The hotel is located in a quiet area next to a park used by dog owners. The hotel allow dog owners to bring their pets. If you want to visit Schonbrunn Palace and Zoo, it's the perfect choice. If you're attracted by the center shops, it's not. Of course, you can use the subway, 2, 40 Eur/one trip or a taxi aprox. 18 Eur.
The room is very nice, large, comfortable bed.
What I felt was missing, the minibar, the slippers (I get it from the reception at my request. ) Good breakfast, but due to the Corona virus pandemic, the restaurant was quite empty.

We are in the neighborhood of Schönbrunn Palace.

No response to email enquiry and reservation change request due to illness. 3x enamel, 1x phone … very ugly and not nice. And can not recommend more.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, they have also kettle, tea bags and coffee, very good breakfast and plenty of it. The hotel is near the Schönbrunn Palace, 5 minutes walk. Close to U-bahn, tram and so on. From the airport if you decide to take Bolt taxi it will be 28 euro.

Excellent and personal service from all employees I dealt with: front desk attention is superb, they attend to every question and service with much details.
The bar food late night and service was great. The coffee wonderful. I am very pleased with my stay here.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here and it was a very good experience! The only thing missing was vegetarian options for lunch and dinner. Otherwise breakfast is plentiful and delicious, staff is very attentive and the hotel is wonderful.

Hotel Location is very good with one side nice garden view.
Rooms are quiet clean and provide comfortable stay. Bed linen and washroom is very clean and hygienic.
Few things need to consider for Indian guests:
1. Provide some Indian TV channel.
2. Wi-Fi speed needs improvement
3. No vegetarian dish for Indian guests in breakfast and dinner.

Arrived and allocated a room which was overlooking a main road/tramline and also train-line. Not much sleep had. Spoke with staff next day and room changed with no fuss. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

The staff is very kind. The room is clean and have nice furniture. We arrived early about 11 a. M. We had an early flight in the morning. And we were tired. It was no problem we can check in after 30 minutes! Instead 3 p. M. We were greatfull thanks again☺️❣️

We stayed for about a week at this gorgeous hotel a short walk from the schonbrunn palace and had a really good time! Elegant, refined, tidy, clean. Breakfast is very varied and plentiful… The breakfast room is spacious and bright and on one side overlooks the park… Our room, on the first floor, quiet and with very comfortable mattress. A note of merit to the staff :Fabrizio, nice and friendly, who gave us great advice about the restaurants. At the reception Ioana and Helena smiling and available, always available x give us detailed information on how to move in the center. All perfect our stay in beautiful Vienna!

Polite, helpful reception desk staff. Food in restaurant was excellent. The suite was spacious and comfortable.

The location is far away from the central station. The hotel location feels like a forest and the big lobby will give you scary feelings. The rooms was stinking like bathroom smell and wasn’t that good enough like a star chain hotel. We stayed only 1 night, more than the price of a city centre hotel charged without breakfast. Breakfast costs 19£ per person. Staffs wasn’t that welcoming. Check in time is 3. There is one technical museum next to the hotel and schönbrunn palace schlosspark is 2 stops away.

Very nice hotel, awful location! Recommended if you don't care about walking many meters in not a nice neighborhood from the subway station to get there. Nice big cozy and clean rooms.

10 minutes on foot to the nearest subway. Then six more stops to the center. But, on foot access to the palace and shawnbrun Park. Rooms are standard for Radisson. Cleaning in the rooms is 3 out of 5. There is nothing around walking distance — no shops, no restaurants. The hotel is good for corporate events and conferences.

The room is very nice and quiet. Everything clean with tea bar in the room. Breakfast wasn't our thing. Coffee had to be brought to the table by tasse neither and did not taste. The buns and the cake dry as the desert. But Vienna is a force. The Viennese sometimes very hectic.

Nice, modern Hotel and the Day we were there there were also a lot going on. You have to like a big, full Hotel to feel comfortable there … I prefer rather small, cosy Hotels.
Staff are very friendly and attentive, the Food was very good.

