Cute and comfy room, bathroom very clean and friendly staff at check in… all we Need!

Beautiful People and going there with the right people is alot of fun.

Lovely clean hostel. We stayed in a shared dorm but was still a peaceful night’s sleep. Brilliant cooking facilities meaning the expensiveness of Vienna can be circumvented. Only issue is location however it’s a five minute subway ride from anywhere.

We booked on Hostelworld and stayed in mixed dorms… but it's run like and has the atmosphere of a hotel, not a hostel. On the plus side it's really cheap and near a underground station. Its also secure, with key swipes for room and common area, there's a large kitchen and you get small towels for free. However, although there is a full Laundry on site for the hotel part you are not permitted to use an Iron (€2.50 per item) or wash clothes (€15 per Kg). The bed sheets dont fit the beds, so your likely going to be sleeping on a plastic liner in a hot summer room with no AC. There also aren't enough plugs in the rooms for each guest. There is also one bathroom per room and aside from that (at least for males) there is just one other shared bathroom to the front of the hotel (with one cubicle) … not ideal at peak times.

One of the cheapest hostels in Vienna but for a hostel for that price you expect more. No air condition was the biggest problem in the summer, there was a fan however it wasn’t enough. Not a great place if you want to meet fellow backpackers. There were lockers but not big enough to fit a big bag. Easy access to though close to the metro.

Small rooms, stuffy, for the same prices can be found a more acceptable option.

Excellent hostel. We had private three bed room for just a small price extra and it was like a beautiful hotel room. No lift, and our room was on the top floor up five flights of stairs. So be wary if you have suitcases rather than rucksacks as this could be a hard climb. Breakfast is not included and pricy at 6.50 euros per person. Food can he purchased cheaply in the bakeries nearby instead or cooked in the large kitchen area.

The hostel in the rooms in the heat is stuffy, except for that, everything is cool. There's table football in the basement.

Counter service staff attitude is not excellent, to customers indifferent, outside the corridor is still in the construction of the guests to stay, the environment is very uneven, the water in the shower is very small!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a private room for 3 people for 70€, and got only one bed! In my opinion way too expensive. There were a lot of problems with the room: 1. The rooms are in another street, farther from the train station 2. There was no light and no electricity in our part of the building the whole night and following morning! (that includes room and toilets) 3. The bed was very bad, old and rusty. (You even have to put the sheets on yourself) 4. Noisy inside and outside. Very hot I wouldn't recommend it at all…

Location is 25 minutes away from the center. The worst part is that we should get the keys from the Do step in hostel, 15 minutes away by metro. The room is small for 4 persons and too noisy. The beds are good, almost above average.

Far from the city center and the appartements are next to the street. It was not easy to have two adresses : one for check in and check out and another one for the appartement. Beside these comments everything was good.

2 stars one for the friendly staff who tried to help us and one for mulled wine that he gave us. But that was as good as it got. We arrived to find out that they gave our double room to someone else. They offered us a room with a bunk bed. Very romantic! We declined then they offered us a room somewhere on the other side of the city. Which sounded ok apart from the fact we would have had to bring the key back at the end of our stay. Which would have wasted time on our short holiday. The place stunk of smoke. Other than that it was fantastic. They say you get what you pay for. Well we got nothing. Apart from our money back and the aforementioned free wine.

We were there for three nights. Our room and bath were clean. The double bed room was very small. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is good considering that westbahnhif is only 5 walking away. I recommend this hotel only for young guests.

Okay if you just need a quick place to sleep but definitely nothing special. Would look elsewhere for my next stay. Pros: Comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, good Wi-Fi access. Cons: Two seperate buildings, not enough showers and the hot water runs out at peak times, bathrooms/showers need more regular cleaning of the floors, small rooms with nothing but beds in them, far from downtown and most sites, no 24 hour front desk (for its size there is no reason it shouldn't have this), thin walls (you hear EVERYTHING in the halls), we had ants in our room. I'm usually pretty relaxed with what I get for the money at hostels, but for what we paid this place really under delivered.

Everything is great, the shower head can be renewed once. A bigger TV would be great in the premium room too. But otherwise great location and I think the price is ok too.

Children shouting and running through coridors from early morning. Thin walls, you can hear everything. Except that, this is nice and clean place.

