A nice hotel at central location. In walking distance to U bahn. No parking available but the friendly hotel staff directed us to nearby parking lot. Nice decoration and quite nicely managed. Above avg breakfast.

Very nice, professional and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Great location, close to subway and train station. No AC in the room, but they gave us fans and it was nice. Fast internet. Made our stay in Vienna pleasant.

It's a simple hotel with tiny rooms. A decent 2-3 star hotel I would say, but don't expect anything worth the 4th — you won't find it. The breakfast is quite cheap, limited options and no description of allergens. And there is NO parking. If they happen to have a spot, you might be lucky to park, but the price is high and you never know if they have a room or not.

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff! The rooms provide enough space and are very modern. In each room is a mobile phone that you can take with you to have internet access everywhere in town. There is free coffee, hot chocolate and tea all day long. The breakfast is usual european breakfast. They make sure it is all fresh by replacing and refilling constantly. Location is close to train station West train station.

Price OK, location for Vienna-sightseeing excellent, especially if you arrive by train at the Westbahnhof, room was clean and nice with us (normal double room), but very hot. Staff very attentive, breakfast ok (the room itself but unfortunately in the morning very hot)

Totally overpriced. The building is only half renovated and so the really nice décor in this hotel goes under (not recognizable in the photos). Unfortunately, you do not feel like in a hotel but like in a hostel. The cleanliness which one expected for almost €150, 00 per night was not given. The bathroom was just half cleaned and the shower leaked. However, the location is very good.

Pros: Convenient location, good breakfast, kind personnel, 24-hour free coffee and tea, clean rooms Cons: Not the most comfy beds, no slippers in rooms, small&slow elevator. Afterall, I would stay there again!

Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. Rooms are very small but clean and refurbished.

The rooms were smaller than said on the description and shown on the pictures, it said 20mc but was definitely not it. The Wi-Fi was not working on the phones, only on laptop and it wasn't very fast. Service was excellent, reception was great and we really enjoyed talking to them. They were very helpful and ensured we have everything we needed. Location was also great, very close to westbanh station. The hotel furnishing was very nice as well, modern styling and comfortable beds.

Great hotel, super continental breakfast, friendly service, nice design rooms! It's nothing super fancy, we had nothing to complain, location is awesome, directly infront of Westbahnhof with directions everywhere! Just 4stars because: It's just nothing you've never seen, nor something outstanding. Also: Still having physical keys you have to leave at the reception… I like keycards way more, so you don't have to pick up the key every time…

Comfortable, modest, clean, warm, friendly… good food, great folks, excellent location very near the Westbahn train station and a brief walk or subway ride to the heart of Vienna. A very nice place to call home on your next visit to Wien…

The best hotel I've ever been to. The room was exactly as on the photos, very hot water in the shower was the thing I appreciated after all day spent in museums, also the staff was very kind and they could answer all the questions I had. It was really nice to be in such a place where you can feel comfortable and completely relaxed. Thank you again, I'm sure I will be back :)

Pleasantly classic relaxed hotel. Very convenient.

Standard ordinary hotel. Lack of information and assistance from the front desk. The elevator is ridiculously small and breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. The pastries were dry and unappetizing.
The extremely small shower leaked and the beds moved apart from each other as there was little traction on the floor. Although the room was reasonably sized, there was a lack of vertical space to place anything on.
The only positive was the location which was very convenient close to the station.
I will not return.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very tasteful and more than enough for starting your day. Parking places are available at the hotel’s garage or in the neighborhood. I parked 5 minutes from the hotel for 12 euros for 24 hours.

The breakfast buffet and location were much better than the room itself. The hotel was in the midst of a renovation while we were staying there so we subject to the sounds of drilling/jack-hammering as early as 7:30am, which was quite unpleasant. The rooms could definitely use help in the cozy department (area rugs? ) but otherwise our stay was pleasant.

