, wardrobe and teakettle. I love this flat at first sight! The location is not quite good, but it's easy to take a No. 49 bus from Brussles-Midi Station to get here. I recommend this hotel!
