Breakfast on the roof terrace, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice big shower, good mattresses.

I would recommend the Hotel because it is with me around the corner. I've never been inside, it would be super. I always see very many tourists.

Were in the HB1 Schönbrunn! This is the BEST Hotel, Service super, rooms class, Breakfast was great and plentiful and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Every time again!

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are small but functional. The bathroom was sufficiently large with a very nice, flat-walk-in shower. The cleanliness was okay, certainly going a bit better. In part, there was dust on the furniture. The breakfast room is on the top floor. It is small, modern, has a small roof terrace and views of the Gloriette. Breakfast is similar to the hotel's reasonable price. Unfortunately, there is the same choice of offer every morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the hotel you can walk in 10 minutes. At Schönbrunn Palace. There are various shopping, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Public transport is nearby, the tram is 1 min. From the hotel.

The best breakfast. Attention, if you don't drive English or German, leaves a lot to be desired. The room was fine.

Worst hotel ever checked in… the air conditioning is not working, inside room was over 28 degrees, a lot of noise from garrage door, the room is extra small and smells terrible, only one elevator for all hotel (a small one), an overpriced parking. To be avoided in future, is a nightmare.

The reception was a little bit cold. Essential and functional structure. Cleaning OK. Confined spaces and breakfast almost only salty. Little attention to customers of Latin origin.

Pro The rooms are actually beautiful and modern. Bath is small but very great shower. Breakfast room bright modern and with a small beautiful balcony. The price is cheap. Breakfast is measured in price okay but always the same. TV really good. Cons I had got a double room and booked single rooms and I was told that I would have to pay for breakfast twice. I intervened and then I only had to pay breakfast. That happened when checking in and lengthening. I didn't think it was that great. A room service consisted only of beds making. Bath and bin untouched. This better because of a star deduction.

We have booked a room in this hotel for the second time. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed the second time. The mattresses were very well located. Unfortunately, this time the cleanliness was not noticeable. Actually, that's exactly why we booked this hotel again. Unfortunately, white spots and dust could be seen everywhere. Sehr nah am Schönbrunn. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Gloriette ist genial, besser kann man nicht frühstücken. Gerne wieder.

Mini-rooms, very small bathroom. Just so that you can rotate. At Breakfast you have to wait for a place. Also, since everything is very tight and you have to be present. Not A Bar. We had a Bar-coupon, couldn't use it. In the surroundings there is nothing else where it could be in the Evening to go. Parking totally overpriced.

Hotel with clean rooms and equipped with everything you need. Very good value for money. The staff was very close to the reception and the location was very small.

The room was very small. The much described tropical shower provides moisture mould.
In our time, the elevator was broken and the where the restaurant is located for breakfast on the sixth floor.
Breakfast is boring from the second day u offers only the essentials.
For our dog was charged 15 euros per night and we didn't even get a room on the ground floor although which ones were free. Would have been more pleasant with the pet.
The TV kept going out and on by itself and then changed the program.
Otherwise, one was Citynah, quickly at the U-BAHN and Schönbrunn Palace.
The staff were nice.
Underground parking in the hotel to be purchased per night Euro 17.
W-lan worked very limited for us.

It's generally fine, the tram stop is very close to the building and the Schonbrunn castle is within walking distance. The rooms could be a bit larger and the staff a bit friendlier, though.

The walls very worn out, partly patches of liquids. In the shower, the partition did not go properly and the mattresses were located through. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. It is relatively cheap and very close to Schönbrunn Palace also a metro is nearby.

We stayed in Vienna for a city trip (3 nights). The hotel and the rooms are very clean, the rooms are small but adequate. The staff (and also the boss) are extremely friendly. The breakfast is sufficient from the selection and really good in terms of quality. The location is ingenious, Schönbrunn fall over almost once or about 25 minutes. With the streets — or subway to the Hofburg.

Price — performance great, have booked at an offer price. Room and bathroom clean and large enough. The city centre is easily accessible. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is very small.