A great hotel which is located on the eest side of Vienna. Great for families with their lounga access, a very well equipped gym to practice and a nice restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also there is a small bar that stays up late and serves snacks for a late nite bite. They are located just next to the royal palace.

Very good deal. Some receptionist also speak Spanish.

I've lived in hotel for 3 weeks and this hotel had the greatest bed I slept in on all this time! Extremely nice staff and very good location!

Cozy Hotel. Convenient arrival from the motorway. Parking for a fee, which in my opinion is unsolid. Breakfast is also available for an extra fee. Good restaurant. The Shernbrun Palace and the Metro are within walking distance.

Company events followed by dinner. Seminar room was well air conditioned. Dinner was buffet style. Food was OK and service was nice too. I cannot give any information on the price.

We can recommend this hotel to 100%. I have been there as an event manager of Diamond Management. The EU has already carried out an event twice. The staff is sensational, the kitchen really awesome. The chef is really great and the buffet is quite individual to the wishes. We wanted everything vegetarsich for 100 people. He even baked a cookie with a yoga male to match the theme of the event. The people there are super flexible and nice. The hotel is super chic — I highly recommend booking there and doing a seminar or simply booking a stay for a holiday as a guest. The suites are sensational. Go for it!

So I can write it mainly from the viewpoint of a seminar participant and — helper: The support is perfect, always striving, always friendly and always fast.
To the vegan lunch buffet in our case, I can only say so much: I have never experienced such a great meal, certainly not in a hotel and especially not vegan!
I can't give enough stars!

Excelent for business conferences. Great meeting Place in Vienna and the surrounding area. Room service cater. Exquisite breakfast with good buffet. Very large seminar and function rooms with direct view into the park. Book Early!

Business hotel. I would rank it 4+ stars. Breakfast is really good there. Rooms are relatively big with comfortable bed and good noise isolation. I would prefere to take shower in dedicated cell instead of bath, but its ok. Choice in the restorant was a bit narrow. Same time, portion size and quality were excellent. Prices are reasonable. I would underline interesting location between parks and musiums in walking proximity. Its nice opportuniti to stretch legs and learn local history.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms good food but not above average. Parking in the underground car park is sometimes a cost factor, probably normal for Vienna?!? Connecting for tram nearby, who likes Sissi and Franzi can walk to that.

Ok for short stay. There is charge on parking… be aware of that.

Disappointing… the room is noisy, their is no boiler for coffee and tea, the view is on the railway, you cannot get a double size bed… far from what can be called a palace… barely an airport 3 star hotel.

Location, equipment, service and comfort are convincing. Only the breakfast buffet leaves some wishes unfulfilled. This is known from comparable accommodation with more choice and service in terms of choice. The clearing at the table. However, we will be happy to recommend this hotel as our main hotel in Vienna.

Good hotel with clean and large rooms, good facilities, ok restaurant, with reasonable price. Walking distance to school run palace and direct metro to westbahonf from where it's easy to reach the city center. No loyalty program thought.

Good hardware insufficient software staff untrained and unfriendly front desk had no reservation waited for 30 min at the desk at 5 pm asked for manager have been told not present bought 3 day parking ticket ticket did not work another 15 min wait answer from f/o staff "das ist nicht unsere garage" not one time a "sorry" without comment a fruit platter which we could not eat since dried out no soap in shower during whole stay housekeeping forgot cleaning stuff in bathroom head housekeeper knocking on door even do not disturb sign on no manager in sight nowhere suggestion : have a manager with operations priority and improve software helmut gaisberger.

The Austrian Trend Hotel Park Royal Palace is a wonderful place to stay and overnight when u travel to vienna :) The Service is Exzellent! The rooms are pure luxury and realy big. If u ever plan to visit vienna overnight at Austrian Trend Hotel Park Royal Palace :) greetens froh vienna.

