I love Harborside. Friendly Courteous staff. A great place to stay while in the Bahammas.

This is a fabulous family resort with access to Atlantis facilities. Have it your way every day… quiet pool or beach or water adventures. You have to come once and try for yourself!

Our stay was great! We loved the calm, family atmoso of the resort. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed for about the 15th time. People were helpful and friendly. Unit needs cosmetic updating. Paying over $20/day for Wi-Fi is crazy but I knew that. Recommend for those that want to enjoy Atlantis amenities but have conveniences like kitchen and dining area a hotel can't provide.

Clean, well kept (renovations) great location, service and lots of fun.

Dirty floor, filthy sofas, out of date. The furniture is old and stained. The carpet is dirty, my white socks were black after I walked in. The big soaking time has chips all over it. The grout in the shower has mold in it. Not what it looks like in the pictures at all. We stayed in what they said was a remodeled room in 2017 and it was not nice or remodeled at all. They added new fixtures and called it remodeled. The Atlantis is very nice, but Harborside is a dump. Wifi does not come with your room, you must pay daily. Housekeeping can't do much about it, the resort is cheap and will not fix anything. We spent most of our time away from our room because it was that bad. I couldn't believe they could run a hotel like that.

Well equipped units with everything you need to self cater. Great for a sun, sea & water park holiday.

We really like Harborside Villas on Paradise Island. Kitchen included. Very clean. Shuttles over to Atlantis Bahamas water resort with huge aquariums, water slides, pools and many animal pools with stingrays, turtles and sharks. Tasty fruity island drinks. Bring a healthy budget as food and drinks are 40% more than on the mainland. Take the $7 grocery store shuttle and stock up.

Excellent experience at Harborside. Just hope the rain holds off.

Spent our honeymoon there 3 years ago. Did not meet one single unfriendly unhelpful person. The only downside… no fee Wi-Fi (that was 3 years ago, maybe things have changed) But we did find a free Wi-Fi outside of (I think it was) Quiznos. Can't wait to get back there!

Fantastic location, very nice rooms, The Point was ok, nice, quaint pool area — especially after long days at Aquaventure or out & about in Nassau.

Extremely friendly staff. Room was very equipped with everyday house hold items. Had the feeling of a 1 bedroom apartment. Located close enough to the rest of Atlantis to where you can walk or take the complimentary shuttle. Would stay here again!

Nice condos, easy enough to walk everywhere in the Atlantis area but also cross the bridge. Separate pool, exercise area from the main resort and its own massive pool. Condos are well equipped for a vacation… Comfortable, albeit a bit pricey… But that goes for everything on Paradise Island. All said and done, it's pretty good for a few days getaway and I would return.

This is the way to do a timeshare! I bought two weeks (Friday's week 27 & 28) back in 2000 and love it. I've brought friends and rented it out. Staff is amazing!

We now own 3 timeshares here it is a wonderful place to vacation great facilities and probably the best place to stay in Atlantis. Ownership is reasonable and gives great resale and rental opportunity.

I have enjoyed my stay so far for the most part. The room is nice, the staff is pleasant but it is a bit trying to get information sometimes. It feels like you need to ask the right questions to get to specific information. There are not a lot of follow up questions or expanded answers from the staff.

Great location, clean, colorful. Staying in the larger of the one bedroom, very comfortable even for a family of 5. Resort pool provides a great place to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Atlantis, which is a two minute shuttle ride away.

I must say, this place is truly relaxing! No stress, just happiness!

Had a great time there except they tried to put through a charge that wasnt mine on my card when I returned home to the US. I couldnt believe it. A Starwood Resort allowing such conduct. I disputed it and it was rightfully credited back to me however it left a very poor taste in my mouth as far as honesty, customer service and ever wanting to go back. Shame on this staff for such behavior!

Harborside is amazing, never had an issue and the staff has always been great. Been going for 5 years straight with the family.

We didn't have the best experience here. Started with the rooms not being ready. High prices, even for a resort. Music playing at the pool was ripped off of a YouTube DJ app. It just didn't convey the feel we expected, especially when considering the money.