Rooms kind of small, but very good value for the price. Close to Schönbrunn Palace. Ample breakfast included in price. Parking available in basement but costs extra. Room facing courtyard and not street so quiet at night but heard nearby construction during day.

The hotel is far from the city center but very close to the second most popular attraction. There is a paid parking and not very big. Breakfast with a view of the castle. The hotel left only a positive impression.

I have terrible experience with HB1 Wien Schoenbrunn. I got a voucher and I'm currently struggling to find a date when I can utilize it, as I can use during only special days (even if there are free rooms). Finally we agreed on a date, now they said it does not work. I called them and they slammed the phone down. Zero flexibility. I recommend to avoid them.

Hm… where do I start… well the Wi-Fi barely worked in our room (this is HIGHLY IMPORTANT! ESPECIALLY FOR FOREIGN TRAVELERS). The room was TINY and it was called a "garden room " but all that means is you have a door to the outside where there's a tacky huge vinyl decal of a photo of grass on the wall outside of your room. The heater takes waaaay to long to turn on, waiting is about as hour for this. There were no channels in any other language other than German… There are no phones in the rooms but I guess that's a European thing. There's a continental breakfast in a beautiful room upstairs which is why I habe it 3 stars, that and is close proximity to schönbrunn. One of the best Indians restaurants is right next door too so you will definitely enjoy that. The staff was ok… also another reason for 3 and not 2 stars. Sorry.

Nice hotel for one night travellers or for those who came to Schönbrunn visit. Beds are fine, hotel is quiet. Some staff members does not speak English. Parking is available but not free of charge. Better to check if parking is available in advance — we came later at midnight and it was totally occupied. Parking is 17 euro/night. Hotel is 5 min walk from Schönbrunn which is convenient. Rooms are not big but enough. Restroom is clean.

Excellent service from the staff, the room is nice, nearby there is a mini market, museums and easy access to public transportation. From Wien Westbahnhof, you can take the train/bus 52 and leave you to the front.
This Hotel does not have a restaurant but there are very good choices nearby.
No doubt in the future would come again.

Rooms are clean but climatisation was not worked, so it was hot in the room. Also butelled water available only in sale machine on reception for 2.5 euro. Basically the hotel is good enough, but I believe that you may be able to find something better.

Had a pleasant stay, the room was nice and the people friendly. In the morning there was a good breakfast and the hotel looks quite nice. Only thing I did not like was the bad which was really hard, but that has been my general experience in Austria.

We stayed for one night in this Hotel. It is very easy to reach and easy by public transport, you should not be scared when getting Off but, the Hotel is opposite a brothel. The staff is not motivated. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, the plaster on the Ceilings, but what gives you is not a good feeling. The bathroom is also modern, clean and offers a huge shower, this is top! At Breakfast in the top floor has a beautiful view of the Schönbrunn Palace and the opposite Puff. For one night okay, it's just Low Budget.

This hotel is in the heart of Vienna. Very nice places and parks there. Really good approach. Easy Parking.

Great hotel, there is already for 2013 and always still stands everywhere "Opening".
The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Very conveniently located for transport of any kind.
Diagonally opposite the "Rosi"brothel, everyone knows but the hit "Scandal in the Sperrbezirk" by Spyder Murphy Gang, "Also Rosi has a phone… ".
Only 30 seconds to the tram (line 10 and 52) and bus stop (10A
Sleep with an open window is so limited.

Hotel friendly clean and new furniture. Free Wi-Fi and good food.

The Hotel is quite OK.
The rooms are all doubles and, if you are prompted for a triple, adds only a cot can only accommodate children.
Breakfast is Buffet, rich and quite satisfying.
The location of the Hotel is about 20 minutes by bus from the Centre.
Rooms are cleaned every morning and are in excellent condition.
The bathroom is small but with large shower.
The great flaw of the hotel is the restaurant that is assigned for groups/schools, the restaurant "Café Schoenbrunn": the staff is very unfriendly and rude, eating is non-existent and the courses are for children. Overall grade: 6 1/2