The hostel facilities is a 4.5 star with the price you are paying. With well maintained rooms spacious common room and kitchen. The only thing is that I hate the bathroom, no holder for shower head and the light is sensor type, it kept going off in the middle of your shower. But you cant blame me for rating this bad because apparently there are thieves in this hostel. I lost my powerbank charger and even international adapter. I left it charging while going to kitchen for just a while. I have no idea whether it's the travelers whom I shared the room with or the cleaners. I did report and I understand that they cant be responsible of this. But it just ruined my entire experience. And then the next morning, my stuff in the fridge is gone. An opened and almost finished bottle of pesto sauce. I was like what? The coffee I left for everyone is gone too. Salt is gone too. This is too scary of a place to stay. It happened on my first night And then the other two nights I was staying in fear. I brought all my valuables to the bathroom everytime I took shower or even peed. Lesson I got out from this: it is better to pay slightly more for a private room, airbnb is the best choice look for the good hosts with good ratings. Actually just a few euros difference for a night and you can enjoy your stay.

Located near Vienna Westbahnhof station. Rooms are very small with just smallest bathroom. It's no shampoo in the bath. It's very noisy street near to windows. No breakfast included, separated to pay, and it's poor. Just for staying one night, no more.

Three-bed room in the hotel: simple but functional, inexpensive and clean. For two nights with two smaller children absolutely recommended!

Very well tidy and clean rooms and amenities. The only gripe I had was the luggage storage was in the basement and it would be somewhat difficult if you had a heavy bag since you would have to go down some stairs. Other than that it was great value accommodation and I'd definitely recommend it.

To date the only hostel in Vienna that I always like to visit.
The rooms are really clean, the price very low, the location good (right at the West station) and the staff very friendly (many are native Viennese, if you want to stay friendly you should not be too annoyed).
There are two breakfast prices, one with and one without Aufschnittteller. The smaller suitable as a daily breakfast, the bigger for the weekend.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a Biliard pool table.

A good place to stay in Vienna at a good price. All very clean.

The rooms are just minutes from the reception building, the staff was not very welcoming but still helpful.

Has a proper kitchen n fridge for guests to cook n rest with fellow backpackers. Bedroom is a bit too cram but toilet is clean n like new.

Hi, incredible noise at night. The Chinese next door played loudly ukulele and double bass. In the morning they stood innocently dreinblickend and patiently waiting in front of the occupied shower stall. Strange configuration of the bedding. A clamping sheet, a large and a small sheet. The pillow was puny and apparently filled with old underpants. The intern probably got the module bed skipped, we had to do it by hand.
Otherwise quite ok. Moin.

Good cheap accommodation. Nothing fancy! Comfortable beds and friendly staff. They provide a towel as well! But not very lively. Best if you want a quiet holiday.

Very Lame Hotel-hostel. Convenient parking, shower, internet, kitchen, billiards, darts and is located near the station and Metro station. Very Pleasant staff speak very cool in English, German, Polish, understand Russky and of course Ukrainian. Housing Prices are one of the cheapest in Vienna. I really enjoyed it.

LOUSY Place, not expensive (compared to hotels) but for what they offer is mediocre, the amohadas are more like rags, the towels are for the hands and the window blinds are useless. The bathrooms smell bad although the cleanliness of the room is OK, the service at the front desk is friendly but it is nothing the atmosphere of a hostel. It is very close to the main station of L Metro but away from downtown. I would recommend it for one night.

It's a good place to spend some nights.

Nice accommodations with a lot of common areas to hang out. Would be 5 stars, but they don't enforce the kitchen cleaning rule at all, so there are tons of dirty dishes. Despite that, I would come back.

For my first time in a hostel it was actually pretty nice. Nice staff, no problems with other guests, hot shower with great water pressure, good location. My only gripe is that the towel they provide is pretty small but it gets the job done.

Great staff and so very helpful. Clean room and ensuite facilities. Great common area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Good location next to main station and quiet at night.

