Beautiful white sand beach. Warm tropical water. It's indeed very good to know that time off for a vacation with your family will be well spent at the Atlantis beach. Would visit again.

One of the beautifulest beaches I have been to. The Paradise Island is a very expensive place, so be prepared to pay. I recommend if you'd like to go, maybe take a cruise ship. It would be the cheaper route. Plus the food there is crazy expensive on the Island and very plain, it has no flavor. Cruise ships have all you can eat! Buffet! Here is a menu of just one the many restaurants on the island. Crazy! Also, another bad thing about it is everything closes at 7pm. Pools, water park, etc. Except the restaurants of course. The nicer ones require reservations. 10pm all closed. Hope this review helps you guys out! Enjoy.

Incredible resort. So much to see and do. Definitely enough to keep a family or couple busy and entertained for a week!

Our first night at the Beach wasn't so Grand. If you are wanting a tropical paradise getaway with accommodations that match the 300+ per night room charge, DONT stay at the Beach. Our room the first night was awful. The "terrace" view literally was a nasty looking rooftop and I don't checked the lock because our "balcony" sat right on it so anyone up there could jump the rail and enter the room. The kicker for me… I wanted to take a bath, the water never got more than Luke warm, when I tried to turn the plug to the bath tub, it was rusted in the open position… Upon this discovery, I chose to take a quick shower just to rinse off. When I got in, I looked around and realized I was surrounded by the last guest's hair. It was all over the wall. Disgusting! However! When I called to let them know, I have to say they were WONDERFUL. They changed our room and upgraded ups to one with a better view, a working shower and tub, and an overall better experience. The only catch was that we had to wait a few hours for the room to be ready. Moral of the story: the rooms at the Beach towers are likened to a motel 6. But, if you have to stay in motel 6, you might as well be able to enjoy the sunrise on a balcony overlooking the stingray habitat, the pool, and the ocean. It definitely helps.

Went on a trip with my graduating class, spent four nights at the Atlantis resort. Wonderful weather, amazing water rides, great beaches, and an awesome casino and night life. I wish I could have stayed longer than I did!

The Beach Hotel was clearly the oldest of the hotels on the resort. The rooms have not been updated. Although they are older, they were very clean and the staff was very courteous. Our third floor room had a terrible view. It did have a view of the ocean unfortunately the roof of a second floor restaurant was in the forefront of our view making the ocean difficult to see. If you plan to stay, be sure to request a room on a higher floor. We loved the sea life all around the hotel but it is quite a walk to the main attractions like the water park, the buffet and the dolphin attractions. As others have stated there was an issue with the hot water. All showers were lukewarm and the water pressure was lacking enough pressure to wash shampoo and conditioner our hair. When checking out we questioned a few charges that should have been covered under our breakfast credit only to find out they had miscalculated other charges and ended up charging us $75 more than what our printed bill reflected. Discussing the issue with the staff got us nowhere. That was the only frustrating piece of our trip. The resort was great. We went in April 2018 and it was not too crowded. All the pools were peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely go back but we will stay at the Royal Towers, the Cove or the Reef hotel instead. If you plan to stay anywhere on the resort be sure to check out the feedings of the sea life. It is so fun to watch and some feedings are interactive.

Terrible customer service. Refrigerator did not work. Stained sheets. No hot water on first 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the 2nd night. The customer service at the Coral was must better. I will not be staying at this hotel in the futureb.

Staff is actually great, beds are nice, room is substandard (dirty, broken locks, slightly working air conditioner). Resort all together is awesome but be sure to bring your wallet. Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 little ones), lunch at a so so place and dinner at the buffet, $260. Would we come again? Sure but we would stay at the royal towers and do the meal plan.

Great views and excellent park and facilities. Service though is something that can be improved. Took a couple of tries and a few minutes to get an answer on phone and no hot water in evenings, not sure why. Informed the front desk but it did not improve. Shuttle services between hotels is very convenient. Water park and views are excellent.