Great hotel from all points of view except that the free Wi-Fi is horrible. 3 different rooms (we travelled with multiple people) all with full signal in their rooms, complaining about how slow and glitchy the actual internet connection was. I'm currently travelling to Prague and the train has internet multiple times faster and more stable than what the hotel had.

Nice hotel, clean, nice and polite front desk but my room smell of cigaratte (maybe someone smoking before we came in) bed and blanket smell it. I called front desk about that and she tried to help us carry in another new blanket.

The hotel nice because it's new the restaurant good but the rooms cold and lacking amanities no coffee water or toothbrush. This is the fourth hotel we have stayed at in two weeks not really a 4.5 star ⭐️ place it feels like a new motel a heap one.

The hotel is quiet and cozy. The design is rather modern. The main criterion in choosing this hotel was the proximity to the palace Shjornbrunn. 5 minutes in the shade of trees and you at the Palace Shjornbrunn. Excellent breakfast for an additional fee 19 euro.

We stayed for 4 days in this Hotel and were from the first to the last second thrilled! It is a successful Interaction of all components: the friendly, nice and helpful to staff, the great atmosphere, the from a to z — thought-out and stylish concept, the luxuriously planned, divided and decorated Suite, the buffet very varied and fresh Breakfast-in short, an "all-round carefree package"! We will definitely come back and sseeehhrr like!

More three-star level.
I had two suites (an it Executive) booked. The rooms were nice and spacious.
Price: 1 400 / 4 nights / breakfast for 4 adults plus 1 child. Quite ok.
Service was medium. I slept the first night on the sofa what is impossible was unavailable because the employee with a guest was completely overwhelmed because the springs in the back put me ^^ the supposed 24 hour reception was by phone… I am getippelt down here at midnight in a bathrobe…
It is 10 min walk from the Schloss Schönbrunn and to 30 min from the Centre.
The breakfast was below my expectations: there was every day the same and only products that are cheap in purchasing for the hotel: much pork, no roast beef or high-quality fish.
The scrambled egg was "arranged" in this big hot holding vats. That was less 4 star status.
Baked goods also rather below average.
The fitness center was a joke: the room was very large but except three cardio equipment and two dumbbells (no joke) was there nothing further. Disappointing.
All in all the hotel is ok but I rather recommend the Fleming's Deluxe in Josefstadt. The "gym" is no better though but at least it is very central and has good food.

Modern hotel in good location with friendly staff.
Tram 52, 58 runs almost on the doorstep. In 10 minutes. Is one on the Western Railway station.
A Vienna card is valid after the devaluation of 24, 48 or 72 hours for unlimited travel on all public transport. You get them at the reception… super thing.
Buffet breakfast has a large variety and tastes very good.
Anyone who wants to can order a fried egg with the waiter and at 8 o'clock is still relatively little off :-)
Rooms are comfortable and quiet (courtyard). Beds comfortable.
Nescafe coffee maker is available, you can find the Bogner toiletries and a bathrobe in the bathroom.
A "nice" exclusive lounge is located on the 1st floor next to the gym. You can there comfortably to watch TV, read the newspaper, complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, Cola), snacks to take.
Entrance with the room card. From 18-30, there was unfortunately no snacks.
Who's driving the lift upwards, must first room menu scan then select floor. :-)
A deduction… we got us a room desired direction Park… Unfortunately it didn't work out, somewhat expensive mini bar, parking 24 €

Very nice Hotel, can recommend it. The Breakfast was really super. Since we are a larger group (7 people), we have us for Breakfast the coffee the same in larger pitchers, which also was no Problem. The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was also very nice. The way to the subway and tram was also not very far away, so that you quickly in the center. The staff was always nice, friendly and helpful.

Exceptional hotel far from the city center-used metro and tram-about half an hour maybe more, great service and breakfast.

The bar to open until 5 may drink in the afternoon not even a coffee rooms are super.