Hostel room was in another building next door to the reception which was alright but not the best. No curtains covered the window at night so lots of light poured into the room making it hard to sleep. Also as it was very hot we left the window open so lots of traffic noise could be heard. The some beds were covered in hair making it an unpleasant experience when making your bed. The bathroom had a sensor for the light so when you are showering or on the toilet the light could go off. You would have to start waving your arms around to try and turn the light back on making it an unpleasant experience. The toilet also did not smell very pleasant. Not all beds had plug sockets next to them. The walk into the city centre was not too long. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel.

Small space but clean. You get what you pay for in these hostels. Perfect for a couple nights stay while travelling. Very close to public transport. Reasonable area.

Clean and quiet yet super conveniently located. The staff is friendly to us always helpful, in the evening there are affordable drinks at the bar.
Unfortunately, card payment is not free of charge and even breakfast could be a bit more lavish.

The most bad and worst place in the world. This place is dirty, much money. The woman boss of this place is nonprofessional. I never recomanded this place to nobody. Shame on you staff of this place. I ll sue you for deception and lies.

We were in B section and it was… I was so angry on myself I chosed this hostel. Room was situated to loudly street infront of restaurant. There were smelly and 2 days unclean toilets with papers on floar everywhere… No clean papers in boxes… Room was small 2x3m… Bad was half of room. No services at all. We arrived about 12am but they told us room isnt clean come back around 3pm but We had to put on bedclothes and prepare room for sleeping by own…

Horrible servise, staff are not nice at all. Rooms are like 3x3m at it smells like cigarettes. In the night you cant sleep because guests are very loudly until morning and nobody cares. Wc and showers are dirty and nobody cares as well… worst experience in hostel for me.

Close to the Metro, rooms reasonably clean and tidy. My only minor complaint would be the shower, that is not attachable to the wall and thus is not the most comfortable to use, but overall a recommended hostel.

Service was excellent, counter had strong english skills, rooms were cleab and plesant, with beds well kept. Toilet was a bit small and laundry was a bit expensive, but apart from that a very cheap and affordable place to stay for budget tourists.

Today I woke up in the worst hostel I have ever been in my life. On top of that they have the rudest and worst customer service ever. I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body, GUYS all over my body and I went to the reception just for them to switch my bedroom and the manager said it wasn't possible even though she saw all my body marks. That's so ridiculous I cannot believe that they couldn't do anything for me so I strongly suggest to anyone who would like to have a nice and clean stay in Vienna please do not pick this hostel is sooooo disgusting and I'm not even a complicated person I never wrote a review for any hostel but I had to let everyone know about this disgusting experience that I had with this hostel. Spanish: No se les ocurra elegir este hostal es el peor de el mundo, el servicio al cliente es un desastre y las camas tienen chinchas tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida.

Hab im Februar da übernachtet, sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundlich, gute Location, sauber usw. :-)

This locality is not a Hotel. But first, the only positive: the Central location. That was it already. The Rest are Mikrozimmer, which is different than on the website noted, not at all familientauglich. The bed was broken, creak without end, and the damaged steel frame dangerous for the sleeping people. The next morning, without sleep, there was for our designs a weary Smile of the sort "Yes okay". So if you have a room for 2 or 3 searches puts his 60-70€ better with a proper Hotel.

A nice Hostel in a good location. Only 5 minutes ' walk to the Western train station and so close to the tourist attractions of Vienna. Safe, quiet, clean and also the Hostelteam is nice. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Those who want to Cook is really well equipped kitchen available. The beds are the only snag at the hostel at the moment or Their mattresses. But otherwise we like to recommend it and also love to come again. Was nice.

We were there for three nights in the hotel. Our room was clean and quite nice and calm. The owner offered us a welcome drink. And of course we used the Kick football (1, — EUR per hour) and the billiard table (2, — EUR per hour), which made a lot of fun :-).

I don't like it but how ever is it close to everything and is it not so clean.

A simple place but close to the station of the tram with good connections to any part of the city.

Was offered a free glass of wine or beer. Place was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms to shower was separate male and female. Nice place. Little pricey for a hostel but it is similar to a hotel if you get your room to your self and cheap. Just a smaller room. No tv. They offer to wash dry and fold your cloths for 15 euros. You get your cloths back in the morning.

Hotel or hostel? I would say definitely a hostel. For a hostel it was quite OK, but for people, who want to stay in a hotel I would take something different (and more expensive:).