Excellent facilities and attention have the workers. The luxury restaurants are expensive but you also find cafeterias with burgers, sandwiches, Hot two, etc about 12 DLs.

Relaxation and sports are at the Rendezvous in this club so peaceful. As many I will say that the structures are a little ageing but
Nevertheless the complex is very well maintained and nicely furnished and decorated with care.

The building already has its years, but it is well maintained. It has the disadvantage that it is very far at the other end of the hotel, and you have to walk a lot to get to the restaurants and the beach. Very nice.

Rooms require a renovation. Few sockets available. The beach is part of the very large hotel complex.

Nice hotel, super nice staff, really helped me a lot because my suitcase came too late. But the rooms could be refurbished sometime. In the corners were cables with chandelier clamps to be seen. Rust on the siphon and other little things. For the price, well. But the location is very nice.

Super complex, very beautiful and exotic. But the cleanliness of the rooms and to review and everything is extremely expensive… abusive price. Better to go and eat in Nassau which is only 20 min walk.

Very relaxing and quiet hotel with a very wide range of activities.

The towers were very nice the room service needed to make sure our rooms were clean on time we has to wIt till 8 pm to get our room.

Resort is great. The Beach tower is very far and the facility is a little dated, but if you get an ocean view room then it is beautiful. The Beach tower does have it's own pool and beach access which makes the distance from everything else more convenient.

Overall, Atlantis was the worst vacation experience we've ever had. We would never recommend Atlantis to anyone and especially not the All-Inclusive plan. Every aspect of our vacation was sub-standard compared with the many other All-Inclusive vacations we've been on. Atlantis is overrated and overpriced, terrible experience. 1-We were not told that we'd have to pay security deposits for each room prior to check-in. 2-The staff throughout the resort were not familiar with the All-Inclusive plan. 3-Tracking the All-Inclusive bars and restaurants was completely inconvenient. 4-The All-Inclusive menus in select restaurants was lacking. 5-The check-in process took 2 hours. 6-The process of billing everything to the room and settling up at the end of our stay was a pain, stressful, and was horrible service. 7-We were only able to find one pool with a bar and there were no servers walking around taking orders. 8-Throughout the resort, there were no servers taking drink orders. 9-Lines for some restaurants were extremely long for those on the All-Inclusive plan. 10-At check-out we had to speak with the front desk manager to get $600 in incorrect charges removed from our bill. 11-Our room was a mix of furniture that didn't match, looked very run-down, and dated.

I have stayed at few hotels that had this many problems. First you walk down the halls and you smell mildew then the room is nothing to write home about but not why I was there, you better be ready to walk to get to anywhere. Then when tired and sore I want to lie down and rest and cool off I find out the air conditioning if set to 70°f permanently and it is leaking water on the carpet and not getting down to 70°! Then I say oh well just watch TV and lay on the bed but no the TV doesn't work and takes 2 days to fix 3 days for leaking ac two days for the toilet to get fixed. Then the idiots come by and want to take out the lamp with a plug-in on it and replace it with one without a plug-in, I told them no way, as we were already short plug-ins, there are only 3 in the room and the tv, 2 lamps, and a mini fridge that barely cools. And I expected high price for most things but anything in Atlantis is stupid high like the $8.50 bottle of water in the room, or the $130.00 buffet at the low end of restaurants. Don't waste your money staying at Atlantis this not only at beach towers but others at royal towers and coral towers told me the same crap was happening in their rooms.

Unbelievable experience, had too much fun.

The cheapest but the oldest hotel of Atlantis. Carpets, deco flashy, corridors and interminable to reach the centre of the hotel. Ask for a room with a view of the sea, the other side gives on the roof of the Convention Center. The Atlantis and its aquarium catch up fortunately everything.

There is one particular lady at the reef her name is joy she is very very helpful and she goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable thank you very much.
