Very loud. Location ok. Big rooms. Somehow helpful staff.

This hostel was very central and convenient closed to shops and markets. Managers were professional, friendly but not speaking English very well. There have been technical problems with water not working and heating just on a few occasions but most of the stay was OK.

Budget friendly hostel in the heart of the city.

To avoid! The hostel practices the overbooking and will not necessarily be able to accommodate you if you have booked… And even if you cancel with their agreement, they still charge you and refuse to repay you. Real Crooks!

A real nest with bacteria Punaize bed alias lice bathroom Mold apparent I had to shorten my stay I advise against.

Attention, this hostel is practicing a curfew! If you want to go out at night, you'll have to go home either before midnight or after 6:00. Very inconvenient!

Horrible!
As the previous reviews, big problem when we wanted to get our room back, it was no longer available.
Speaking with people who were waiting to have their room and that was in the same case as us, we quickly realised that the manager was dishonest, indeed there was a double reservation on our room…
Of course, he didn't want to pay us back! The only thing he found to do was to go and wake the people who were sleeping, to give us the room… Unacceptable.

Room that leaves to desired Wi-Fi and TV that does not work, leaky shower, rusty shower head, VMC taped to orange Scotch, tuft of hair in the shower bell ect… I absolutely do not recommend. Only strong point the bed is rather comfortable.

It is a hotel that is in a rather dark area of Belgium, it is a Moroccan neighborhood, there are several shops but not usually have meals made, there are more beans and such things, the hotel does not have drinks in shared areas, cafes and all costs, I was staying in a room D Onde was supposed to be 4 people women but it turns out it was a room with two floors and in the first there were 6 beds and in the second 4, they rent the towels, there is no cafeteria or dining room, the area looks insecure, the truth was very frightened and walking to the center is approximate Amen 20 minutes or more, Uber does not work in cash only with card, the truth for cheaper than it is not recommend to anyone.

I’m a girl traveling alone and this place wasn’t for me (and I wouldn’t advice it to anyone anyway). The area is pretty unsafe and very dirty… VERY BAD LOCATION And yes the dorm is cheap but you can find way better for the same price, it’s not because it’s cheap that they have to be careless… there was bedbugs in my bed… I left after the first night!

There was a bit of language problem to communicate but they have done thier best. Its neat and clean. Easy to access.

We went to the hotel reception after having slaved in the district the most sleazy, Brussels (sort of bled miniature where pedestrians are a reminder to motorists and where the code of the road no longer exists) and fell on a young incompetent and not very understandable who has had to call the manager to take care of our booking. We were nicely asleep by telling us that he was going to install ourselves in another institution outside of this area and closer to the center (without us to clarify the real reasons), adding that it had opened seven days before, as chance would have it the date that I had booked. It thus provides us a simple paper with the new address and nothing more. Neither code nor key. It was supposed to be welcomed there, but upon arriving, the door closed. A simple building with digicode. No home or storefront. We wait a little bit before the call and it falls on a man with a strong foreign accent which gives us explanations to the nuts ("a lady is going down blabla"). We check with him that he is of good address, and this is the case. We are still waiting and remember, this for half an hour before you give up saw that person never came.

Not far from transport for those like me who no longer have a permit :p
The welcome is super friendly. If we were to miss anything, the staff was motivated to do their best.
We were not bothered by any noise noise despite the location (city center).
As for the apartment, it was trooop beautiful (too beautiful deco)! very clean (me who is maniac, I did not mm check :p)
I recommend it, vrmt!