An establishment that by price exceeds expectations as it has details in the room we paid that was the cheap, which are to be highlighted: As for example, minibar, complimentary water on arrival, comfortable armchair and excellent bed, the room is modern and has Safe deposit box free of charge. The bathroom is very small, maybe for someone of great texture I don't know I would recommend it but it is functional. I really liked the one that had bikes in excellent condition for the use without charge of the customers. If I had to leave any details to keep in mind is that the elevator is old, small and slow, and the night area being close to a train station is not very nice, but being so handy from all means of transportation we did not get a problem.

Very small rooms. The pictures deceive a little. They only have an old lift for all the plants and quite slow. Cleanliness is good but can be improved. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining room at breakfast, wonderful.

Recommended:-Super friendly staff-great and clean rooms-good breakfast with everything the heart desires-24h reception, coffee, tea, etc.
-Trustworthy room service-for us as hamburgers quite quiet rooms-central location, 12min to downtown shopping mile only drawback:-The door frames/bathroom door were not yet renovated-unfortunately only two single beds, one has to sleep in the crack and invites At night on the floor when the beds slide apart.

Best location next to the metro station, tram and bus stations. The rooms are very modern and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic! And the staff was very warm and gentle.

Clean and reasonably priced hotel at the West station. Very friendly staff and decent room. Bathroom very small and no air conditioning. Be planned for 2018. Breakfast was OK. Oldest hotel building in Vienna.

Awesome staff, really accommodating and going to any extent to make you feel welcomed. The whole hotel appears to have been refurbished recently so the room looked new. The only issue was that it was really hot those days and there was only a fan in the room, no air conditioning (the room does have a radiator for the winter though). Good continental breakfast in the mornings, just wished it ran until later (closes at 10.30am).

Friendly staff, reception open 24/7, the room is nicely decorated, and the bed is comfortable. Quiet place, not too far from center (30min by foot), and they can keep your luggages when you're visiting the city, even after check-out. The breakfast is excellent, lot of choices. But the bathroom is really small, there's no air conditioner, and the fan is totally useless. Good for just one night.

A value for money hotel… Don't expect too much. Normal rooms with basic amenities… it's on the main road next to a train station so best place for travellers…

Very friendly staff, which is 24/7 to reach the reception and knows every question an answer. Furthermore, super rooms with modern furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. The location is also unbeatable, to the West station it is less than 200 meters.

Good place to stay, couple, individual, families, easy approach to shopping mall, train station, bus stop, garden, cinema, central library, all withing few minutes walking.

Nice location near underground and west rail station, wonderful living room for the guests and the breakfast bar and restaurant can be used 24h for free tea, coffee of hot chocolate. Good services and affordable underground parking make it an excellent option for the concerts in the Wiennastadthalle.

Great hotel. The rooms are very small Great for transport strategic location, here cross 2/3 metro lines. Parking inside at €19 per day. Great if you have to visit Vienna. Also near the castle of Schonbrun.

Sucks, under the beds there are 5 fingers of dust, you eat soup broth type star who makes it, and also the night guardian is a bitch call the cops for getting a great parking, loading and unloading free that night is always desert, right outside the hotel, which does not have a car spot, bitch, a star is really a lot; don't go there.

A good room, kind people and perfect position within Vienna! Suggested.

We like very much. The people were attentive and helped us with information about the city. The room is comfortable and quiet.

Central location (2 minutes walk from West railway station), very friendly and professional reception. The room was rather small, but clean, and the bathroom. The latter showed but few traces of use.
Minibar, telephone, TV, safe and free Wi-Fi was available. Unfortunately no coffee — and tea making facilities.
If you need a hotel, to get to know Vienna, the Westbahn hotel is in good hands and will feel at home there.

The place was really large and that was agreable, though, it was very hot and noisy because it's just above a a street with heavy traffic even in the night.

I wonder why it is possible to book smoking rooms, when it turns out, it is not possible to smoke in the hotel at all.

Wunderschönes familiäres Hotel, tolles Frühstück, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer. Keine Wünsche blieben über! Sehr empfehlenswert.

The historic house with a beautiful courtyard liked us very well and we felt truly at home. The atmosphere is cozy and personal. Service and breakfast were to our full satisfaction. The public access could be little better. We come back safely.