We have stayed here for our annual family vacation 10 years in a row and LOVE IT! We have brought family and friends on each trip and all have had a wonderful time! We have a 3bdrm/3 bath 2 unit Lockoff (sleeps 10) which allows privacy of different age groups. We also love the quiet family atmosphere of Harborside to rest and relax with the flexibility for our guests to be able to share in the fun of Aquadventure, Beaches, Pools, the Casino and Clubs of Atlantis. We turn this into a very economical vacation as we bring a cooler bag of frozen meat and prepared family favorites and grocery shop for perishables once we get to the Bahamas. (you have 2 fully stocked kitchens) We also add a few special fun nights out! We have NEVER had any problems with the accomadations, bugs, housekeeping issues or staff! Everyone has always been wonderful and very helpful!

Absolute worse experience. We have a two bedroom lock off. To begin with the view was overlooking the parking lot. We purchased timeshare in 2004 and were told we had waterfront view — why we paid more. Well that part was certainly not true this year — the view was a parking lot! When wife called she was hung up on by the manager — RUDE! Then there was no bedding. Calling multiple times for bedding to no avail. Of course what is a vacation without a flood in the Deluxe Unit. Front desk called, said it was from shower, and they mopped up. Told them running water was heard from upstairs, yet they ignored. This happened every of our stay. We asked to be moved, no availability. Every morning we woke up to flooded floors and wet carpet! It is disgusting. Staff could not care less. Then how about housekeeping never bringing the roll away bed that was requested months ago? We called for it and it never showed up. Housekeeping also vacuumed up an Iphone cord, then casually put it behind the sofa (like we would not notice). When confronted they did reimburse for cord. So bottom line although we have two units fixed and clearly on our title policy and purchase contract with a view, we got parking lot view, floods in the deluxe unit every night, no bedding the first night, no roll away bed every, and basic "no care" attitude. Seems like the resort is under new ownership or needs to be downgraded big time. It certainly is not what it was!

Greetings Included with this letter of request for fees to be refunded is a copy of the A T & T bill showing I had made arrangements for my internet uses else where. Thus my statement to I did NOT enter My NAME NOR ROOM NUMBER for internet use at Harborside. I am Appalled that I am required to give a credit card number when checking in, and I did NOT sign the copy the day I left because I did not have an updated bill with out the charges of 21.95 added twice. I am demanding that the fees be returned at once. Visit 2014 Upon arrival there was one roll of toilet paper on each side, no tea, coffee, or sugars, instant creamer or sweetener. No dishwasher soap, or dish soap to hand wash. There was not any laundry soap or softener sheets. One bar of soap and one of the shampoo and cream rinse. Unit had sand in it and the door had scratched the tile so severely it had a black mark on it. Counter was cracked and still uneven. Notice was put out that the water would be shut off till 4:00 for repair. I called up till 10:00 pm trying to get the water back on. Finally by midnight we had water Did the grocery shopping and ants got into the crackers, cookies, cereal, bread and candy lost around $105.00 of food. Had to replace batteries in the remote myself. Monies lost 2014 around 145.00 due to neglect in property and over charging. Visit 2013 This visit I left my I-pod on the kitchen counter and it was stolen. I locked my small side and went out the larger side.

My family and I stayed there for 10 days. After the first night we woke up with bed bug bites all over my body and the were also on my wife and kids body as well. The resort said the sent someone to my room to investigate. The outside party said the were no signs of bed bugs. But the management team refused to show me the report from the pest control company. They assured me that it was done but was their policy to not share that with guests. Sounds like BS to me. I made several attempts to reach the General Manager, but Anita wouldn't return my calls or speak to me in person. Instead I got the operation manager named Chavez to speak too. He was very standoffish and wouldn't show me the alleged report. He would do nothing for me. He wouldn't speak to me in person until I finally went to lobby and started yelling that my room had bed bugs. He then called security and had them sit with us while we finished our conversation. This resort is ridiculous and do not cater to families. $15 for a cheeseburger. Other Westin ownership resorts will at least do kids under 5 eat free which is quite helpful when traveling with a family of 5. The service is so crappy on the resort that they add 15% gratuity on to everything. Even if you buy an $8.00 coffee at Starbucks they add 15% gratuity on to that. Save your money there are way nicer and less expensive places in the Bahamas. This place is everything wrong with America thrown on to an island.
